Went here as a party of 8 people for my son’s birthday celebration on 2/12/24 . We were greeted with warm smiles and attended to by friendly and helpful staff notably a Scottish waiter whom I think was the manager and a waitress who had just come back from a holiday. I’m so sorry I just can’t remember their names but they deserve an award from the company as they went out of their way with hospitality. Food was good and I was pleasantly surprised as previous visits to Zizzi had been mediocre so I will return to this particular restaurant in Sutton .

Our waitress was Leona, she was lovely and friendly. The food arrived quickly and was piping hot. We really enjoyed our meal tonight.

Toilets are stangy. Has photos of peas, i take this as an instult because i do not like peas. My drink took 3 hours to come and when it finally came it was WATER.I had asked for gold so I was extremely offended!I asked for gold AND THEY ONLY GAVE ME SILVER! I decided to go home and the next day I came back and the waiter said my food will be here shortly.He told me to expect my food in 1-4Years.I am still waiting for my food.

The pizza was over done and tasteless. The pasta was OKish The place was cold so we eat with our coats on. The staff attitude was to get us out of the restaurant so they could go home early … I will not return…

The manager at the Sutton branch was so accommodating to our Christmas party that had been cancelled by another venue last minute! The food was tasty, hot and so much choice and the staff were all kind and courteous and helpful for everything we needed. We were so happy that our team Christmas party was able to continue!! We have visited here a few times but were disappointed by our recent visit. The restaurant wasn’t busy but service was slow and unorganised. The most frustrating part of the visit was how many items were unavailable from the set menu. All 3 of the courses I ordered had to be changed after my order was placed. This would have been more understandable if the restaurant had been busy. I had to change my main dish from the rib calzone (which I was really looking forward to) to a pasta dish and was shocked by the small portion size. I have enjoyed Zizzi for many years but not sure I will rush back.

The mozzarella hunk ball on both the pizza and pasta was very cold, and the sage in the pasta was extremely dry and unpleasant. Additionally, the wrong dish was initially served, though the staff did quickly identify the mistake and brought the correct order. At £20 for the pizza and £20 for the pasta, the meal felt significantly overpriced, especially given that the food was underwhelming. The cold cheese experience was particularly disappointing. I’m unlikely to visit Zizzi again. There are plenty of other places offering better quality food at a more reasonable price.

The chicken starter I had was succulent and juicy. Good pasta dish too. The staff were lovely especially Kezia who was friendly and upbeat, ensuring we were all ok. Thank you Kezia.

We haven't been in Zizzi for a while and will not go back there anytime soon. In every aspect they went down. Calzone was burnt on the top, we've been waiting long for our food. Dessert was nice - salted caramel brownie, but the size of the portion was smaller than a while ago. The waiter wasn't nice, she just brought our food and that's it. They included a 12,5% service charge without asking us, and we paid before we realised. Not fair. It's not US that we have to pay for the service because the owner doesn't want to. Also, it's cash free local which I don't like, because we should have a choice. Then I would avoid being forced to pay a 12.50% tip. Definitely we're not coming back anytime soon for burned food and average service.

We went to Zizi in Sutton our server name was Gabriella she was amazing. Very attentive. She was warm friendly and polite.?helpful and had great knowledge of the menu. She quick in getting things we needed. She is a fantastic server!

Perhaps this was an off day for the kitchen/staff, however a group of us (8) went here and experienced very poor service. After experiencing a very long wait time for our food, they then brought the food out at completely different timings so we could not enjoy our dinner altogether. Upon trying to wait for the rest of the food to come out, our meals went cold and we did ask for one meal to be reheated - it came back lukewarm at best - very disappointing. Half of the people who had received their food had completely finished eating by the time some other meals arrived. It then transpired that the last meal (pizza) we were waiting on had never been made - despite confirming that the order had actually been put through. They assured us it would be taken off of the bill but then forgot to do so, we had to ask. We asked for the service charge to be removed as it was all very poor. We have never had a bad experience at Zizzi's before - if you want to go to this chain, I recommend the Banstead one as have never had a problem there before. We seemed to be the only group struggling to get our meals compared to the rest of the restaurant. I would advise that if you are looking to do a group booking DO NOT BOOK HERE as they cannot handle it. It is such a shame as we wanted to stay for dessert etc however we decided to leave ASAP after a very disappointing dinner. Really such a shame.

In short... disappointed. First say very busy ( tables 1/4 empty) Expected more Zizzi. After waiting for ages, get told shared starter will be coming out same as the main. Starter came, we finished, no mains. Asked about mains then told sorry it was another table that both came out. Absolutely spinning. 2 waitresses run off their feet and manager stands around. The mains came out. Oh dear. Had the stew and it pretty much was pizza doe, 2 large potatoes and a spoon of sauce, really for that money. No one came to us, wanted desert but thought best go somewhere else. Asked for bill and after waiting and waiting. I ended up paying by phone and walked out. Though small was tasty so gave extra star

🍴 - Tonight's Meal at Zizzi Sutton. Christmas Starter and Dessert and "Off the Menu" Main. I Had: Pig In Blanket Bombe - A freshly baked dough ball that’s the Christmas gift you didn’t know you needed. Loaded with gooey mozzarella, a pig-in-blanket, crumbled meatball and lit up with Roquito hot honey & riserva cheese. Chicken Milanese - Breaded chicken breast with crispy riserva potatoes, green beans, kale & spinach. Swap crispy riserva potatoes for chips. Giant Festive Profiterole - The ultimate Zizzi indulgence! Our giant Christmas profiterole is a super-sized dessert, bursting with coffee gelato & whipped cream. Crowned with crunchy honeycomb and drizzled with a hot chocolate glitter sauce. I could have ordered the above all with the Christmas set menu for £27 Ish..... But because I'm a member of Zizzi Club I had 25% of Food Voucher expiring tomorrow so it turns out after using my calculator that it was better off ordering the Christmas specials individually as you are able to. It turns out my calculator was slightly higher than the actual bill. To make things even better, it took so long for my dessert to come out despite having the first two courses come out so quickly one after the other, the waitress automatically deducted my dessert off the bill. I still saved over £6 with the voucher though. So all in all it was not bad at all! Tasty for Zizzi Type Casual Dining Pre Prepared Food as it Were. -🍴

Really loved our quick lunch at the Sutton brunch. Steven took great care of us. He was attentive without pressure, took care and patience in understanding my aunt and mother’s requests. I hadn’t been here in years but would defo venture in to Sutton for this service and decor- highly recommend the festive cocktails/ mocktails. Fab work team Zizzi!!

I recently dined at Zizzi's in Sutton and had the privilege of being served by Rumah From start to finish, she made our visit an outstanding experience. Her warm, welcoming smile and genuine care for her customers set the tone for a perfect evening. Rumali’s attentiveness was unmatched. She struck the ideal balance of being helpful without hovering. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and genuinely enjoys helping people. Even on a busy evening, her energy, professionalism, and personal touch stood out. What impressed me most was her ability to make every guest feel special, no matter how hectic things seemed. I’ve dined at many places, and I can confidently say Rumah’s service ranks among the best I’ve ever experienced. If I were in a position to hire, I would bring her on board in a heartbeat! Her customer service skills, attention to detail, and positive attitude are a rare find. Thank you, Rumah, for making our evening so enjoyable—Zizzi’s Sutton is lucky to have you!

I had lovely food and good service! My only complaint is that only £7.25 was deducted with my Tastecard. I was told it was because we chose from different menus - set menu and main menu. I didn't complain as I was treating a friend for lunch, but I was shocked! This should've been a 2 for 1 offer but it wasn't! Not impressed! I used my card in another restaurant in Cheam a few days previously and it was accepted. I've also used my Tastecard in other branches of Zizzi, but I won't be returning to this one.

I used to go to Zizzi at Sutton for many year but lately restaurant is going from bad to worst. Food is so oily , greasy, everything is overcooked. I think management should do something about the kitchen.

Visited Zizzi Sutton on Saturday and would definitely come back. Our server Leona was great, very friendly and attentive, food was delicious especially casa pollo picante and pesto rosso.I would highly recommend. I just want to say a big thank to Leona for making us feel so special and I hope next time we will come back she will serve us again.

Rumali was a lovely server and very helpful, didn't rush us and laughed with us. Food was good, service quick. Only downside was a couple of items we wanted were not available.

The staff in Sutton zizzi was amazing! Even down to the small details of bringing out my nieces birthday cake they added a bit of glitter and icing sugar to make it look even more fancy. The manager especially made my niece's birthday very special so thank you! Highly recommend zizis for a meal out.

Solíamos visitar aquí mucho, pero nos sentimos debido al servicio que se había ido cuesta abajo. Decidió volver a visitar después de un tiempo y fue decepcionante. Jueves a la hora del almuerzo tan no ocupado. Me dijeron de inmediato que no habría pizzas, ya que tenían un problema con el horno. Bueno, eso es la mitad del menú perdido, pero algo fuera de su control. Bebida y orden de comida tomado enseguida, pero esperamos un tiempo para nuestras bebidas. Tampoco hay patatas fritas. Solo 2 empleados, pero por suerte no hay demasiadas órdenes de entrega para tratar que nos Siento que este restaurante se centra en demasiado con personal limitado. Llegaron los arrancadores y luego la red bastante rápido después. El personal era amable, pero 2 empleados claramente no es suficiente para esta sucursal y no volveremos por un tiempo. Qué pena.

Fantastic. It was my first time going to Zizzi. Service was super. The service was so amazing I went to get each persons names. Special mentions to Jennifer, Gabriela, Rumali for friendly, fast, excellent service. Also to Malika for the fast bar service amazing. And Gabo and the rest of the kitchen for working so hard and swift on a busy night. Absolutely amazing service. Thank you Zizzi

We had a wonderful date night at Zizzi! Gabriela gave us excellent service which we were very grateful for. Despite it being a Monday night, the restaurant was packed and there were only 3 servers, so we were super impressed with how kind and attentive Gabriela was! The Sticky Pig pizza, Arancini and Honeycomb Cheesecakes were the best parts of our meal! The 3 courses for £26.95 felt like a good deal considering how tasty and filling everything was.

I can’t directly reply to Mark, the most recent reviewer, but I have a lot to say in contrast. Every customer could tell how busy and understaffed Zizzi was yesterday, but I have not seen any other reviews about it except his. Maybe because they’re mature enough to not spend their Wednesday night complaining over something menial, or they had the decency to understand the stress the staff were under and weren’t so entitled to think they were the most important customers there. Almost every table was filled last night; that server had multiple other tables to tend to and probably didn’t have the time to be fussing over a corkscrew when I assume you had no trouble using it yourself, and the kitchen staff had a lot to handle and needed a well deserved break for a few minutes. Spend a day working in hospitality on a busy night and then reconsider your review. Personally, despite how busy it was, my girlfriend and I had a nice time there, and thoroughly enjoyed our food. Massive thanks to Rumali and Chloe (I hope I’ve remembered their names correctly) for making sure we were okay throughout our visit. Hopefully the next time we come to Zizzi, it’s a lot less busy, or has more than 3 front of house!

Must have come on a bad night OMG faulty towers would have better service - long waits for cold food- server who could not use a corkscrew - no dessert available cause the chef had gone AWAL really !! What a tatty dump made worse by being asked if we wanted to pay for dessert anyway !!
