Dee Dee’s in Gateshead

I only chose 1 star as there was no option for none the slowest service I've ever encountered the lady serving had filthy finger nails and if she went any slower she would stop. Sat and watched 3 customers walk away Terrible wouldn't use again

I asked for a cream tea there was no cream .so I said that's ok the the cashier proceeded to charge me separate for scone and tea which works out a pound dearer but with no cream .ok can I can have lasagne sorry none left .can I have Mac and cheese sorry non left .10 mins I. Queue eventually served .and the waitress had dirty nails

Asked for a glass of tap water. Was refused told they didn't have to supply. Suggested I buy there bottled water. Spoke to manager. Who suggested I buy his water. Waste of time

Stopped on Saturday after missing dinner £4.15 for what was described as cheese and onion toastie ,hardly warm little filling side salad of slice of tomato and brown past it’s best lettuce this was after waiting for 15 mins for service with a massive queue of 2 people

Absolutely disgraceful visit today and I will not be returning! Paid for a tea/ coffee and cakes I had to ask for clean cutlery as it was all dirty in self service area! Cake and scones were dry and stale! Received my teacup and again that was dirty too! Cutlery and wooden stirrers strewn on the floor, behind the counter the person serving me was drinking her own drink while preparing mine! Empty milk cartons everywhere and counter was filthy! That will be the last visit from me! Very unhygienic, standards have totally dropped!
