Our waiter Barry was fabulous. Very accommodating and friendly. Food was pretty good, only thing I’d note is the pot of coleslaw/dried salad on our ribs and skewers dishes looked really unappealing (old, tired and brown) Not sure why this is put On when you have a lovely salad bar (let’s the dish down) All in all great service and nice food.

Really nice welcome and meal from the check in desk man who took us to our table and Tania who was great, had a really nice meal and time there. The food came quick and was hot and tasty. I would thoroughly recommend a meal here, a very relaxed place to have a meal.

Had the 3 course dinner on Christmas Day at The Harvester and we could not have wished for better food, atmosphere and service. A really great experience.

Christmas Day menu. Great ambiance, attention to detail was amazing. Staff really attentive. Most had the turkey roast some had steak and ribs. All cooked to how we liked it. Great portion size. Starters were great too, the chicken strip salad was great. The soup was also great value. We chose here as there was 9 of us. We normally do this at home but decided this year to go out. Great choice… Was a better price than most places. We will be back for another booking in a few weeks. Can’t praise our servers enough. Just couldn’t do enough and asking if all was ok and how we liked it. Keep up the good work and we will be back

Although there was some confusion on Christmas day over our order, the staff were very polite and attentive. The food was very good.

Claire served us for a Christmas breakfast today on Christmas Eve and she was the best service we’ve had here. Lovely food and amazing service. Would recommend, especially if you get Claire!

Food was mostly cold or had to be redone, but our waiter Josh was fantastic. Could not have asked for a better waiter. Remained calm in the midst of an extremely busy lunch rush and could not have done more to apologise for food quality.

Mostly very good, dessert average.

Love coming here with my family. Food is always nice and the staff are fantastic. Kids love it here Was disappointed with the "sundaes" .. not really sundaes. My son got a bowl of vanilla ice cream with sauce and my one was basically ice cream with whipped cream and a chocolate biscuit chucked on top. Expected more for £9 for ice cream sundaes

Very busy during this visit but our server "Jade" was wonderful from start to finish. Extremely attentive throughout and super friendly, made a real fuss of the young children we had with us. We took our grandaughter for her birthday and we wasn't impressed at all,the food came out luke watm andvthe extras came out cold.The only good thing about the place was our waiter he was lovely i think his name was Barry. Wouldn't go back

Amazing service, when I got here they let me sit down 15 early…when he lovely man took me to my table it was in the middle of the restaurant and my son with autism freaked out so I asked to move which they let us move. Barry the server was lovely, spoke very well and had a good understanding of my children with additional needs. Food was amazing too. Will definitely be back.

You get what you get at Harvester. Cheap, cheerful and exactly what we were looking for.

Always great food when we come here, very reasonably priced drinks and food, and have never had to wait long for either. On our last visit our waitress Jade was particularly amazing, looked after us so well even though the restaurant was very busy with some large Christmas bookings.
