Good for shopping, sometimes huge discount,in some cases, black Friday or boxing days some products what I buy it me ,with £35 ,on this occasion was £55

A tidy, well-kept, busy, shopping centre. Some shops were a bit overwhelming as too much was cramped in, but generally it was a very pleasant day out, and prices and sales were pretty good. There are lots of nice food stalls, but big queues at the restaurants, so plan ahead for meals.

Ashford Designer Outlet is a great shopping destination, offering a wide range of renowned brands at discounted prices. First time visiting the place . Made sure it was in the sales . The traffic getting into the carpark was very slow moving but the outlet had plenty of staff giving directions to which carpark had spaces . The shopping experience was great . The layout of the place is great . The stores are nice and big . Only one gripe and that is they need more fitting rooms in most of the stores . Having to wait 10 minutes for your turn to try on stuff made a couple of people put the items back and leave the Timberland store . The fitting room I used was full of previous persons clothing that they must of tried or not liked the items and just left without putting them back on the shelves . Otherwise great experience with plenty of places to eat and shop

Traffic and poor infrastructure makes it a nightmare even just passing the area.

Good range of stores. Bit disappointed that disabled parking places were few and far between. On top of that disabled still have to pay parking. Disgusting !!

As usual just brilliant. The sale is quite genuine and you don't need to go on the boxing day. We went on 27th. Had a great day out. Even when it was foggy. Parking is in the centre and outside as well (Secondary car park...park of the Outlet and controlled by them and just 1 minute away)....All the barands you need are there and massive discounts...can you believe i took 6 suits and 2 blazers very good quality in just £412. Just to let you know the scale....and also took many other things. It doesn't have GUCCI and PRADA but you have most others like.... RALPH, TOMMY HILFIGER, COACH, FRECH CONNECTION, MICHAEL KORS, HACKETT, SUPERDRY, HOLLISTER, ADIDAS, NIKE, ROMAN ORIGINALS, etc. and some good food and coffee joints as well like Nando's, Starbucks etc. Other small cheap food joints like offering CHURROS, CRISPS etc as well.

10-15 percent discounts. I've been there twice and I always regretted the 3 hour trip. Not worth the effort. The only thing I left with, was a bag of Haribo. Nothing here you won't find cheaper online.

Can buy products of leading brands at a reduced price. A lot of shops are here.

Discounted designer outlet. Always got a good deal there.

December 28th 2024 Updated. Last time we came here I was able to get a fleece for my mother from Jack Wolfskin. This time they had sold out and I had to order them in the sale online. I did get some shoes discounted from Skechers It is a good shopping centre, with hardly any voids but not enough places to eat and drink and in peak season post Christmas very busy. We had to park in the High Speed NCP car park despite mum being elderly and limited mobility and disabled and I had to pay 7.00 for the privilege. It is a short walk away but really they should ensure priority for disabled customers at the main car park as most able bodied can easily walk from the overflows. October 2021. Very good experience. Cold in the autumn and winter as outside but it's busy on a Saturday, We stopped at Joules in the extension and got a couple of fab jumpers at good value for me. The M and S discount store needs expanding as find it's very small for what it sells. The take away and eating out places are very busy and I think they need more here. Enjoyed the Churros we had they were very nice. Keep up the good work. This is a success for Ashford unlike the town centre which is dying. An M and S food outlet would trade well here too. July 2021 update. We went today as it was my birthday and had a look around. My mother got some tops for my brother's birthday. Full price at Bluewater and Fenwick Canterbury concession but here the same top she got my brother at Bluewater last month for 50 was 35. My mother got two top's for my brother saving £30.00 in total. The shops are much improved. Don't think much of the M and S outlet and not surprised Gap are going nationwide as so 1980's. However, the new part is good with some great shops like Coach et al and nicely designed compared to the hideous tent structure of the original centre. You have to pay to park now. Very confusing car parking policy. There are a few restaurants here including one or two that have shut in Canterbury like Yo Sushi. Very good centre now. Was impressed. Didn't buy any thing for myself but will certainly visit again. I remember when this opened. It has a hideous tent structure over the shops. It has dated quite badly. It has recently been redeveloped in part and still has some good stores though places like the Next Clearance store have shut. There is a full line store in Ashford town centre itself. The M and S outlet is good and my mum likes there nightwear we got her 3 nighties for £10 how cheap is that. I also get my pyjama's here so long as they don't look too bad I feel quite happy as I only sleep in them and occasionally go shopping with them ( though don't tell) but I always cover up coat, shoes and woolly hat. I think one of the biggest compliments I had was that I like your trousers to which I replied to this woman they are pyjama's actually when doing a food shop. Anyway, back to the review, this place has some good stores. Sadly the Spud U Like went and I did love their baked potatoes but there is still a Gap if you like that sort of thing, a Ralph Lauren, a new Starbuck's, a Pret a Manger and Five Guys too. There are also new shops here like Haribo, and Jaeger ( though I would not buy from the latter these days). If you want McD's it's no longer here and Ashford has 4 others anyway so it's not as if you will be short of them. It's an okay day out but don't come in the rain. The parking is also no longer free like it was when it first opened nearly 20 years ago.

The food court is deeply disappointing. An extremely limited selection. Massive queues for the few outlets available. £2.50 parking is a rip off.

Great bargains to be had. Good toilet facilities and friendly staff.

Went here for the burrito stall as it came highly recommended and I cannot disagree the meal deal was soooo good but way too much food for me 😁 really tasty I had the chicken and my bro had the beef with nachos and thoroughly enjoyed it 💯 will be back again even with a 94 mile round trip ❤️

This place is a shopper’s paradise with outlet prices and some fantastic deals. There’s ample parking and a variety of restaurants to choose from. It’s a great place to spend a lot of money.

I visited for a cup of coffee.... the shopping experience is not for me! I was surprised how few people there was today.

One of the best designer outlets in UK with great choice of shops, restaurants and play area for the kids. The most important for all Muslims is that there is a Prayer Room, located over the information. The first door before the toilets. You have to call the ring bell to get access from the consierge to let you in. Also there is a small place to get wudu that is visible from the people who go in(not okay for ladies if there are men around. Ladies and Men are in separate rooms. Prayer rugs and clothes tidied in the baskets. Very good and clean space to not miss a prayer. Thanks to the managements who give us a chance to do our mandatory job! You are the best!

First time visiting this place after. With a good selection of shops and places to eat. Parking was busy but managed to park ok.

Great place to shop with free disabled parking. My only criticism is that all the seating is positioned without cover. When it’s raining or has been raining the seating is too wet to sit on. It would be lovely to find a dry seating area especially as many elderly and disabled folk visit this superb shopping facility. Perhaps management could rethink this facility. Great toilets here too.

A nice outlet with a wide variety of shops, not all have decent bargains though, so many shops without all sizes spoilt the experience. Restaurants need a major rethink with regards to booking tables.

Everything you need, under cover so bad weather won't affect your day out.

Visited a few weeks ago for black friday Deals , Had a good walk round spending time with my loved one shopping together and spending money buying things we like , It was very busy but we enjoyed it all the same and only £2:50 to park all day ,we will be back soon

Huge outlet centre with a very broad range of outlet shops conveniently laid out in a large loop with some great names. Some food outlets, though a bit of a scrum to access them. Great place if you haven't got anything else to do or want to buy goods at reduced prices

Good for sightseeing but the price difference for products is not much compared to their retail price.

Cyber Monday, arrived and parked easy at 9.30am, getting busy by 10.30am, some good bargains to be had.

Great prices, enough space to move around and not feel too cramped or cramped at all. We love it here, it's a yearly tradition, we go to buy our families Christmas presents but end up spending a couple thousand on ourselves instead. My only recommendation is that if you're going on the black Friday and black Friday weekend.. LEAVE YOUR KIDS AT HOME, the red kid carts are far too big for a day this busy and you'll only become more frustrated by using them. I witnessed far too many PARENTS looking like they're on the edge when TRAPPED in a corner, trying to navigate a busy outlet with something 3x the size of a standard buggy.

An unusual selection of stores which all seem to be very hit and miss when it comes to stock availability and service. A handful of stores are very good but some of them must be very quiet all year round. Good to visit if there are places you know you want to go into but check first. Not bad but not great. Overall an average experience.

Easy to find. Numerous shops and the parking is charged reasonably. Friendly concierge staff on site as well.

I find it beyond belief that every single shop is made to keep a minimum of one door open . So much heat being wasted it's disgusting. The heating bill must be horrendous . I have previously complained about this and said all shops should have doors shut to prevent waste of energy. BUT when I visit The Outlet in Malaga ALL shops have their doors closed.

Always find a bargain when visiting the outlet centre. Great place and you can spend a good few hours here. Parking is £2.50 for 4 hours.

Now this outlet used to be good with some excellent bargains but now all has changed for the worst as all the shops don't have have many good deals on any longer. Plus parking has gone up to £2.50 instead of just a quid. Personally I won't recommend this outlet any longer not a fun place. Lucky to get 2 stars out of 5.

Great selection of stores. You can get some great discounts, I saved a lot at the Nike store whilst buying gifts for my son - was much cheaper than anywhere else I had shopped. There are only a few restaurants so if you want to sit down inside for lunch then either arrive early or be prepared to wait. Parking is really cheap but it appears to fill up pretty quickly, we arrived at 11am on a Saturday and it was almost full. This place is definitely worth a visit!

A quick visit to buy some treats and look at the xmas lights. An evening visit so free parking after 5pm- bonus !! Lots of lovely offers in the vast range of fabulous shops!!

The improvements haven't really done much tbh. I miss the old foodhall. It was better 10 years ago. Also, I know guide dogs are obviously accepted, but why are dogs allowed in the shops?

My first time at this outlet and what a place , parking was easy and very cheap, the shops are well layed out , we will most certainly go again.

Drove for 1 hour 40 minutes. The prices in the shops were high for anThe outlet park. The choices of shops were limited with lots of sports outlets. I assume they are catering for a particular demographic. I will not be returning

Definitely a unique layout for a designer outlet. They had a good range of shops and friendly staff. Parking is in the centre so nice and convenient. Plenty of food stalls to keep the hunger at bay.

Some great stores, but having to pay to park here is a bit much.
