Don't complain about a bill discrepancy before the food is actually sent out and in your hand. They'll vastly reduce the portion sizes on all items on your food. I contacted the restaurant as soon as the order was put through to give them time to sort it asap. The offer of doubling up on chicken wasn't reduced to £11.99 as advertised. So I asked for a refund only to be told the numbers were right. However they cannot check this fully as they aren't allowed to use their phones to check their own website and only have access to the back office systems (which sounded like prices less vat in all honesty) that's all that was available to them and yes they know it's 2024.....I asked. Well on my screenshots they most definitely weren't correct. That's not the main reason for a bad review to be fair. Having ordered a half and half pizza one that has mushrooms on one side and only getting 4 slices in total is shocking. It doesn't end there. Pineapple too only 4 pieces on the same pizza. Gherkin also....4 pieces. This is the most under topping populated pizza I've ever seen. All because someone felt it right to question a bill discrepancy. I should have refunded it then and there when I had the chance. Shocking. Delivery was super fast however..... probably because there wasn't much food in the oven when my pizza was being cooked. You got this one wrong guys. Won't use dominos again

It's nice but expensive compared to others

This is our local Domino's we have lived in the area of a year in order from them twice a month. Everytime food is piping hot sometimes we collect and sometimes we have to leave it both times we have no issues on the food is great. I had one occasion wear I received the wrong toppings (one I was allergic to 😕) the store was brilliant and often does a free order the next time we wanted.

Great pizza always delivered in good time and well cooked arriving piping hot! Only reason for the reduced star is because we like the dominos herbs but roughly 50% of the time the pizza arrives with a ridiculous amount of herbs on it that makes the pizza inedible after a few slices, totally dominates the flavour and makes me feel sick. The rest of the time the amount is perfect so looks like just one chef being heavy handed! Would love for this to be fixed so I don't have to avoid adding the herbs to orders 😊

We ordered a meal deal from there last night consisting of a BBQ chicken, Pepperoni passion, and a garlic bread side. Non of the pizzas looked anything like advertised. The BBQ chicken was really greasy and the Pepporoni was burnt and tasteless. We didn't bother with the Garlic Bread. Not the normal standard for a Dominoes, and a bit pricey at £28.00 to be disappointed. However, the service was prompt.

Ordered ham and chicken pizza, received ham and mushroom. Wouldn’t have minded if I wasn’t allergic to mushrooms. Sent out correct pizza after but no offer of refund, or even free drink for the trouble. When correct pizza came it was lovely though. And delivery was fast

Love the pizzas and garlic bread with cheese as they out tomato sauce on it but shame about the size of the garlic bread and cheese must be about 3-4inch and only 4 small slices. Pizza is well cooked and nice flavours. I love the cookiea from dominos nice and hot and gooey you get £4 cookies for close to £5.

I ordered two pizzas. Both were burned - toppings dry, blackened and virtually inedible. The sauce at the edges had been charred to hard pellets that tasted like charcoal. Absolutely the worst pizzas I've ever thrown in the bin.

I ordered a cheese and tomato and a pepperoni Finn crushed PizzaAnd it comes burnt and crispy and dry And I did phone the shop back to ask them for a different pizza and they told me that is how they serve them so i will never ever order from domino's pizza again this is what u get for £21.99

Ordered as a treat on Friday night. Wow wow wow, this was by far the best pizza I have had both from Dominoes or anywhere else. Full of toppings, hot when it arrived and so so tasty and the delivery was fast with a friendly handoff from the driver. If this is what Denton Dominoes starts pumping out regularly we will be buying lots more. Thanks Dominoes Denton

Lovely pizza. Just not enough topping on them for the price

5 star review for this domino's as their service is excellent. I have ordered a couple of times from here and the pizza has always arrived within 15-20 minutes, still hot and well prepared. Additionally, changes on the toppings were read through and the pizza came personalised in the way I ordered.

Food was late .... turned up cold and under done

Best dominos around lovely warm welcoming staff always have a laugh and quick and quality food. If the price isn't for you they have a selection of deals available in store or online.

Twice I’ve experienced problems now unacceptable, being a regular customer everyweek! I’m sorry to say i won’t be going back no more, ask for extra toppings which I happily pay for twice now they have missed the toppings & now I’ve ordered at 12.20am delivery time frame is 45 minutes but its gone 1.53am still no delivery unbelievable, service has gone down the drain which is a shame considering two new pizza places have opened minutes away from each other think I’ll order papa johns next week see how they are... good luck dominos your reputation has fallen

I used to work there as a delivery driver but found out while I was out of the store doing my job the basterd manager clocked me off every single time ! Obviously stealing money from drivers! I did complain about it but nothing happened so I left. They always need drivers because after few month the drivers find out what's been going on so they simply leave and the manager stays happy that way

I ordered at quarter to 12 got here at 01.10 . Everything I ordered was stone cold ! Not impressed ! It's disgusting looking forward to your food and receiving it cold . I can not eat it . Waste of money ! Plus I'm in Ashton and the delivery driver said he came from stalybridge . Would it not make sense to go from Denton to Ashton then to stalybridge ?? Maybe my food wouldn't of arrived stone cold if the driver had a bit of sense ! Never wasting my money here again 30 pound for it to go in the bin also the pizza was in a state half the slices all over the place half folded up and some slices didn't have all the toppings I asked for !! Joke of a. Company !!!!!! The pizza looked like someone had thrown it at a wall then placed it in the box

Ordered at 10:15 New Year’s Eve, got told it would be 45 minutes for delivery it is now 00:25 New Year’s Day and still not here Cocky staff and ignoring the phones all night absolute joke of a company!!!!

Ordered food just before starting Jurassic park. The (two hour) long film has now finished - no food. I feel by the time it does arrive, I will also be fossilised.

Went in for the but one get one free offer but charged me full price for my order. After I argued my point they did do a refund. Beware with these v slow service and will try and charge you more without telling the offers stupid

absolutely diabolical! ordered from here twice and never again! used the dominos app. had to wait for way over a hour! I rang the store and they tell me the driver left 10mins ago after my app told me it was 30mins ago! the store is max a 10 minute drive. when it finally arrived order was wrong, stone cold and burnt! also had extra topping which was onion SKIN! definitely recommend never using this store!

I rang the Manchester - Denton store to add something to my order which I placed on the app via my phone and when the phone was eventually answered (after trying twice to get through) I was rudely welcomed to Suzy who talked over me and placed me on hold for a further couple of minutes. When she returned she was speaking in a cocky tone and when I was telling her I want to cancel my order rather than add to it as I tried to add something to it in the first place and just got ignored, talked over and placed on hold without any agreement to do so .. she then just passed me on to the "manager" who didn't notify his role in the job until I asked, halfway through speaking to him, after explaining the situation he then put the phone down on me so when I returned the call again he was talking over me asking me for my address to cancel my order when I was trying to make a complaint about a staff member.

Phoned to chase up my order 20min after 'Dom' said it had been delivered, a futher 10min later my cold pizza arrived without so much as an apologie. Had I of not already of paid online the food would of been returned. Very poor service indeed.

Had one item missing, so rang up and they said will ask the driver, did not even bother to contact me, so rang up they said the driver said he had delivered the item which was a lie, fpr the sake of 3 quid and the non existing customer services won't bother with this branch

Good food, fast delivery button a bit pricey

Not sure wether the dominos app is broke, or the staff aren't following the time plan they should be but my food, which is only cookies and ice cream (5 min prep) has been 'out on delivery' for 35 mins, despite my house being a 10-15 drive away. Been sat waiting far longer than I should have been for an order that should have gotten to me in 20 mins max.

On my way home from work, ordered the pizza on the dominos app and in the special requests box i asked if it could be delivered for 7:45 as that is not long after I am home, Pizza arrived 30 minutes early to which my girlfriend paid for the pizza and told the guy that we had a special request for 7:45 he responded with 'my boss told me to bring it now' and then stood in silence without an apology or anything. P**s take. A company this big should be able to provide good customer service.

Part of the order was wrong and the ones that weren't wrong was late and cold. No apology to compensate either, just a quiet ignorant silence, as a response to the issue.

Often get the order wrong, always seem to have deals on. If you order online you always seem to get a sorry we were late post card a week later for some free food with your next order.
