Great food. Fab service. Amazing find - we'll be back!

The food at the counter was just awful: salad was soggy, potatoes bland, noodles horrible. Not fresh - it had been sitting out for hours - and they just put it in the microwave, and yet somehow it was still really expensive (something like £15). The main menu stuff was better but still not great, and way too expensive. I would've preferred to get something off the main menu but they had ZERO vegetarian options, so I was forced to get the counter food, but didn't expect it to be so bad. Seriously wouldn't recommend, I actually felt ill after eating it unfortunately. Please guys, improve the counter food or just get rid of it.

Went with a party of 8, excellent service and food! caters to vegetarians at the deli section, fantastic meat & fish options from the kitchen menus. Their portion sizes will fill you up and then some, will definitely be coming back!

we went there as we’d read a review that it had ‘the best chicken soup in london’ … there was no chicken. it was two doughy balls and literally a SINGLE SLICE OF CARROT floating in a broth that cost £9 each. very, very, very disappointing. although, the deli section did look nice.

What a great hidden gem for kosher food. Absolutely delicious, would go back in fact I went back 3 days after my initial visit.

We went for the first time. Food was delicious, so much choices of delicious goodies, salads, Meats, sandwiches, dips, baked goodies, everything u may need for shabbes plus plus... friendly environment, very clean and we will definitely come again !

I went to deli 98 with my family for supper and it was an amazing experience! The food was delicious! The best of all restaurants I've been to. The atmosphere was so relaxing and inviting. And the service was phenomenal! They were so accommodating with all our special requirements. (Setting up a table specially for us, and making sure we feel comfortable and have a private corner). Thank you Mr Friedlander and all the staff at Deli 98!

This is the first time to try Jewish food in my life— I got Cholent,Kugel and Challah. Everything is so delicious and staff is nice. I asked him a few things when I ordered because I didn't know what to order, he recommended it kindly.

I ordered the Thin Steak (Ciabatta) it was really really good but they didn't put much meat inside Only like two thin strips of meat and when I got to the quarter of it there was only one strip and the last bit didn't have anything....

מקום מצויין אוירה הכי טובה שיש אוכל ללא מתחרים בלונדון !! כן, אין דברים כאלו בלונדון. המחיר בסדר גמור יחסית לרמת האוכל, השירות בדוכן האוכל מעולה, שירות מקצועי. אבל כשהגעת לקופה לשלם, פה הם נפלו בגדול, יש שם אחד מ’’כ שמבחינתו הלקוחות הם זבובים טורדניים, שעצם ההוויה שלהם במרחב מפריעה לו וטורדת אותו, וחבל מאוד, שלקוח שעובר חוויה במסעדה, בסוף, כשהוא משלם, הוא יוצא עם הרגשה כ’’כ מזלזלת, הוא הורס את השם הטוב של Deli 98, וחבל !!!! הייתי נותן לכם 5 * אבל ההוא הוריד את זה ל 4 *, קחו אותו דחוף לקורס שילמד איך לכבד את עצמו וגם את הלקוחות....

We visited Deli 98 two weeks running. Excellent food, brilliant service. You must try it. It’s a great shame they don’t have a branch in Israel. We will definitely eat here again when we visit the UK again.

Absolutely love it! Some of my family are very fussy on what they eat but heard zero complaints when we came. The staff are super friendly and portions are very good. We will be there again!

This place has a Kedassia echsher. Only offers standard delivery in Stamford Hill, unless you have the Swiftee App. Ordered a small piece of steak, a small plastic container of chicken with different flavors, a plastic container of noodles, a small plastic container with some rice and a coke. Overall came out to 36 pounds. As a foreigner from Israel, this seemed about what I would expect out of a comparable echsher in Israel. The food was good and seemed like a good value, but not great.

Unfortunately service doesn't exist !!!!!!😕 My order was wrong and I spoke to a member of staff who told me to speak to the boss. The boss just shouted at me and bullied me infront of other customers, SHAME AND DISGRACE YOU SHOULDN'T BE THE BOSS IF YOU CANT HANDLE CUSTOMERS I geuss I'll take my business elsewhere.

Amazing cholent and kugel Thursday night after a brilliant night at the Arsenal. Delicious Heimish kosher food and deli.

Delicious and rich with a newly renovated beautiful restaurant and kitchen with a lot of seating space and good vibe and atmosphere with many workers sitting down everyone at once quite quick till the food comes out comes in the nice plates and prices are very reasonable sometimes you can wait in a big line buts that’s very rare.

The food is delicious, fresh, and extremely tasty. Went twice in my visit to Stamford hill.

First of all - after the renovation, the shop is absolutely beautiful. Perfect place for quick lunch or nice meal with family. Delicious food, better brisket than my mom's (even she admits it!). Come hungry - big portions!! Love this place and i make the journey from golders green to come here regularly

Person I spoke to was rude and obstructive on more than one occasion, thus making it impossible for me to place an order for myself and my 93 year old mother... Told me I'd have to wait approx one month to order and having waited, still unable to order, so at a loss for words really... We would have ordered on a regular basis, but that is unlikely to ever happen... Good customer service is obviously not important to the owners of this Deli

Really tasty Pulled Beef. Sadly like most Jewish Delis in London they had no Rye bread. No Pastrami. No Reuben’s. Makes no sense.

Can get better, sometimes the food is undercooked, there is no connection between the people who service the food, the seller at the checkout.

Great phone order service, order was delivered fast, and it was delicious!!! Definitely recommend.

It was pretty decent. Yummy kosher food, which is always rather expensive. Take plenty of cash/ money on card. Good place to sit and watch life happen around you. Rather male-oriented place but you don't have to be. Desserts are a bit meh, but the pastries and biscuits to take away looked great.

Kishka stuffed chicken and sweet noodle cake were delicious.

The best chicken soup I've ever had in London. Probably anywhere actually. Also a terrific range of chicken goujons of multiple varieties spices and sauces. Going to try everything on the menu eventually.
