Reception staff waiting on staff all so pleasant assets to the team. Quite busy so food area noisy but plenty of quiet areas to relax after eaten.

Few children in shouting and crying a bit, which was a bit annoying but on the whole very good!

Food - cannot really comment as we never got a chance to try it. Service - appalling. Atmosphere - dead We pre booked and paid £90. Unfortunately the night before we arrived we were advised that the flight had been cancelled. Later we were advised we had been moved to another flight 8hrs later. Because we could not access the lounge at the time specified (due to the problems with our flight) we were told, when we eventually did arrive that our booking had expired! We explained that we could not find a way to contact them and that our flight had been cancelled. The staff were not interested. “That’s not our problem” they said. It’s not ours either! I asked why they could not let us in as the lounge was practically empty and were told “If we just let you in then how do we get paid?”. I thought that was an odd remark. But you’ve already been paid! We paid you for a service ie to use the lounge before our flight! Nope your booking has expired. You can use the lounge if you pay again. That’s £135 on top of the £90 we’d already paid! I don’t think so! I believe we were talking to the manager but he wasn’t interested. They’d got our money and would not refund it. We were told to take it up with our travel insurance! As we turned to leave we got a very rude sarcastic “Merry Xmas” from him and laughter! Someone needs to a) learn some manners and b) go on a customer service course at the very least. In 42 years of working in the customer service sector I have never heard anyone be so disrespectful! They should be sacked for that interaction although having read other reviews it seems he is known for his bad attitude towards guests. Do not use. If I ever get a refund I might change my review but I’m not holding my breath.

Brilliant service by mo very friendly very smiley made use feel so comfortable and I have anxiety I would highly recommend and ask for mo 😁 thank you so much mo very much appreciated please become a wrexham fan xx

Food was cold with not much choice. But the server Mo at the bar, was so lovely and helpful. Settled my flying nerves and on hand throughout with a smile, friendly chat and a fresh drink .

Staff very nice sausage and bacon nice, could do with fried eggs. But other than that food and drink is a really good standard. Does get a bit warm and stuffy in the lounge.

**Shocking Lack of Service and Support** I recently had an appalling experience with this lounge service. Due to a flight change, we couldn't get through security to reach the lounge for our original booking. The staff just smiled and refused to let us in, despite our circumstances. **Recommendation**: Don't book! You could lose your money, and they will happily smile at you if your flight is delayed or changed and you can't get through security to actually reach the lounge. The customer service was absolutely appalling. There was no logical reason why they couldn't accommodate us, especially when they suggested we pay an additional £45 per person to use what we had already paid for. You can't call or change the booking online to inform them of your situation. Overall, appalling service and a disgraceful way to treat people. Avoid at all costs! I am now even more shocked at the reply below. Basically, you are saying it's your policy to treat people appallingly, and your staff are just enforcing your appalling service policy. You are ripping people off with no justification. I really can't understand your rationale.

Friendly staff and plenty to choose from

Lounge is great, not too crowded, plenty of tables, good food and drinks selection. Mo behind the bar was excellent, great service skills and service with a smile.

Chose to book the lounge for our honeymoon. Service and food was fantastic. Mo who worked behind the bar was great and extremely hospitalable.

Great place to just go and chill before you flight. Mo behind bar very friendly and really gets involved talking away to customers.

Matt and his team were brilliant. They created a lovely relaxing environment. They all worked well as a team all working across the different areas when needed. Matt brought a birthday card over for my partner when he noticed it was his birthday which was a lovely touch. The guy working mainly behind the bar was working especially hard too. Thank you for a great experience!

Pleasantly surprised. Aspire lounge was full so came here and I’m glad I did! 🥗🥪🥙Food was surprisingly good and better than most other lounges. The salad quality was really good! Genuinely healthy food at a lounge! 🧑‍💼🧑‍💼👩‍💼 Staff were also kind and helpful and kept the lounge very clean! I also liked the seats 💺 which I found very comfortable. Overall, would totally recommend!! Great lounge and staff! 👏⭐️ Minus 1 star: 🛜❌ WiFi is slow AF ~0.5Mbps - It’s 2025 and the lounge was empty. Literally wtf.

Not worth the money. It states it a premium lounge. I visit many premium lounges in airport and this is definitely not premium. Was inform if you want a table for two people it’s not a table but a side table. Normal dining tables are for three or more people. No reserved tables like other lounges. Good is self service other premium lounges are table service. Food very basic. Continental food is cereal or fruit, no cheeses or cold cuts. Cooked breakfast was limited and cold. I use the normal aspire lounge instead and weave yourself some money as this is certainly not premium. I ordered a Buck’s Fizz and was given a glass with sparking wine and told go over to the drinks station to put your own orange juicy in.

No dining seating for 2 persons - all reserved for groups of 4. Had to be seated at a coffee table. All self service. Continental breakfast lacking any protein. Limited bar - handed half glass of fizz and told to add orange juice myself from self-service breakfast bar. No in-house toilet facilities - had to use the delightful public toilets outside. Hardly a premium lounge. Won’t rebook here again.

It definitely could be cleaner but the main issue with the lounge is the toilet facilities. There are none in the lounge meaning you use a shared set that, for the gentlemen at least, have one cubicle and to our three urinals. As you can expect these were constantly busy and with the throughput of people also not very clean

Closes too early. Libraries stay on longer than that (before 8 pm)

This place is mega. Staff were friendly on arrival and throughout the experience. A mint selection on seating. The breakfast is also proper nice. Chuffed, cheers guys!

Nipped into the Escape lounge and I’m glad I did. A warm environment as soon as you walk through the door. The full English was spot on and they had decent drinks behind the bar (when often that’s not the case in similar lounges). The staff were the best part though. Smiles on their faces and sharing the Christmas spirit. Christine, Justine, Jenni, Millie and Dorota were all great (I asked their names so I could give them the shoutout they deserve!!). Next time I’m in Manchester, I’ll be back!!!!

Worst lounge I have been in. No windows, food options ran out and were slow to replace. Worst of all, the beer was 3.4% tasteless water. Complete waste of money.

As it was early not too sure if the lounge would be open; Warmly welcomed with no booking. Staff always on point and happy to help; Especially when it was super early. Blessing 2 Hristo was always helpful.

100% worth booking the lounge, a fabulous start to your holiday for the sheer convenience and comfort. However, best part about our visit was the staff - super lovely and approachable. Jenny, in particular, was great and really made our experience.

Good lounge with great food. Staff were friendly and place is clean. Only negative point, which is not necessarily the lounge fault, is alcohol being consumed by over 50% of guests at 4.30am!

The only issue is you say you have up to 3 hours in a vip lounge, but you never going to get 3 hours has you can’t come through has your gates don’t open up 3 hours before your flight time, so really its a bit annoying really for what you charge really, has you only get about a hour & half if your lucky, But I haven’t got any issues with the beautiful food & drinks you serve & your staff so friendly & pleasant people. Our flight was delayed and Charlie and Kamila were amazing and helped us so much. It’s so nice to have a proper conversation with the staff as well. Both of them went out of their way to help us so thank you! Food and drinks were also amazing!
