A decent shopping outlet. LOADS of shops, including a lot of high end fashion labels. Interesting building with it being what looked like an old train station.

Thoroughly unpleasant experience. If you have a Sensory Processing Disorder eg Autism, ADHD etc and/or use a wheelchair, AVOID. The music is incredibly loud at the venue and in the shops. It does not help the obnoxious shoppers of Swindon expect people in wheelchairs to move out of there way. Or push past you knocking the chair. The staff at Customer Services were helpful though.

Easy set out with maps on each corner. Very clean and tidy. Nice Christmas decorations. Shops weren’t too busy so was easy to navigate.

I regularly meet a friend here, it’s a convenient halfway point. There’s a nice variety of shops and we always have an amazing meal at Pizza Express! During a recent visit on Friday 20th December I received contrasting levels of customer service at 3 of my favourite shops. I waited several minutes at Rituals to attempt to pay for a moisturiser and serum - approx £50 worth; eventually a young lady saw me, started walking towards the counter and then diverted to help a couple of young men sampling products at another counter. She lost my sale! By contrast I received fantastic customer service when I purchased products from Regis and Body Shop.

For fashion buffs, very expensive in my opinion. Very nice and well decorated out for Xmas. Just not for me, more for the young and trendy people.

Navigating the outlet proved to be an effortless and enjoyable experience. The information provided was comprehensive and easy to understand. The layout was visually appealing and well-organized. I found the content to be incredibly helpful and informative. Overall, it was a positive and valuable experience.

Great places to go to find quality clothes at a bargain price.

The only criticism I have of this place is there aren't enough options for eating. Bar that, it is a very good outlet centre. Spacious, good selections and seating. The coffee at SOHO is lovely and I have bought my fair share of bargains at this place over the years. Parking I am sure used to be free but they charge now, although not expensive,

Good selection of shops if you're looking for clothing, plus a few extras. Decent number of food options too, which is good for getting some lunch if you do a day out shopping. Not dog friendly however.

Regular visitor to this outlet. Never seems busy compared to similar outlets which makes it a more pleasurable experience to browse. Only a few "premium" brand shops but plenty of the usual fast food outlets.

Not as good as it used to be, selection of shops ok but the last two times haven’t found much at all.. they currently have the Xmas stalls outside, if I was marking the food outlet that’s currently there (serving the beef rolls/yorkshire wraps) it would unfortunately be a 1 at best, rolls taste vile, pork meat was nice however the beef absolutely revolting, no idea what it was cooked in but by the taste of it days old, incredibly dry and felt sick after a bite, £8 I may as well binned as that’s where the entire roll went! Avoid the beef at all costs!!

Excellent place to go. Shop till you drop. A bargains there if you need it. All in the dry and plenty of places to eat and drink.

I love to go to this outlet for shopping. If you want to spend money in a right way (price wise) then go to this outlet. Best price every time.

Doesn't seem the same as previous visits don't know why shops not as good as they once were customers seemed few and far between spent 3 hours down there with the wife and brought nothing, nothing stood out to even tempt either of us it's almost like the retailers just don't care if you buy anything or not...... at least 5 guys is still there we both really enjoy there burgers and fries.

I wasted my time here once. They only open at 10am on weekdays. 🤔. I got there when I thought the rest of of the world starts work, just after 9 😂. Also they have a lot of different shops and a lot of food outlets, restaurants so good for a shopping day out.

Shopping Paradise! Good brands at factory outlet prices. The food section is pretty decent. Parking space is big too. The kid's play area is free, and Santa train (£3 pp) are added treats

I haven't been here in years and it has improved soo much. There are plenty of great shops and plenty of places to sit as you go around. That makes it accessible to everyone! Really impressed.

Great place to visit and shop. I have visited many shops like next, John Lewis, Nike, super dry, horibo candy shop. They all are great at affordable prices.

Fantastic place to visit and shop. Good branded clothes at Next outlet at a low cost. My favourite shop. John Lewis you can get many house hold items including large screens TV with warranty. Clarks footwear excellent quality shoes and wide range and variety. Super dry jackets are excellent. These are to name a few. Would recommend to visit.

Cheap and Easy parking food stalls on approach to outlet centre have a wide variety of food at this time of year as does the food stalks inside lots of designer shops and more inside and prices are cheaper than the high street will definitely come again got a lot of christmas shopping done here

Lots of shops to chose from and great bargains

Avoid avoid avoid avoid!!! Swindon Council send you fixed fines for driving on hidden bus lanes which apparently are there on the roads as you approach and as you leave. It’s a complete con and they fine you when you don’t even know you’ve broken the law. You go with your family for a day out and 2 weeks later wham!! There are the fines. Really not worth it. Stick to online shopping. Much easier and also cheaper.

It doesn't look the same as on the TV adverts. Plenty of brand shops and some fast food but no fine dining.

Awful, past its prime. A 1980s shopping experience with dreadful piped muzak everywhere. If you're OK with that, you won't need your noise-cancelling ear buds. However, there are some bargains in these shops that specialise in selling "seconds", i.e. factory rejects. Just about all of the High Street brands are there. Oh, and you have to pay for the privilege of parking, too, which is a surprise in this kind of location.

Very nice Outlet centre with all the usual shops. John Lewis, unfortunately was a huge disappointment, so don't bother making a special trip just for them.

Clean and tidy, used a wheelchair for mother in law, made our visit lot easier but restaurant area very noisy like a canteen so had nice meal in pizza express, much more civilised.

Just a warning to potential shoppers. I have visited the outlet shopping centre twice in the past year or so, and both times have received a fine for being in a bus lane. I do not know the area and follow my satnav every time to get in and out of the outlet centre, believing that it will take me the correct way and not in a bus lane! I will not be EVER visiting Swindon Outlet again because of these fines and I will be warning anyone else I know not to go there either. To me it is a total con for Swindon Council to catch people out who don't know the area. I am so angry and upset to have been caught yet again! I would not knowingly drive in a bus lane and only ever seem to find myself in one in Swindon. Any savings I made at the outlet were paid out in a fine and we didn't find many savings. The outlet isn't like it used to be.

Only real negative .... Smoking access. ... The lack of access to get outside to have a smoke is borderline discrimination for a legal activity. I have mobility issues, yet I had to walk halfway round to find an exit to go outside. I'm sure there could be more exits provided so people could get some fresh air, and or smoke. The staff in each unit is great, but I have to give a massive thumbs up 👍 for the staff in vans. Very helpful for me today. It's a nice clean tidy place, but the gaps between being able to get outside is not good, and lost you a star.

Nice place with a lot of shops covering all ages. It's an indoor shopping mall and a better option to escape rainy or freezing days. Some shops have noticeable discounts. Best for Christmas shopping. As it is an outlet you can't expect the latest varieties or exact size. Parking is easy with ample space. Fast foods are available, but no dine in restaurants

Pretty good as far as shopping malls go. Sometimes find a genuine bargain or two. Spacious and relatively clean. Enjoy seeing the industrial heritage.

Good selection of shops, nice farmers market on Sundays and generally smart and we'll maintained. Food choices include Wagamamma, Pizza Express, Subway, a Mexican, a chicken place, Five Guys and Costa. There are often food stalls outside also with crepes, Lebanese, donuts, noodles, ice cream etc. For kids there is a little playpark inside and also a mini train that drives around the centre itself. Very busy at lunchtimes on the weekends.

Loved this outlet. Loved the architecture. They have a nice food court. Children's play area. Plenty of benches and seats to sit down and rest. Parking is across the road which is very big. They have a cute little train that goes around the outlet.
