Ecco Pizza in Leeds

Staff uninterested I ordered a cocktail was informed “did not have it” even though it was on menu I was choosing another and girl went didn’t come back. We ordered food signature dish of pasta and spinach balls pasta was cold spinach balls burnt when I eventually manage to speak to some one she said “ sorry and laughed. I have always enjoyed my food here but I will not be going back

Gracias por su atención y paciencia, sé que los grupos son difíciles! Tuvimos una noche fantástica y realmente apreciamos su servicio brillante y comida fabulosa como siempre. Esperamos volver a visitarlo pronto.

This place needs closing down. The staff are very rude, they handle basil leaves with their fingers. The female Asian manager argued with my wife, and argued and argued. My wife asked asked if the goats chess was vegetarian, we got yes, no, yes, no. Then we got WELL IT DOES NOT HAVE ANY MEAT IN IT. Its cheese !!!!! The hygiene is disgusting, at least at front of house. At no point did any one come up to us and ask if everything is ok. They forgot about my coleslaw. Look just do not go here, they have lost it entirely, choose somewhere else. This plase is a waste of time and money. Two "pizzas" Two Starters, and one diet coke. £61 TERRIBLE.

Awful experience. Order hadn’t been put through when they said it had. Rather than apologise, they were very rude to me on the phone, and spoke to me really badly. Will be avoiding this takeaway.
