Five Guys Tower Bridge in Southwark

There are a lot of people. I enjoyed the hamburgers and potatoes so much. Personally, I think it's much better than the She** * Burger.

I was really hungry after taking the Uber boat, but there was Five Guys, so the scenery was nice and the food was delicious. However, there are two problems: the bathroom and adding vegetables. There are 5 restrooms, but they are always full. And if you add vegetables, you get a burger, but if you don't add vegetables, you get a meat burger (that's what we did).

Five Guys never disappoints, and this branch is hands down the best! The burgers are always cooked to perfection, juicy, and packed with flavor. The fries are crispy, golden, and seasoned just right. The staff here are friendly, efficient, and ensure the place stays clean and welcoming. I love the view and the vibe this branch delivers the ultimate burger experience every single time!

Typical tourist didn’t realise Five Guys used peanuts so heavily. After asking what products used peanuts I was showed an allergen card which displayed what I could and couldn’t have. Thankfully I was still able to eat a burger which was absolutely incredible. The staff member made sure I ordered at the till labelling my order with “Allergy Alert” they then made sure to advise staff who then followed procedures (changing gloves etc), my food was even given seperate to my partners order also to avoid cross contamination. I am so glad I was still able to try this place even with a peanut allergy, great job staff. Thank you!

Yesterday afternoon I was at the location, beautiful! At the same time all my credit cards where stolen from my jacket while I was eating with my family. More surveillance is needed in the dining room. I was shocked certain people are in action in the restaurant while we would like to enjoy are meals there.

I found a place that, although full of tourists, has excellent quality-price and is very clean even in the toilets. The location is obviously excellent and stimulates the wild rush to the seats upstairs for an amazing view. The staff is friendly and smiling and the service is fast. There is also a vegetarian option on their menu. Discounted for the United Kingdom, less for the Italian one.

It was the worst Five Guys I've ever had. The patty was cold and the contents of the burger were also very disappointing. And the drinks seemed to have run out of syrup, so only Fanta was available, there was almost no carbonation, and there was no ice, so it was a waste of money. I regretted going to another branch. + And here, my wallet was pickpocketed ㅠㅠㅠ Fortunately, the manager reported it to the police. I received a report, but I couldn't find my wallet. Everyone, please be careful.

BE AWARE of Pickpocketing! Food is great, great view of Tower Bridge. However, pickpockets operate in this restaurant! Our party had their wallet stolen during the lunch period.

The place was quite crowded, and we had to wait a while to get a table—but it’s understandable, as the view from the restaurant is stunning and absolutely worth it! The staff were very polite and friendly, making the experience pleasant. Due to the high demand, our orders took a bit longer to come out, but everything was fresh and hot when it arrived. The burgers were sensational—flavorful, well-seasoned, and cooked to perfection. The fries, while not visually appealing, were very tasty. One big letdown was the drinks. Even though the free refills are a nice perk, the drinks were warm, with no ice available, and the taste was awful. The Coca-Cola, in particular, was disappointing—it didn’t taste like Coca-Cola at all, and we ended up throwing the drinks away. On the positive side, the complimentary peanuts were a delightful touch. We enjoyed helping ourselves to them while waiting for our food, as they were fresh and delicious. Overall, we enjoyed the experience for the burgers, fries, complimentary peanuts, and the amazing view of London Bridge. However, the drinks need significant improvement.

Very nice food, quick service (although very crowded), and eating with a view of the Tower bridge. Prices are indeed overfetched... 15€ for a takeaway burger... but I guess it is London! The only disadvantage is that because of the location, there's too much fuss in the restaurant, but again, it is London!!!

Premise: I always try to find the right balance between quality and price. I'm not looking for unbridled luxury, but I'm not even satisfied with poor quality at crazy prices. London, however, is a city where the cost of living is high, and you have to accept it... unless you are Swiss or Russian oligarchs! 🫶🏼 Five Guys in Tower Bridge: the view is spectacular, nothing to say, and the sandwich is really good. Juicy meat, fresh ingredients and the possibility of customizing it to your liking. But here comes the problem: the cost. Prices? They start at £13 for a sandwich (just the sandwich!) and the chips, which are good but not incredible, cost £7 more. Paid £42 for 2 sandwiches and chips! 😓 There is no combined menu, so you pay for everything separately, a strategy that I personally find irritating for a fast food restaurant. The price ends up being disproportionate to what you receive. Another problem is the toilets. There are only four single bathrooms, and if there is a queue it becomes impossible to wash your hands quickly. This means that you often can't wash yourself before eating, unless you risk eating a cold sandwich. Even after eating, with a long queue, the bathroom becomes unusable. A decidedly impractical situation for such a popular venue. Conclusion: if you want a quality burger with a spectacular view of Tower Bridge, this is the right place. However, the quality-price ratio is not convincing: it is too expensive, even for London. Good, but not unforgettable, especially due to the cost and inconvenience. P.S. There is a photo of a GQ article talking about the best $5 sandwich, complete with an image of LeBron James. And then the sandwich here costs 13 pounds? Something doesn't add up! 😂

For the view. It's great. Not for peace of mind! The service remains very professional to find you a table upstairs. But you'll have to be patient...

Food, passable quality compared to other fast food restaurants, the fries are thrown into the bag. No tray for eating on site. Service too long, more than 25 minutes of waiting even though there are not too many customers. The principle of a fast food restaurant is to eat quickly.

Went at midnight after a terrible Christmas party. Let's just say Five guys never disappoints.

Food quality. The burgers are made with fresh ingredients and the buns are always soft and delicious. The meat is juicy, perfectly cooked, and the choice of toppings is amazing: from classic lettuce and tomatoes to fried onions and jalapenos.

Everything was fabulous! The Food, delicious; the service, perfect; the music, fantastic. We will come here again, for sure!

Sometimes in life you experience something truly wondrous… ok.. describing Five Guys like the Holy Birth might be OTT but the service on the evening of the 16th December was sublime. You’ve made me a lifelong fan! 5*

With the fact that you can eat with the bridge in the background, the place becomes overcrowded to maximum levels. People standing next to the tables with people eating, waiting to see you with little food to ask you if you're leaving, the same workers ask you if you're done, it gets a little overwhelming, in the end you don't enjoy the views.

I don't appreciate being mid meal and your staff member telling me to move tables because he wants to clean. I understand needing to tidy up but I was like 3 mouthfuls away from being finished, and I'm visibly disabled and the only tables available were stools. It's common sense that you don't demand customers move tables mid eating. I then had a response from Five Guys asking me to fill out a form, which I did, where I then got a response saying they confirmed with the team that my experience simply did not happen and they have taken appropriate steps to essentially close the case. You cannot make this up. Call me a Karen, but I'm never eating here again. What an absolute joke of a company and customer service team.

I visited the Five Guys near Tower Bridge on a Sunday around 4 p.m. The view is splendid and the food delicious, although the prices are a little high. However, big negative point: the toilets, with a constant queue and a disappointing state. A good experience overall, but this detail spoils the fun a little.

Bad quality/price ratio. The burgers are good, but it ends up being very expensive with drinks.

Honestly, the worst burger I’ve ever tried. First at all, it took about 20 minutes to get my order done: a bacon cheeseburger with chips and a soft drink. The first impression I got when arriving was how hard those people work in an extremely busy and maybe hot kitchen, before everyone (the workers) stopped what they were doing, even with lots of people waiting to get their order done, to take a group picture. The beef burgers were burned (probably because they stopped what they were doing to take a group picture), completely tasteless, and the chips, after a few minutes, tasted like old oil. The bacon was like a piece of plastic; completely tasteless, too. The most expensive and tasteless burger I have ever had; more than £21.00 for a burger smaller than my hand (and my hand is not huge), a small portion of chips and a soft drink. On the other hand, there is no screen in the place to show which order is ready to be collected and you have to be very careful and have a good ear to hear when your order number is called. The service has a lot to improve.

The hamburger meat is delicious. The French fries are not that good. The view is the best. I don't recommend coming to Five Guys because of the view. However, I recommend it because December is too cold. I think I was able to sit at a table on the second floor when I got there around 5 o'clock.

Very good sandwiches. Crazy prices unfortunately in line with the rest. Two sandwiches and chips thrown into a bag are £40. The employee who keeps the catering area clean is quite grumpy.

Delicious food with a beautiful view of the Tower Bridge! On the pricey side

Didn't even eat here, because it was such a stressful experience. I've heard Five Guys is supposed to be a good/high quality chain for being fast food, so wanted to try it. While trying to read the menu, we were yelled at (as the restaurant was noisy) asking if we needed help by three different people, some asking more than once. I was there with my legally blind and partially deaf father-in-law, and explained that he was legally blind and deaf to all three people, and that we were reading and translating the menu for him as there was no physical menu that was readable to him. There were only two ordering screens, of which one was broken, and the other occupied, and my father-in-law wasn't able to read off of the menu chart that was a few metres away as he is legally blind, and there were no physical handheld menus. Maybe this is the norm in fast food restaurants in England, but it was incredibly stressful to have the same question being yelled at you every 30 seconds after explaining their menus are not readable to visually impaired people. Even if that weren't the case, we got no time to even look at the menu before being asked repeatedly to place an order despite being the only ones in the restaurant besides one other person who used the ordering screen anyway. I've never experinced such a stressful environment even in fully packed restaurants. The menu was small and quite expensive for what it is as well. I don't blame the workers, I know they are most likely asked to be this insisting, but if you're a manager or CEO reading this: No one likes this kind of customer "service". It's stressful, disrespectful towards disabled people who need extra time, and it makes people want to leave the restaurant.

MOST The burgers and fries taste very good. I think the salt of the potatoes is just on the limit, but it's really delicious. At the same time, when you sit upstairs, you can have your meal with a view of Tower Bridge. They give you a cardboard cup for drinks and you can take as much as you want. You can also get shelled peanuts on the ground floor, free of charge and as much as you want. They taste very good too. The regular hamburger is served with 2 hamburger patties and if you prefer the small one, it comes with one meat. Even the single meat version was very satisfying. I can recommend it. At the same time, when you sit on the upper floor, you can have your meal with a view of Tower Bridge. They give you paper cups for drinks and you can buy as much of the drink you want. They serve the normal hamburger with 2 hamburger patties, if you prefer the small one, it comes with a single meat. Even the meat version was very satisfying. I can recommend it.

It is a place with a beautiful view but it is very crowded. When your food is ready, you still may not be able to find a place to sit. Also, washing hands etc. is a problem because of the crowd.

As the site has gone viral due to the views, the place was saturated with rowdy children and the food is very expensive. Two normal hamburgers, some fries and a drink €42. The spectacular views.

The best thing is the view of the Bridge. The cheese and bacon hot dog was nice, the bacon cooked to perfection, but expensive, considering it's almost 10 pounds without fries or a drink. Very full.

Five guys burgers are always very tasty and made with fresh ingredients. The store in Tower Bridge also has an amazing view (go to second floor) and Divya served us with a big smile and enthusiasm!

I went to the two days ago. I ordered the food and I paid on my card and somebody on the stuff told me your payment not going through and then I paid Cash as well after that I checked my bank statement. They took money on my bank as well they are rob me 😢

I wanted to go into the bathroom and a girl said it was only for clients! I had an emergency! So by hell I had to buy some potatoes and I had gone to eat before but I didn't know how to explain myself in English! It was a girl like a short Indian upstairs.

Five guys burger while looking at Tower Bridge! The second floor window seats are very competitive. Once I sat down, I wanted to keep sitting there so much that I didn't want to go. The burger taste is pretty good, but I think the view is worth it haha.

A good restaurant from the Five Guys chain. The location is very busy, on an esplanade overlooking London Bridge. We didn't wait long despite the crowds present. The restaurant is very clean. On the other hand, there is only one toilet cubicle in the restaurant, around twenty people were queuing to go there.

A restaurant with a view of the Time Bridge from the window. Since Pies Guys Burger is a chain, it is probably above average. The difference between small and regular is the difference between one patty or two, so I think small is sufficient. However, the employee said “sawadi kap” while delivering the burger, but I am somewhat suspicious of the intention behind this. It appears that employee training will be necessary to prevent misunderstandings.

Fast food made in old fashion way, but in a good sense. Very nice wiev and tasty burgers.

Typical burgers and the hottest fast food fries + an absolute insider tip: on the second floor there is a window front with a view of the Tower Bridge ;)
