Not bad could be a better service some people are just rude and lack of understanding is english

I am normally very happy with the service but today my order was completely wrong I ordered a supercharger wrap, supercharger sauce and a Pepsi but instead I got a Kentucky mayo wrap, garlic buttermilk mayo and 7up. I’m very disappointed

Used drive through. My food was well packed. Hot which was nice and tasted amazing. Had the KFC stuffing stack which was amazing. Will be ordering again. Staff were friendly and I had no wait time either which was perfect. Extra mayo and bbq sauce given which I love both of.

This restaurant is not recommended as we both ended up visiting St George’s hospital A&E after getting food poisoning after eating there food. They have been reported to Food Standards Agency and Martin Council environmental health.

This is probably the best KFC I have ever visited. Wonderful refurb, clean, fast service by extremely polite staff and most importantly on a cold day it’s wonderfully warm for us who work in a freezing cold building site or outdoors so we can sit down take our coats off and for 15 /20 minute feel at home. The music is very good and smooth not loud and very pleasant. Surprisingly you feel that you are in a restaurant not a fast food one. The toilets are sparkling clean (and to add , they are cleaned with a good product that doesn’t leave a whiff of bleach or that horrid smell of an old school’s changing room!) The foam soap dispensers are working properly! Congratulations to the owner and shift managers You are running a tight ship or shall I say cruise ship 😌 Oh! I forgot ….the food was fresh crispy and delicious 6 stars Keep up the good work guys

Slow staff and pathetic service. Waited 20 minutes for a zinger burger as the staff suggest it takes time to cook. At the end bag me a mini fillet in the zinger box. Absolutely disappointing

The chips were lacking flavour need more seasoninh

This is hands down, the BEST KFC in the area. Great quality of food, great staff, it has a drive through, halal food, a lot of parking, in a great location, a gigantic amount of area for dining in and a great atmosphere with music playing ambient. This is great! 😁

Managers don’t know how to take orders maybe he still learning and managers not polite

Well on the 9th Saturday I purchased a family bucket of of 10 pieces chicken takeaway Got home there are only 9 pieces inside the bucket was disappointed did not receive the value of my perch Let's not forget the gravy they never have the large container for some reason so try to give me three small tubs Of gravy but it was not a equivalent to the two large containers KFC needs to get their act together....

AVOID!! Waited over 40 minutes for food, and when it came, it was cold. Cashier Kiru was absolutely rude and unprofessional Inside the restaurant there was a disabled man who couldn't walk who asked her to bring the food to the table and she refused. When I brought this to her attention, she said "I can't speak English" They gave my friend the wrong food and when she took it back. She said to her, "Have you touched it?" Like they was going to give it to another customer. I believe that is a serious food hygiene concern. The staff here was absolutely shockingly rude and have no food hygiene

Ok so I just got the 20 hot wings for 7.99. Was a bit of a wait and was hoping the wait was worth it as the wings were straight out the fryer. Although the wings were hot and fresh, they had zero flavour. A few were also slightly burnt. KFC have lost their touch, it’s time to stick to Morley’s and the other chicken shops in London. I only went there because they have a Drive-Thru.

Missing half my order. Cant call any one. No one picks up. Having to pay for dinner again

The delivery guy was impatient and muttering under his breath. I am the one that was hungry and he carrying on like he need to be somewhere else. I had a kid in the house waiting to eat otherwise would have told the guy to get lost. Do you check if your delivery guys have right to stay in UK?

I was not happy. The staff's were not friendly. I will not be going there anytime soon.

The food never tasted soo good, 10/10

Today my wife and I went through the drive thru only to be told that it's cash only because the card machine isn't working and to go in and order. This was fine even though it took 10min to get through the drive thru as there was cars in front ordering. Once in side I went up to the counter to order and was told to order at the machine, I explained to the lady who was behind the till that I want to order certain cuts of chicken pieces as my family only eat certain pieces, I was told to sill use the machine and come back to her for my chicken selection. When telling her what I wanted she told straight I might not be able to give you that. I explained that's why I came to your till to order so we wouldn't have this problem she then said ok that's fine you'll have to wait 10mins. After 10mins my number was called I went up and was told we can't give you the chicken you wanted, I could hear them talking round the back about my chicken selection and man saying no. The lady came back and told me I can talk to the manager if you want I said yes and I'm the man that was saying no came round and was the manager. He started to explain why I can't have the chicken I wanted and pretty much told me take it or leave it so I got a refund. I'll never buy from this brunch again. How can a KFC not want to give you a certain cut of chicken.

really enjoyed our kfc was on time and nice and hot. will be using colliers wood delivery again.

Very bad service by Priya she has to much of attitude.

Always under staffed, makesure to check your food as it's always the case that you get home and something is missing (which is a pain). Being one of a few Halal KFC it's always busy, and expect a long wait for your food (20 minutes at least). Drive through can also be found to be closed from time to time due to a lack of staff. The staff try hard but you can see the panic and stress levels on their faces. Oh and god, the prices have been hiked up so much, nearly £20 quid for a small bucket (6 pieces) and over £10 for a meal.. KFC.. What are you doing!

Order wasn’t complete. Communication from just east is poor too regarding the missing items. Too slow and through email as opposed to the app which would be far more efficient.

When setting a delivery time there is an expectation that it might be met so to be this late is very disappointing, especially when ordering for children.

Side food chosen not available. They called me to replace, ask for salad, mash received. Late delivery.

I ordered twisters and fries Pepsi and received zinger, terrible mash and popcorn.

Absolute joke. Waiting nearly two hours for my food to be delivered. The poor courier was waiting over 45 minutes at the restaurant. Would expect full refund but there is no option for this.

Chicken well over done nearly broke a tooth, chicken very sqauney

The order was never delivered. No one picked up the calls or even changed the order time. I waited for more than 1 hour.

The food was OK, nothing more nothing less. The amount of food for the price was disappointing to say the least. The restaurant seating area was very clean. Drive through was packed, so we decided to order from inside the store. We waited for quite a bit, but we got served before I lost my patience. Overall OK.

Completely the wrong meal delivered. In addition to the above, I ordered gravy. The correct receipt was on the bag but a meal that cost less was delivered.

Come here on 2 separate occasions and asked for a fillet tower box meal and on both occasions I was given a standard fillet burger which should come with hash brown and cheese if this item is no longer available then staff should of informed instead of acting as if they are doing will not be returning and will advise others to do so.

A little busy at the tills, would be good if blue light could be applied at self checkout till however really good service. Been there quite frequently in the last couple of weeks and honestly can say they are really on point with orders , service and their food/drink options/variety. Definitely my new KFC go-to!

The driver didn't deliver any food, he left.

2X hot wings : 3 pc, total 6 pc but in reality they always only give 5 pc with small size.

It was worst and I dealt with the Priya. We came as family and the burger was cold and very hard. I told my friend who was with me. He also tried and he also cam with me that the zinger was very hard and very difficult to eat then We showed the KFC staff member. Her Name is Priya. She went in and then came and said because I have eaten the 70% food therefore she will only offer mini fillet burger. I was not there to eat mini fillet burger and I was not begging for a full fillet burger and did not even asked of anything. I said to bin the rest and I did not need her any kind of behaviour. This was ridiculous behaviour. Considering the customer a beggar who spent around £80.00

Best KFC in south west London; 100% HALAL CERTIFIED. Free working WiFi and has a drive thru as well. Has vegan and vegetarian food if you need. This is near Colliers Wood Sainsbury’s.

Your comments The driver is very neat. He lets you pick up your delivery from his delivery bag which is very good as this minimises handling of the food delivered. I recommend this driver to be given a recognition for his cleanliness. He deserves to be recognised and be a role model to other drivers of your company

Estimated delivery time kept getting pushed further and further back. Food cold on arrival, box broken and items missing.

While I was waiting for food they talk there own language loudly few table not clean when I saw that I was planning to eat in but I took in my car and eat with my kids

Every time , I have to ask to clean the table for my family , please can you explain to the team or training them correctly, on how is important the hygiene. Not sure if it normal for your staff to eat on top of food, but in Uk doesn’t work like that I m sorry .

Sack the current staff ! And sack the Manager too , idiots working there . Today they missed my daughter's popcorn chicken in addition to the chips , despite me raging and going in their thinking that they had forgotten a pack of chips . You owe me £5.49 . This is a theft ,or a trend created by KFC to rip the customers off . The council needs to rethink the hygiene rating on this shop too , Manager not doing a good job looking after or managing the people properly. Today they got my order wrong, again! No customer service at all. No one manning the front tills. All staff were in the back more concerned with drive throughs and Uber eats delivery then actually serving or acknowledging any of the 5-6 customers waiting in line. Terrible.

KFC forgot to put one corn cob…

Colliers wood staff need to check items as it is a regular occurrence where they miss items out. My young child was expecting popcorn but this was missed off the order. This is not the first time this has occurred. Delivery was late as well.

Very happy with delivery the driver came earlier than expected, which is very good because my food was nice and hot. Driver and KFC staff did great 👍🏽

It took a bit longer than usual today but it was well worth it as the food was fresh and tasted great. Greatly enjoyed the food and good service.

Food good.delivery driver no manners though

Newly refurbished but using the same bad habits as previously. Normally in other establishments you order the food and await your number on the screen when your food is ready. Here, your food is ready automatically and you have to wait X amount of time for it to arrive. I’m sure it’s a head office target incentive but never a good customer service winner. Try harder KFC.

I was at KFC the other day with my children. I was shocked by how unhygienic it was. The screens were filthy and the tables were not cleared. Smeared with ketchup and grease. This shop must be investigated by the council. I wonder how they have their hygiene ratings. I hope management can pull up their socks and take control.

Old Oil and old chicken.. I was ill hole week.. never again..

Place was filthy, food, and rubbish all over the place. Atmosphere was not great, and staff questioned me like I was a thief when waiting for my drinks at the counter. Something wasn't right with the food either. Can't put my finger on it, not tasty and overly salted chicken. Odd experience. I'd happily say the worst KFC I have eaten in ever, and usually, they are all pretty good. Don't go there!

On arrival I was immediately taken aback by the Skullcrusherz emblazoned car outside. My friend and I entered nervously, shacking like two dogs needing to poop. Upon entry, we scanned the building and noticed a shady looking peado-type and two young boys. Suddenly we felt a rush of relaxation, but also sympathy for said boys, realising that we would be ok but they probably wouldn’t. 100% would rate the burger 5/5. 100% wouldn’t go to Skullcrusherz dojo, would rather train at Cobra Kai. Strike hard. Strike first. No mercy.

Yet again, this branch chooses to put someone who doesn't speak great English, nor do they really understand it which isn't the person's fault. The result... missing items then arguing about it. We ordered two meals we received 1 drink, 1 chips. This isn't the first time either. Can't be bothered anymore. Fast food is meant to be convenient and this branch is constantly inconvenient.

The food was very stale and ober cooked the chicken in the burger was rocky and as hard as a rock I would like a refund asap I have been fasting for the whole day and would of atleast expected some good food

Food was OK - we arrived at 22:00 for some food and wanted to sit inside the restaurant considering the restaurant is open until 23:00 hours. We were greeted with a very unwelcoming staff member who wasn’t keen on us sitting in and eating due to the restaurant being cleaned for close. We received our food after being offered a table and 1 minute into eating an announcement was displayed advising how the restaurant is shutting soon and how we had to basically eat up and not delay them.. it’s important I note that this announcement was announced at around 22:10 and the restaurant wasn’t due to close until 23:00. We felt very rushed and pressured to eat our food as soon as we could which wasn’t ideal!

Drive through is waste. Totally rubbish and slow. Very bad services.

Just eat delivery was very kind enough after getting very rude customer service by kfc I called kfc to ask about my drink that was ordered with the meal also large beans when I got given two small tubs of beans will not be ordering from them again but the delivery driver was very kind.

Delivery driver blatantly delivered another order first, then went back on himself, now starting even further than before. Food was delivered cold.

Courier initially went in the opposite direction to my house, adding 25 minutes into the delivery resulting in stone cold food
