I'm partial to a double pepperoni and mozzarella. I enjoy the two for one lunch special. Dough is decent for the area standards, pepperoni is generously garnished, cheese is pretty good. Nice chilli and garlic oils which pair well with a twist of black pepper and some oregano. I'd prefer my base a little thinner and crispy in texture to be honest. Service is polite and efficient. The atmosphere is good enough to sit in peace and wait for my food. Drivers don't crowd the customers. It's a fair food space for a fair price for a fair product. Nice.

I am not sure how early the pizza arrived, but was happy that it did because I was hungry 🍕🙂

I ordered a pizza, garlic bread, and drink combo for the delivery. The edges of pizza and garlic bread were burnt and stale. Moreover, due to poor packaging or bad delivery, the toppings were fallen off the pizza. I had high expectations but the food was really very poor. Totally disappointed.

This place used to be good a couple of years ago but too overpriced now, can get a bigger better pizza at papa johns

The staff have very bad behaviour they don't how to talk with customers and deliver driver even they abuse with deliver drivers

3rd order from here and first time we disappointed. First of all the website did not work, so I had to order from uber eats. Second of all, the bottom of the pizza was burnt and tasted bad, it was not pleasant. I also ordered a can of diet coke which was probably placed in the freezer and now I'm wondering if it will explode once I open. The halloumi salad was ok. I would have asked for refund if it was not delivery....

Ordered food for 17:30 but was delivered around 16:50. I was still at work but thankfully some family were in to collect my food otherwise it would have been cold or not even delivered.

They are now my absolute go to people for a flavourful and soulful pizza at any time. superb!!

The Amalfi vegetarian pizza with olives is fantastic. Order it.

I ordered from this restaurant on Ubereats. The price is not very matched to the quality. Kids pizza was totally different from what they explained and the picture they put online. The King pepperoni pizza was very salty. Very very very salty. The Amalfi pizza I made was very good and loved the topping choices I made on it. Mexicano was quite tasteless, despite having loads of jalapeños, cheese and tomato sauce. There was a lot of onion on it too. The chilli honey wings were amazing. The combination of the hot honey and chilli sauce they marinated wings in there was very good and matching. I highly recommend that too. Calzone was basically more dough than what should be inside but I highly recommend the meat head in the form of pizza as there are a good combination of toppings would go on the pizza. I strongly advice you not to buy the olive pot, as you receive some dry olives sprinkled with some sort of herbs on a bed of wilted lettuce. Another downside, was that there were no sauce came with pizzas and you should purchase whatever you think would go with your pizza. And the price you need to pay for the sauce is ridiculous. No matter how much you pay for pizza they wont even give you any extra sauce and you need to purchase it.

Ordered through uber eats because it had 4.7 stats, but for some reason you can't rate there. I ordered veggie supreme and wedges. The pizza had jalapenos peppers even though the description doesn't mention it. My 2 year old couldn't eat it, obviously I had to cook him something else. Pizza is not great, I mean it's edible but dough was chewy and all toppings fell off(guess that's the cheese to blame). Wedges were massive, imagine several huge potatoes split in 4, and while the wedges alone can feed a family easily, some of them were undercooked inside. First and last time ordering.

gave me the wrong food and the pizza that turned up wasn't cooked properly.. called them to be told sorry next time you order we will give you a free coke or milkshake!!

I love this place. The food is always and I meal always spot on. I have created so many pizzas there I can't remember which is my favourite, lol. The staff are all lovely and a great laugh. Oreo milkshake is my favourite, and I often just grab one when I'm driving past

The pizzas were sooo thin. Sauce and cheese were scarce.. This was my first time buying from Fireaway and it will be the last.

I’ve eaten at another branch previously and enjoyed. This branch’s food was disappointing. Food arrived cold. The pizza was very sloppy. One pizza was meant to have 3 types of cheese however was lacking! The pizza dessert was very doughy not thin and crispy as served in another branch. Myself and my party were left wanting.

I haven't ordered from Fireway for a while, because in the past I wasn't happy with their pizza. Tried again today and what a disappointment! I had to remove the rocket and the olives from it, because they looked rotten. The crispy onions tasted old, even the pizza base tasted odd, like old bread. Honestly, it feels like you decided to put all the old ingredients that was left to be thrown away on my pizza! After tasting it, it went straight to the bin. I tried. Never again.

Got takeout calzones and they were delicious. The staff was also very courteous.

I have to say it wasn’t the best. I keep seeing firaway advertise. So I thought I’d give it a try. Not sure I would again I didn’t feel it was very tasty.

Don’t order the gluten free crust…truly awful. Tasted like actual cardboard. Stick to Pizza Express gluten free…can’t go wrong with that.

Pizzas were like cardboard, really dry and tasted stale. Really disappointed.

Confusion between estimated delivery time (over 90 mins) and actual delivery time. (45minutes) was frustrating. Pizza arrived luke warm. Was ok. Nice enough but far from outstanding

I always order from Fireaway and the quality is always beyond, however, today I ordered and was quite shocked to find burnt pizzas and all scrambled up in the pizza boxes, almost inedible! Had to leave this review because no customer should get that, let alone spend £20 in a global fiscal crisis and get this.

Lovely pizza and generous amount of ingredients. Fireaway offer the best make your own pizza deal and let you add all the ingredients you want. The pesto base is my family's favourite too. And the staff who I know personally now, are great people.

Ordered as the delivery time said within 40 mins, which changed when order was placed to twice that , not impressed as defo is not fast food!!!

Poor quality ingredients! Dough was rock hard, tomato base was tasteless and the mozzarella must be frozen cause it was just about cooked! Chicken strips were ok and the wedges weren’t cooked 😞

Absolutely terrible, I think I klick by mistake sutton branch instead of Worcester park and I regret it pizza was very sad from 3 items one was missing,and they said they will give us extra for that mistake and they give us two pots of sauce,absolutely pathetic never ordering from them again clearly no one there knows what they doing

Order was on time, however pizza was disappointing, pizza bread base was not fresh like it had been part baked ready to use, very dry and hard.

I did place signature cheesy pizza which is included 3 type of cheese but they did put ordinary chess not other two. But fast and fresh pizza.

Was due to be 10 mins early, I then spent the next 25 mins trying to advise the driver where to go. Never had issues having deliveries but for this driver it seemed to be a real problem. Items were cold when they arrived

Firstly, I want to congratulate the staff and the restaurant for making one of the best pizzas. Secondly, so far I can say that from Fireaway I have had the best pizza. Since I have started living in the UK, I have tried many pizzas and none of them were not even as close as the one from Fireaway. And finally, I am extremely happy to give you 5 stars. Again without any doubt one of the best pizzas.

Delicious & Fresh pizza’s I ordered a meal deal with cookies but they had 1 missing for which they send a Nutella Pizza complimentary. Shows their committed customer service. Pizza came in the time frame. Pizza was tasty but not hot. I had ordered from further away before and was hotter. Salad was brown and overpriced for what it was. The redeeming thing was the space rock gelato.

Had a bit of hair/skin on the pizza made us all feel sick. also didn’t look the same as the one in Epsom.

Really bad service waited 2hrs for food only to have to go up there my self to find out what was going on as they were not answering the phone ones there then was screamed at by the staff that my food had left and I need to get out took Another 20mins that to get my food will Neva order there again

For the second time in succession the order (two pizzas, one milkshake) took over 1 hour and ten minutes to be delivered 2.7 miles. The pizzas are lovely when they eventually arrive and they're reheated but they'd be even nicer if they arrived promptly whilst still warm. What kind of amateurs take 70+ minutes to cook two pizzas and drive them 2.7 miles.

I wonted to give them no stars but it’s not an option the food was 25 mins later with no update tried to call them but there was no answer so I had to go there myself to find out what was going on a the worker /manager as don’t know what he was . Was very unhelpful and rude didn’t care that I have drove to find our what was going on and didn’t won’t to help I asked him number of times to call the driver it took me screaming at him to do so will Neva go there again

Ordered food via Deliveroo app. The Sutton branch took over 90 minutes to get my food ready, after ringing them a number of times.. I was told the food would arrive five minutes... 90 minutes later food was delivered. VERY COLD. poor service

Although the base was lovely as always, the topping was disappointing. Within my order I was given a choice of cheese, and I chose regular. When my pizza arrived it didn't have any regular cheese on it, just the what I can assume was buffalo mozzarella. It tasted not so nice, and the fresh herbs in the picture were dried. A few slices only had puree on it. Feast for the foxes tonight, I didnt like it
