Elevate Brasserie and Bar in Bournemouth

A great place, amazing 2for1 cocktails, great food at a very reasonable price. The kitchen and bar staff seem to genuinely care about customer service. Would highly recommend, they just need to promote themselves more.!

We see the lunch deal promotion as we walked past, we decided to go in and have a look. The place is beautifully decorated with great sea views and the smell of food was very appealing. Gary and Jerome welcomed us warmly right away, ensuring there was ample space for our stroller. Jerome, who was incredibly friendly, promptly took our order. To our delight, they even offered our little one a bite to eat, showing their thoughtfulness. When our meals arrived, Gary, the chef, personally presented my beef bourguignon and shared information about its preparation, highlighting his genuine passion, which is so nice to see. Given the exceptional food and attentive service we experienced, we are already planning our return visit. Gary and Jerome truly exemplify the best of Elevate, thank you guys!

What a fantastic experience after ice skating today! We took a large group of boys, aged 9 to 13, went in for some pizzas and drinks. The staff were so friendly, the service was quick, the food was great, and overall it was a wonderful experience. Thank you!

Reservado para ver a Bob Dylan en el BIC y reservado Elevate para una comida antes del espectáculo. Solo 3 parejas allí cuando llegamos y se muestra a buenos asientos. Bebidas pedidas junto con la comida. Llegaron bebidas al igual que el entrante. Después de 45 minutos más sin que pasara nada preguntamos el plato principal. Nos lo prometieron en 5 minutos. Después de 15 minutos no había llegado nada. Entonces empezamos a notar que no éramos los únicos que teníamos problemas. Una mesa recibió 4 x mains pero se les habían escapado los titulares. Varias mesas preguntaban órdenes. Después de otros 5 minutos les dijimos que nos íbamos. Nos prometieron comida en un minuto. No llegó. Mientras le poníamos abrigos llegó pero las albóndigas del guiso de verduras de mi esposa estaban frías como piedras en el medio. Una cervecería muy guapa, pero con problemas importantes en la cocina. Esperábamos volver en marzo 25 - no tan seguro ahora. Muy decepcionado. Bill cancelado por el gerente.

Reservamos una mesa durante 2 horas antes de ir a un espectáculo. Compartimos un bon bon de cordero y compartimos la tabla de la cuchillería. Excelente servicio de todo el personal. Nunca sentí prisa. El bon bon estaba sabroso. Seacuterie era fantástico, un montón para 2 personas. Delicioso, especialmente el salmón. Servido con ciabatta y aceite de oliva/balsámico. No hay nada con lo que encontrar la culpa. Todo lavado con una botella de merlot Errazuriz. Muy recomendable

Vivo en Bournemouth y lamentamos no tener grandes restaurantes con vista al mar. Este lugar está en el BIC y mira hacia la rueda de ferris y la playa a las agujas. Hemos tenido muy buena comida aquí y entre las 5 - 7 pm hay happy hour. La tabla de charcutería es tan buena si solo quieres compartir un bocadillo. Vale, son 25 libras, pero esa gran relación calidad-precio confía en mí. ¿Me voy a arrepentir de esta crítica con multitudes? 😊 Espero que sí. Hora feliz no en noches de espectáculos así que ten cuidado.

Llegó para una cena temprana (alrededor de las 5 pm) , esperó durante 25 minutos a que se tomara el pedido en un restaurante medio vacío. Como no sucedió, decidimos irnos a un lugar al otro lado de la carretera. No estoy seguro de por qué la espera fue tan larga como las mesas a nuestro alrededor fueron servidas. Tal vez porque éramos los únicos clientes no británicos que tenían acento... No recomendaría, especialmente con excelentes opciones cerca.

Nice good, good service, lovely deco with as sea view

Found this place by accident as person with a disability I needed the toilet. The staff were very nice and allowed me to use the toilet even though there was a notice out the front saying customers only. We ended up staying for drinks and nibbles and the rest of the family joined us. Glad we stumbled across this place, it was very clean, had a lovely atmosphere, very nicely decorated and the staff were really nice and nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely be back.

We came with the Family on Monday 19 August for an early evening meal. The place was very clean and welcoming. Jerome Thomas saw to us and his customer service was excellent; have to mention Molly as well. After an impressive meal, I stayed for a drink with my Father In Law; and again Jerome and staff members were very friendly. We came to Bournemouth on a weekend break, and will certainly come back and visit Elevate again. 100% and strenuously recommended !

Very tasty fresh food, incredibly attentive and friendly staff and a price that doesn’t break the bank. I would recommend and I’ll definitely return!

We were lucky enough to book a table for 10 for the Euro final last night and apart from the result we had a fantastic evening!! The bar was professionally laid out and the service at the bar was first class. The happy hour was excellent value and the food was served fresh and quickly which was an achievement given how busy it was. From the moment we arrived until when we left I cannot speak highly enough of the restaurant team which is rare these days in a lot of establishments. Well done to all and thanks for making it a great evening

We enjoyed the knockout rounds of the European Championships here with drinks (including very good beer) and a good dinner. Like the food, the service was excellent, at 6:30 p.m. we were able to reserve a table (reservation for 7:30 p.m.) for the final game and even though everything was fully booked, seats were organized. The England fans were “the icing on the cake” and, in addition to the wonderful ambience, created a great atmosphere. Gladly again.

Excellent food well worth a visit.

We had dinner here on a beautiful May evening before seeing a stand up comic at the Bournemouth International Centre. The patio was very clean with lots of open space, and the service was just fine. However, we found the food to be subpar - the vegetarian pizza was way too sweet - the sauce more closely resembled a dessert sauce as opposed to tomato, and the caramelized onions were overcooked. The potato skins were also overcooked and lacked flavor - they came to the table barely warm. For the price, I think we had a decent meal (the cheesy bread appitizer was a big hit) and the service was friendly and attentive. But what encouraged me to write a review was the music playing throughout the dining room. The best way to describe it? BANANAS. An off-putting mix of terrible techno/house music tracks from the early 1990's, with some random bubble gum country songs from the early 2000s. I love house music, but each song was more annoying, more cheesy, and less and less identifiable as the evening went on. When a random Kenny Chensey track at a crazy loud volume stopped the euro pop disaster mix in it's grinding noise, we asked for the check and hit the road. Lovely decor but the music was... BANANAS.

Excellent pre show meal & drinks….. first class service from friendly & attentive staff who were eager to please & provide a swift dining experience with extremely good food…… also able to pre order interval drinks which was a real bonus especially given the queue for the bar & toilets in the main area of the BIC……. Would definitely recommend & use this bar & brasserie again!!

A lovely addition to the BIC and a great setting for pre show dinner. We went to see Keane and had cocktails with a meal. Food was delicious, small menu but a variety to choose from. We had a sharing Seacuterie platter which included salmon, crab and prawns which came with bread and dipping oil. We also had a dessert and I really enjoyed my passion fruit cheesecake. The decor was modern and tidy and we sat outside which was heated and very comfortable. The best thing about this new brasserie restaurant is the friendliness of the staff, very attentive with fast service and smiles. Would recommend for those looking to eat before seeing a concert or show and a bonus is the 2for1 cocktails between 5-7pm!

We had 2 meals here today. A snack and the later on a meal before seeing Simple Minds in concert. We can't recommend this place highly enough. The food was superb and exactly what we needed and the service and staff were outstanding . We were so impressed and when a place goes out of their way to be welcoming and provide excellent food and service they need praise. So thank you 😊 x

Came for Dinner before the Rick Astley Concert. Service was strong, the staff made us feel important and welcome, they engaged with us about our planned concert visit and made us feel valued. The food was freshly prepared to order and was tasty - tweaks to the menu were made to accommodate dietary requirements with no fuss. The restaurant was playing event appropriate music in the background and created a really positive atmospheric start to our evening.

A horrible place to eat before a show. Went with the family last Saturday. The service was slow and the food was awful. I genuinely believe they are taking the customers for granted before a show. The burger buns were stale and everything was below average. The pizza was very average. What took the longest to bring to the table? The bread that we had to requested a few times. We were also served with a tiniest ketchup pot for ants when 4 people ask for some. A bit of a joke really. Maybe improve the food quality?

Service was so slow despite the place being empty. Four servers four bar staff and the priority appeared to be table cleaning. Burger arrived swamped in salad and was cremated. Would I go again, no To make matters worse my wife was locked in the toilet for 20 mins. The staff eventually let her out and no discount offered The place is a joke

We had a meal last night in your restaurant,my wife was told that her mother had died whilst we where eating and the compassion shown to her by the waitress was amazing Thank you so much, sorry I didn't get her name she was small and Italian I think can you thank her from both of us please

I booked a dinner for myself and my wife before the Chris and Rosie Ramsey show. Sadly after what seemed liked a good start, the end of the dinner was a little underwhelming to say the least. On trying to order another drink and dessert, we were told that there were no desserts left, only for the same waitress to bring a dessert to the table right next to us 10 minutes later, and then to a table to the other side. That wouldn't have been so bad, but the drinks didn't arrive either. I have never wanted to just get the bill and get out of anywhere, the attitude was pretty disappointing to say the least.

Amazing food! Friendly service, attentive without being in your face. Totally delicious, definitely recommend the fish sharing board.

I have visited this new restaurant twice since it opened. Both times, the food was delicious and the interior is beautiful. On the first visit, there were lots of staff so service was faultless (had only recently opened). On the second visit in September during a lunch time, there were less staff so we saw our food sit under the hot lights for a while until I gestured to the chef who then brought the food over to us as the other staff were busy (could only see 2 other staff). Hopefully this is a one off as I am heading back there again soon!

Being new to the BIC thought we’d give Elevate a try before our concert. The place is lovely, staff are excellent, fast service and the food we ordered was delicious. The only reason I gave 4/5 stars and this might not be an issue to others but we were seated near the double doors leading to the toilets which were open, the toilet itself doesn’t have a door, so we were constantly hearing the hand dryer going on and off which is loud, but this wouldn’t stop us coming again because this is a great place to come to and would definitely book again

The seating is good and the service is excellent, but my meal was both small portioned and weirdly sweet. My pastrami sandwich barely had any pastrami on it, and had way too much carmelized onion such that it felt like a dessert. Also, the vegetable chips did not match it at all… this plate should go with fries.

Great place for a pre show meal or drinks. Warm, welcoming staff, very good drinks menu. Food menu is ok but could use some more options and I'd suggest a dessert menu also.

We visited Elevate for an early supper before a show at the BIC. The place has a lovely relaxed feel & great views. We shared a 'Seacuterie', which was a delicious fishy sharing platter & plenty for 2 people. The staff are exceptional - we received a warm, friendly welcome and good service throughout our visit. We'll definitely be back soon!

Food was very good, we had pizzas, burger and an open sandwich. However the wedges were a bit soggy. Staff were great. However no dessert menu, we were told that they had only just opened and hadn’t got one yet. Very disappointing. Also no non alcoholic beer/lager.

Great pizzas, massive with lovely toppings. Mikael our server was excellent, super fast service and a really chilled cool atmosphere.

Great food. Great value. Great service. Clean. Background music not too intrusive. Staff were really attentive without being in your face.

We chose this restaurant as we were seeing Deacon Blue at the BIC. We booked with trepidation as their menu read as tho it was going to be a diner type place but we were sooo wrong. The service, from arrival to the bill is friendly and excellent. The food was great. We each had a 'small plate' as a starter and both the lamb bonbon and the terrine were beautifully presented and tasted as good as they looked. I had the salmon, crab etc salad bowl with wedges and hubby had the buttermilk chicken burger. Again, both delicious. We're due to see Rick Astley in Feb and we'll definitely be back.

The first thing to say is that the service we received from staff was very pleasant throughout our experience and the ambience and decor were both excellent. We were less impressed with the choice and quality of menu dishes. We ate in the early evening and were slightly surprised to be presented with a lunch - type menu comprising sharing boards, open sandwiches pizzas and burgers. We opted for burgers which were ok in themselves but the buns in which they were served were quite dry and basic and unusually not brioche buns. Side salads were tired and came without dressing. It all felt at odds with the surroundings. The food needs elevating at Elevate!

My husband and I had a sharing platter which was delicious! We sat outside in the newly furnished seating area , which was very smart. The staff were friendly but professional and the food/ drinks arrived promptly. We would recommend and definitely visit again.

Had my mums 80th birthday here, 20 ish people. Had an area and buffet style choice from their menu. No one was disappointed, the food is fabulous, the staff were amazing and the situation is great. Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning along with others that were at the day.

This is a great spot for a casual night out. We had a show to see at the BIC so booked a table here for convenience. Good food with a varied menu, we had the Charcuterie sharing platter which was delicious. Warm welcome and thoroughly looked after from arrival to settle if the bill. I would recommend this place without hesitation. We will be back

What a gem of a restaurant, excellent food, decor and great views. As for the service.....outstanding from the boss ans and especially our lovely Ecuadorian waitress 'Liss' apologies if that's wrong 😁 So attentive and genuinely wanting my wife and I to have the best dining experience. A new restaurant which will do very well..top Mark's and good luck.

We were undecided where to go for lunch but I remember that this place opened up fairly recently so decided to give it a go. We shared the seacuterie board which was very good. Tasty fish and a good amount. Drinks were nice too. The place itself is well decorated and we will definitely be coming back again

Had a fabulous lunch here today for the first time with family. We sat outside on the terrace with great views of the sea. We ordered the charcuterie to share which was absolutely gorgeous, fresh and so tasteful. Chef Gary is certainly very talented and enthusiastic about food. It was beautifully presented and very filling. Nice to eat healthily for a change. Liss, our waitress, was very professional and courteous. We felt well looked after and will be back certainly.

Fantastic culinary experience at Elevate today. The service was superb. Liss our waitress from Ecuador was so good and very attentive . She explained everything to us. Our food was served by the chef Gary and all items on our charcuterie platters explained in detail. It was obvious that Gary took great pride in what food he prepared and served. All the produce was so fresh and flavoursome. Both the seafood and meat platters was scrumptious. The decor in the restaurant was luxurious and all very tasteful. Both indoor and outdoor areas were very pleasant. Artwork was colourful and very interesting. Overall we had a very good experience at this restaurant and would highly recommend it. Lastly, prices were reasonable considering the quality and quantity of food served. Unfortunately we were only visiting Bournemouth for the weekend but if we lived here we would definitely make this a regular! Thank you all . D&D Ireland

Such a lovely seaside spot for a quick lunch, dinner or drinks! Very fast service, delicious food and lovely staff. I would highly recommend stopping by for an ELEVATED experience!

Had a nice atmosphere, food pretty good, good service. everything seems expensive nowadays so can't even comment on prices anymore, you either go out and pay it or you don't go out.

Great bar in Bournemouth near the beach, with great selection of drinks available including Asahi on tap!

Great things about this place are the fantastic views of pier approach and bmth beach and the staff who's service was excellent. It's also beautiful inside with big picture windows to dine by. Really wanted to like the food but there were a few problems. The crab and prawn sandwich had no prawns and was made with frozen seafood sticks. That's borderline unforgivable in Dorset where we pride ourselves on fresh local seafood. My prawns were good but hadn't been deveined. To be fair the pizzas looked lovely so should have gone for those. Overall it was fine but they need to work on quality. We mentioned the problems and they reduced our bill by 25% which was very decent of them. Easy to park because it's inside the BIC.
