Not enough sauce , cheese, toppings and everything, the staffs are saving money for owner not for loyalty to customers

Staffs are very lethargic and no respect for customers and very worst pizza seen ever

Mr. Surya has been amazing in his service and the very kind-hearted person with lots of patience, though I changed my order several times. He explained me the dishes and cost very kindly.

Quick and easy service. Collection prices are an absolute steal. Pizza always perfect and staff are lovely.

Ive lived local to the morden dominos since i we a kid and it hs always been terrible service go to pizza hut !

Probably the only good thing is the staff , not first time , can not apply cupons and offers when working ,app not working , order over phone, switching to competitors down the road

They regularly mess up orders, some of the delivery people are rude (not the white guy with the glasses, he’s good), If you order extra cheese or extra anything they ignore it but take your money for it and the manager doesn’t know how to apologise. Worst dominos in london

a very bad experience, I ordered a pizza collection was told that it will be ready in 20 minutes, I waited almost 50 minutes, I couldn't wait any longer, I wasted pizza, time and money.

Where was the cheese when I ordered extra cheese! So little that you could see the tomato sauce underneath.. Really disappointed!

I called as the shop just opened at 11am today to order a big order of 20 large pizzas with a variety of toppings and gluten free options! !Vlad, who was working there on his own, was amazing! He took the order and worked so hard to get all pizzas done in a tight timeline. Really appreciate how hard he worked and how pleasant he was throughout. All pizzas were a hit with the group! Thank you Vlad!

Pizza was OK, service was terrible, took an hour and a half for 1 pizza

I waited for 40min,service is very poor and food not baked properly.

Terrible customer service. delivered it to the wrong place, wanted a refund didn’t give a refund. And delivery cost over £10

Cheesy Garlic bread was a bit cold and wings were cold too. Pizzas were nice as always n hence 1 star less.

We ordered via phone and money came out of our bank we then waited an hour and decided to call them back they said the order did not go through and instead of saying that they will re order it they said that the money will be back in the bank 3-5 days. We then called back and tried to order again but they said they dont do half and half but when we ordered the first time they did not say that they dont do that. Safe to say that we will not be ordering from here again!

This place is run by clowns and thieves with no concept of customer service. They lie on the app to say your food has been delivered when it’s 2 hours away from actually being delivered. They don’t send you all of your items but still charge you the full amount! Trust me avoid this place like the plague - Papa Johns and Pizza Hut a class above this lot - what a joke!

Placed an order at 19:38 with a predicted delivery of an hour. Finally cancelled it at about 21:25 - as much as I enjoy a good pizza, I don’t need to starve myself that long until I get one.

order two pizzas ordered extra garlic and herb paid £1.69 to have the pizza as warm with the dips as a normal person will do call to complaint about not receiving the dip person i spoke to said i am sending it i cant send it faster as you think totally insane to your 21 years old customer check my record i have been ordering for past 21 years

Can't beat dominos herbs and their tandoori chicken. The garlic and herbs sauce is also beaut. Crust only slightly above average. Not much cheese. Pro tip: ask for them to wash their hands and use a clean cutter to make it halal!

good pizza and a good service...cheap if you collect

Ordered online 2 pizzas and potato wedges. Requested asap delivery. Took over an hour to arrive! I only live10 min drive away! Pizzas and wedges lukewarm, wedges also under cooked. Very disappointed.

This was very bad as sometimes the service is good and sometimes (like today) can be really bad .THEY GAVE US A TANDORI PIZZA WITH NO SALAD . THIS IS UNBELIVABLE.

When your serving a customer, dont ignore them when having a social... it's just rude.

Warning This domino's is not the same as it was years ago something is wrong with this branch when eaver I order my pizza is always under cooked no matter if its busy or not I get the same ,...............yesterday it happened again but this time staff member made a new pizza witch was better then the last one ,please share your experience as customers and tell others as customers you deserve quality food .

nice pizza but i orederd extra catalan chicken i barley got any i also orderd wedges and got garlic pizza bread so not great atleast i got my drink this time

I've been to Domino's Morden to buy 2 pizza,on the menu they a have a big offer ,,buy one pizza any size and get one free" when i asked a member of the staff about this he told me ,,you can have just 5£ discount,i want to know why?

We order dominos every single week and without fail there is ALWAYS something missing from our order when it is being delivered! It is NOT acceptable to miss parts of an order and have to wait again specially when they are charging you for it. PLEASE save your drivers making two unnecessary trips with mistakes that can easily be avoided!

Always over cooked terrible pizza

Ordered at 12 10 and it's now 13 45 so an hour and 35 minutes for 1 medium pizza that hasn't even arrived. I was told 13 06 that it will be soon. Terrible organization.and never ordering again. Going back to fire away pizza from now on, they are much more reliable. Just got a call at 13 45 saying the 1 medium pizza will be 10 minutes so 1 hour and 45 minutes for a bloody pizza!

I order wrap. And inside wasn't even warm

Ordered a pizza at 7pm and just got told it won't be delivered until 9.30pm at the earliest!! So we were told if we want it it's best we go and get it. If we cancel we won't get our money back for 5 days. Appalling service and we will never use them again.

Unfortunately only 3* on this occasion as my last 3 orders every time had a problem... either wrong toppings, i had to wait at least 15 min even if on the screen was "ready" or cold pizza/sides...

Customer service is absolutely pathetic. There are mostly East-european working and they don't even speak proper English. The pizza was burnt, I tried explaining and they didn't understand. I do not recommend this.

Honestly, you guys need some basic customer service training. The man on the phone is so rude and unhelpful.

The food was okish. One pizza was cold but my main problem was with the customer service. Five hours after the order had been received we got a phone call from the store from a man aggressively accusing us of not paying. He was rude and insulting. It was a £20 order which we paid in cash... I couldn't even work out the logistics of not paying and for them to apparently only realise 5 hours later seems a bit fishy to me. I think maybe someone is £20 richer...

Ordered a Pizza and it MAY have Arrived on Time BUT at the WRONG address. The Driver rang me to say he was at the Security Office I said I am on my way Down. Being Disabled it takes time. O arrival at the Security Office I asked if they had seen the driver with a Pizza delivery. They Had not so I went to the Car Park and both the Delivery doors and the Disabled Entrance NO SIGN OF A DRIVER. So I made my way to the Front of the Building and NO SIGN. I made my way back to the Office on the 1st floor. My Mobile rang again. And there a very Excited Drive started to shout at me I said Stop shouting and listen. I HAVE BEEN DOWN TO THE SECURITY OFFICE THEY HAVE NOT SEEN YOU I MADE MY WAY TO THE OFFICE AT THE FRONT OF THE BUILDING YOU WAS NOT THERE I CHECK THE CAR PARK YOU WAS NOT THERE I AM DISABLED AND CAN NOT KEEP WALKING ROUND LOOKING FOR ANYMORE I AM BACK IN MY OFFICE NOW. I THEN PUT THE PHONE DOWN. about a minute later my office rang and it was Security he told me the Pizza guy was here. I said I was not able to Walk back downstairs again they offered to Walk it up to me. I stand No as it would now be Cold as would the chicken wings. I told him to Advise the Driver that due to him being of No use what so ever Both he and the Pizza could return to SENDER. I then tried to call the Store at Morden to 1 complain while trying to dial the number my Mobile went off as I was not Exspecting a call I started to Answer it but heard somebody shouting You F**coking B**a yard I just cut the Phone off called the Store. The guy who answered first put me on hold then when I had told him what had happened he then said our driver went to the WRONG Address I said that is Not My fault then I said about the driver then ringing my mobile and shouting abuse down the Phone. They said they would send a fresh pizza by car I said No 1 I don't have the Ability to Walk up and stairs again.2 I don't have the time. He then as what can we do to make you happy I was by now so angry with it I said No leave it. Now that I have Calmed down Dominoes Morden you can as it was pre paid to a total of 20 pounds you can make my order again and Deliver it at 630pm tomorrow Evening that is the Full Order this time I want you to phone Before you Deliver it to the Security Office. Then for the Abuse I got from your Driver I want a Voucher to the Value of 20 pounds. The Deliver drivers number ends 038500 he should not be allowed to deliver Milk let alone Pizza.

Pizza's are good, but customer service could be improved

Order arrived after 45 min and looked like It had been dropped, sent it back asking for it to be redone. 45 min later phoned to enquire where my order was. They said it was already on the road. 15 min later it arrived and no surprise it was cold so for a second time I sent it back. 30 min later they redelivered hallalua perfection. Obvious apologies and the excuse of it being busy. Sorry but that not an except able excuse for sloppy service and poor quality control. My next pizza was free so two days later tried again my pizza arrived obviously with a slice missing. I'm a customer of 20 years brand loyalty. I will never use domino's again. Papa John's in Morden received a 5 star in this year's food standards awards and I hear they are really good so I'll be taking my business to them.

Pizza arrived within 65 minutes and it was cold. I had to call them a few times and I was kept on hold for several minutes!!!
