I ordered 6 desserts yesterday and everyone enjoyed them. Not one person said anything negative about the desserts. We also got 2 free pizzas and they were delicious. Definitely going to order again. Thank you dessert Island.

Not good took 2hours to be delivered ice cream melted.

Desserts never arrived after order was delayed twice, and when we called to find out what was happening with the order and wether there would be any compensation for the inconvenience caused, they hung up and cancelled the order! If I could give them 0 stars I would!

Milkshakes were disgusting and the loaded fries with chicken come with bird feathers in it will not be ordering again and if I didn’t pay cash I would have refunded

Ordered the food it took ages to come & when it did come it was cold n all the chocolate had settled couldn't even eat it & my waffle tasted burnt want my money back ! Absolutely not alright no one can eat settled chocolate after its been heated it goes dry n hard !

While the price increases hurt, the loaded fries are as lovely as usual. The new shawarma on the menu is a nice hearty wrap, with good savoury flavours. A little dry on the outer, but also avoids being a greasy, drippy, sloppy mess. Really good meat mix with delicious sauces. It's nice and big which is rare to see these days. Thanks for food.

I did not get my order from just eat and totally disappointed. I need a refund.

the milkshake were nice, but the waffle was ice old. probably because they were kept in the same bag as the milkshakes (milkshake on top of the waffle)

Best dessert place I have ever ordered from. I gave them a little context of my mum having a bad day. They wrote on her lid ‘mom, tough days don’t last but your strength does. Let’s turn this day around together. Love you mum’. How beautiful and personal is that. My mum sobbed her eyes out with happy tears. She really appreciated it from the bottom of her heart. Can’t wait to order again the desserts were delicious! We got the cookie dough with ice cream!

The cheesecake wasn’t very nice it was bitter and the milkshakes were just ice cream and wasn’t blended well. I don’t usually complain but didn’t enjoy one bit.

It kept on delaying our order when it was only 3 milkshakes.

The tin foil needed to be wrapped tighter to keep the burger together, because it tastes top tier. Just quite messy. The nacho burger has a generous amount of tortilla chips so it’s very crunchy and just perfect in every way, except the bun and compartments were thrown about upon delivery. The cookie dough was sweet and tasty but hard to scrape off the baking/parchment paper. A quick spray or spread of even vegetable oil can make the stick easier to remove for baking but it’s a delicious meal.

Over 2 hours late phoned multiple times and was told the same thing over again, don’t understand what the problem is as ordered multiple times before all around the same time even but over 2 hours in ridiculous Will Not Be Ordering Again

Doughnuts were not fresh and taste was horrible. Threw all in the bin. Raised issue with Justeat but it looks they also do not care.

My milkshake was split all over paper bag so had to be thrown in bin and cookie dough was soggy and cold wasn’t nice defiantly think it wasn’t worth £20 to be honest

Very poor. The cookie dough isnt even cookie dough. It's just a regular cookie in a pie tin?? Whats the point

A tasty experience as usual. Sad to see the prices increasing. Cutting down on the menu options would be a safer bet for longevity. £9.99 for the "promo" cookie dough is cheeky. You are essentially spending £5 on a melted cookie. Rounded to £10 because you're getting 2 through the offer, by avoiding the none promo version which costs £7.49 for a COOKIE. The loaded fries went up by £1 and despite the portion being VERY generous and tasty, it's close to being a skipped purchase for the price. £6.49 was just passable. The overall menu could benefit from being 50% smaller. Keep all the savoury options, they're fantastic! I really hope this place survives. It's brilliant, but there may be some poor managing choices being made when it comes to stock and pricing. Thanks for the food as always. Please consider a cheaper menu with less options.

selected and wrote specific notes then when i rang they tried to challenge that i didn’t wasted £28 on food to be cold and not to be eaten aswell as the order wrong, i normally ring takeaway but on the website there is no number only on just eat when u need help with food. Fuming what a waste of money and no help on the phone when i rang back

Waited over 2 hours to get my order, when it eventually came the cookie dough was rock hard like a brick, came 20 mins after the estimated arrival time after already waiting 2 hours, ordered 2 cookie doughs and 2 milkshakes not even a big order, shocking!

Lovely desserts, drive was early, and they even added an extra dessert for free. Recommended.

We ordered 2 Oreo Milkshakes and instead I got a Ferrero Rocher and my partner got a Wispa milkshake, got the order wrong.

Not worth the money ordered 2 milkshakes which didnt taste how they were meant to. Pancakes tasted stale. Everything else was ok but not worth it

The long awaited "better takeaway" in S3. After the curse that is Pizza Palace robbed better opportunity food establishments from providing decent meals for decent prices. The tragic absence of Julie's Chinese takeaway packing up almost a decade ago, Dessert's Land provides some of the best savoury dishes as alternatives to their main courses. (Desserts) There are no better Loaded Fries in Sheffield. Hands down one of the best portions for a decent price. I do miss the early months where they provided Loaded Chips, which gave you the option of FAT lovely chips instead of thin fries, but the fat chips were replaced with Curly Fries. All 3 would be nice as options. Outright removing thin fries in favour of fat chips would be ideal. Dessert's Land also does some of the best burgers in the city. Genuinely good beef patties with a nice mix of seasoning and flavours. Some of their dessert options could genuinely use some work and revision. Quite fond of the cookie dough, personally. May not be for everyone if you eat it the same day you order it. The next day after it's settled is honestly much nicer for texture and flavour. Death by Chocolate is a nice cake. Love this place. Hope they stay and improve without bumping up prices during these rough times. I'm not sponsored nor endorsed to leave this review. We ordered from here last night and we didn’t get all of our food we ordered and our order cost us 26 pound.

The best takeaway around!! The smash burgers are always fresh and hot. The desserts are amazing. Arrives on time and they actually read the notes (rare on here)

No good the restaurant is rude they drop my order to wrong address and + the staff are very rude and nasty on phone playing hard not recommending discussing customer service it was later more then 20 minutes unfortunately we can’t but the right time down so I make not hours late

Delivery was on time. The chocolate on the waffles was lovely and warm but the waffles were rock hard like they had been left out for days, also the waffle stick had a very weird taste to it. Wouldn't order from here again

The milkshakes are not the best there are nicer milkshakes around area however fast service, fast delivery can't complain with that the driver was friendly.

I’m a regular customer. My order arrived the milkshake was not in date, it had to go straight in the bin. The cookie dough was fine, I called about the milkshake asking if I could have a replacement or a refund as they were inedible and the manager had told me she wasn’t allowed to do that. What sort of customer service is that. I suggested the delivery driver could pick up the milkshakes again she declined. Ordered from here plenty of times and definitely will not order again especially for how unhelpful and careless the manager was.

The food was lovely, and the milkshakes are to die for. The only downside was that I order the chocolate fondue, and I didnt actually get any chocolate sauce. But the dipping chocolate you get is amazing on its own.

ordered the triple chocolate cookie dough and it was so nice! it was really big so it lasted me till the next day. also ordered a kinder milkshake and it kinda just tasted like vanilla ice cream but i think it had kinder sauce on it which tasted nice. will order from here again!!

Both cookie doughs was way over cooked it even broke the spoons that was sent with them. I had to bin them both as they was not edible. The brownie milkshake didn't even taste like brownie. Very disappointed with this order and the money I have wasted.

Chocolate fudge cake was ok to,dry had a kinder was just 2 pieces on cake,custard didn't come with my fero cake which I paid extra for and the snicker milk shake was just chocolate milk with bits of nuts in :/ didn't really enjoy overall

I’ve ordered from here 15/20 times in the past after trying all the dessert places in Sheffield. The value for money, quality of desserts and general taste just really beats the others and costs less too. The white kinder bueno cookie dough is an all time fave and though the delivery takes a long time it’s almost always early and I just order earlier to compensate for the possibility it may take as long as they tell me. I had friends over last night and they really really enjoyed their desserts so would deffo recommend to more people. Thank you!!!!

Ordered banana split waffle was really nice and huge we ended up sharing. However partner ordered white choc cheesecake and was very small and not a nice taste he only had one bite.

I ordered a large fondue they gave me about 5 strawberry’s witch where small in size and about 7 thin sliced banana the strawberry still have the stalk on them I had to cut that off myself the milkshakes didn’t taste like what I ordered

Ordered a ferrero rocher milkshake which didn’t taste like it at all, and paid £7 for a Oreo sundae which I might as well have just walked to the freezer and picked out some chocolate ice cream???, had a few scoops of chocolate Ice cream and a few Oreo crumbs? Such a waste of £16.50

Plastic in the milkshakes. I don’t know what your idea of a ‘luxury vanilla milkshake is’ but I bet it probably doesn’t involve flakes of plastic and clingfilm. When we called the takeaway to complain we were met with a blasé “what do you want us to do about it?” - I could practically see his shoulders shrugging, we eventually got replacement, plastic-free milkshakes but to say they were consumed with an air of caution is very much an understatement. Milkshakes were okay, not great - okay All in all, I would definitely order from here again the next time I feel like I want to pretend I’m a sea turtle and choke on plastic.
