I had a great time at Hyatt Stratford. The food was splendid. The scenery was beautiful and the waiting staff were very enthusiastic about supporting all of our needs. I couldn’t recommend this place more. Anna was specifically helpful and such a kind friendly person to be greeted by. Five stars for food and five stars for everything else in between!

Had a great meal, had exceptional service from Anna and the Hyatt team. I ordered a chocolate dome and a steak. Very nice and drinks was nice.

Lovely day and meal. Great food and ambiences. Clean and great service. Although it was a busy day with London athletics event we had good hospitality.

Amazing service received by Gelene and Maria. Food was lovely, we have tried the lamb and the seabass as mains and we can recommend the desserts as well. Definitely worth a try!

Staff are very accommodating and helpful. Stoyan is very attentive , professional and lovely. We opted for Ala carte - ordered oxford farm and smashed avocado which was so delish & nicely presented. Overall 5 star experience.

We came for lunch. Sam served us today and we thoroughly enjoyed his help. Food was lovely, quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The service was good too. Will definitely come back again.

It’s wonderful! Lamb is highly recommended. We come here to celebrate my husband 10000 day of life. And Gelene is so sweet to help me give my husband a small surprise. Everything is so perfect.

Our stay (8 days) was breakfast included, so we had breakfast at Elondi everyday. On the first day, we appreciated the breakfast a lot and I was so happy to find variety. Unfortunately, the breakfast menu almost never changed during our stay and we grew weary of having the same breakfast everyday. As for the restaurant staff, they were all very kind and hospitable, especially Rin.

I’ve stayed 8 days there with my wife. Only thing about i can complain is that there are limited variety during the 8 days period. Rin, Halina, Dejzj, Geta and Ilona are really great people.

Good service and very friendly staff named Gelene. Hardworking and deserves a treat. Knows how to make the guest happy. Very attentive and superb.

Visited London for work and stayed at the Hyatt. Great hotel for a business trip. Well cooked food, personable and professional staff (was served by Celene), comfortable rooms, and well situated for quick transport links into the city. Would recommend.

Cozy and very nice atmosphere.The food was delicious. I was impressed very much by the service, thank you Gelene for making oour dinner so pleasant and smooth.Last but not least Sunburn mocktail is a must.

Wonderful service - everyone here is so kind and willing to help to deliver a great experience. Had a few meals whilst I’ve been here and Stoyan, Ionuț and another young lady that served me for dinner on 27/04/24, were big standouts. The food was also very good - best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had and would recommend the lamb!

We booked Sunday lunch for a family special occasion. It’s not often we get the chance to meet up so was really looking forward to our visit. On arrival the restaurant was quite empty however plenty of staff at the entrance desk. Service was really slow and frustrating having to constantly try to get someone’s attention to order drinks & food, nothing was forthcoming. Bearing in mind the Sunday lunch option is limited to 3 mains & 2 desserts there was no roast beef, no cheesecake. Even more frustrating was that this wasn’t advised before taking our orders. We were offered ‘steak’ roasts however 1 came full of gristle and completely inedible. When advising the server this was met with a blank face and no apology. This restaurant has so much potential, really lovely restaurant space and great terrace which could be amazing, especially in the summer. Please reconsider your service and provide that great experience that customers will appreciate and will want to return. Really disappointed by our visit, in hindsight wished we we would have gone to one of the many ‘chain’ eateries outside.

I ate at Elondi a few times and the food never disappoints. It’s delicious every time. Today the staff recommended the weekend roast and I must say it tasted amazing! The meat was tender, the carrots, onions and potatoes deliciously cooked in a thick savory sweet sauce, accompanied by a fluffy bread pudding. Went with the staff recommendation for the cocktail as well, I had the Loki’s Trick scandinavian drink, part of the Scandinavian summer terrace menu. It was a great choice, with grepfrut and pink lemonade, it tasted sweat and deliciously fresh. Very good food and drink recommendations! I can’t wait to come back again!

Having been to the restaurant many times previously this was the worst experience ever. We were a party 8 and while the restaurant was not busy at all we waited 2 hours for our meal. Some people got their meal way before others. Really disappointed with the service and meal. not sure I will return tbh

Another wonderful Sunday lunch experience - this time with my whole family to celebrate my son’s 25 birthday. I emailed them about the booking and purpose, Hyatt team are very thoughtful and prepared some nice balloons and a small celebration cake. The Sunday roast is delicious, we tried lamb, beef and pork, they were cooked beautifully with good portion. The staff were warm, friendly and discreet. The environment and setting are clean and spacious with luxury feel. We will come again. Thank you for the entire restaurant team. Special thanks to Anisha and Emma for going extra miles to make the visit and lunch special to my family. See you again. Mr Huang

We had a wonderful stay at the luxurious Hyatt, followed by a delicious brekkie. The staff were incredible, they were warm, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Special to mention to: Ionut, Stoyan, Rin, Tatyana, Halina & Claudio. They are a credit to the hotel

Most staff were warm, friendly and inviting. The venue was very clean, spacious and welcoming. We pre-booked for a family Christmas Day lunch, a table for 8 including a high chair for a 2 year old. I enjoyed my food and dessert very much! All I can suggest for a once a year occasion like this is to have a buffet for one set price. This will then alleviate pressure on staff to wait on tables if there are fewer working on the day and get the meals out within a reasonable time. After making a booking, it would be beneficial to send out a confirmation with special requirements included such as a request for a high chair. In short, I would return to Elondi again. Any first time restaurant has a chance especially during these times. Very few are open on Christmas Day do hats off for opting to stay open. I would be happier if the portions were a tad more generous though so I go home really stuffed.

Was busy shopping and popped into this hotel to have a drink and bite to eat. nice modern lounge and also nice restaurant. i stayed in the lounge. Good - quite expensive - just had a flat bread and drink which was ok nothing special. i liked the ambiance though - nice and trendy. You always pay more in a hotel lounge - £9.00 for a Guinness!! You could get a keg up north for that price….
