Good burgers! Quick quality dresser

I just want to use this review to praise the staff working here tonight (the 19th). Going above and beyond and being just all around nice. A specific employee stood out (who's name I didn't catch) but the whole team was absolutely wonderful. And as usual for five guys, consistently good food, albeit a little pricey. But I've never had a bad experience so I'm happy to pay the premium.

The worst surgery and coke I have in my life for 20 pounds! Giving 1 star as can't give zero but have no idea who would pay that money for that awful food

One of the worst burgers I've had the displeasure of tasting in my life. Cold tasteless and messed up my order no idea why anyone would bother with this place when there are so many never options out there. Uber eats refused refund despite getting my other wrong a avoid!!!

Not fast fast (but ten mins also isn't slow and it was 7pm) but those guys are working really hard, and keeping their cool, juggling a lot of things, under a lot of pressure. So big up to them! Burger very delicious!

The food never turned up, but the driver indicated it was delivered at 14:08. I received a call on my mobile which did not connect. When I rang back it was not taking incoming calls. I contact the restaurant and they did not help. Refund please

Ordered just before half 10, arrived almost an hour later than original stated time. Was meant to get 2 portions of fries, only got one and they were stone cold. Like, literally feel like they were never cooked. We’re Staying in a hotel so can’t even microwave them. £45 for 2 burgers and 1 cold portion of chips delivered an hour late. Enormous rip off.

El tipo que nos atendió fue muy servicial y muy amable, causó una muy buena impresión. Precio - alrededor de £ 35 para 2 hamburguesas, 1 papas fritas y 1 bebida - es mucho considerando su comida rápida - PERO por la calidad, se acumula bien con los precios que pagas si obtienes una hamburguesa doble de buena calidad y papas fritas en un mercado de alimentos, etc en bristol. Las hamburguesas eran muy buenas, precioso tocino crujiente, y son de buen tamaño - y las patatas fritas eran excelentes (me fui salado, no picante). La opción de refresco recargable - £ 4. 35 - parece un poco OTT en el precio, a menos que te vayas a sentar allí y simplemente beber litros de sus refrescos, pero tengo que decir que las opciones de dispensador de refrescos eran bastante cool (ni siquiera reconocí la mitad de ellos) . Buena comida, no es barato, pero es muchos niveles de Macdonalds, etc!

My wife and I visited Five Guys in Bristol Cabot Circus today, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. We each ordered a cheeseburger and fries, and from the moment we stepped in, the staff were exceptional. They took the time to explain the different sauce and topping options, which we really appreciated, and they were incredibly professional and polite throughout. Special shout-out to the young chap in the bright red uniform who was going through his training—he was cheerful and added to the positive atmosphere. This was my first time dining at Five Guys, and I have to say, the food lived up to the hype! The cheeseburger was outstanding—two full beef patties smothered in melted cheese, with ketchup and mayo mixed in somewhere, creating a delicious, juicy mess. The cheese oozed everywhere, making every bite indulgent and satisfying. As for the fries—what can only be described as a "bucket" of them—they were in such a generous portion that we ended up taking the leftovers home. The fries were perfectly seasoned and plentiful, ensuring we had more than enough to enjoy later. While the total came to £30 for two cheeseburgers and fries, we didn’t mind the cost at all, as the quality and portion sizes were absolutely worth it. The food was fresh, well-prepared, and packed with flavour. Overall, Five Guys in Bristol Cabot Circus delivered a brilliant first-time experience for me. The food was delicious, the portions generous, and the staff made us feel welcome and well taken care of. We’ll definitely be back!

I preordered my food at 18.22 for a 20.00 delivery it said the driver picked my food up at 20.02 yet didn’t get delivered to mine till 20.40 food was cold out We couldn’t even eat the fries and milkshake was all over the bag very bad experience

Nice, decent, no frills burgers. Funny tasting drinks. Huge portions of chips. All in all, good valle for money.

Delivery time was not bad - about 50 mins to an hour. Food order was wrong - I didn’t get an extra patty I paid for. I raised an issue with JustEat and then ate what I was given. After I had finished, and too late, I received an email asking me to photograph the missing patty. I couldn’t. They refused to refund me. So - bad basic reading the order from five guys and useless thick-headed response from JustEat. They can both get stuffed. No way two burgers are worth £35 / even if as ordered.

There were so many things wrong with this order i placed. I had tried to previously email you guys and it never worked, I want a refund. I like you guys and never normally have a problem but I may start looking elsewhere to order food on from now on. Everything on the inside of the burger was wrong so I couldn’t eat it, chips were stone cold and the seal on my milkshake had been broken please could you refund my order this is shocking!!!!!

This was my first experience in a Five Guys restaurant, and I wasn't impressed at all. The outlet itself was clean and quiet, and the staff were all nice and explained how it works, but this place isn't for me. There was no Coke left in the drinks machine and a long wait for our food, although it was freshly cooked and prepared. We only ordered a small burger each and the smallest fries to share, but there were far too many just for two people and way too salty. My burger was OK though although they put the wrong sauce on. Definitely not a restaurant I would eat in again

Nice food, beware the milkshakes are put at a separate window to the rest of the food so don’t spend ages looking for it! The staff were very happy and jokey to make the customer welcome and happy! Nice place to eat!

I paid £31 for a burger, chips and a milkshake! The milkshake was £6.35! I didn’t mind paying if it was good quality and I received everything I ordered. When it arrived it was cold and I didn’t receive the milkshake! Won’t be ordering again!

We got just plain burgers, no tomato, no lettuce, no ketchup, no mustard, nothing, just plain burgers for £51.69 that I still don't know how can you allow this to happen. No option to choose and we were told that Five Guys has issues with you.

This Five Guys in Bristol really carries on the deliciouness that is Five Guys burgers. The ones made here are made to perfection! The staff are great and are always upbeat.

Chips were soggy and underdone! Burgers were cold and greasy. We had to put our food in the oven to try to improve it but it was beyond repair. Really disappointed.

The place is very nice especially after rush hours, the food quality is unbelievable! It is a very nice experience for a solo or a family meal.

It took a very, very long time for the order to be made, and it was an hour in total from time of order being accepted to delivery, but it is delicious, and the delivery driver did a very good job of getting it here warm despite the weather.

The burgers we ordered were good, a decent size, well cooked and tasty. The chips on the other hand really let everything down. They were so salty, practically inedible. This is the first time I've been to a Five Guys, is this normal?

Tried to find a space to sit but everywhere was filthy. The staff were friendly enough and nothing wrong with the food but the state of the place was disgusting with food all over the floor.

Greasy Tasteless burger .... The bun had more flavour than the meat. Fries had WAY too much salt on them. Can honestly say...don't know what all the hype is about won't be going back.

It's like eating in the park: dirty tables where pigeons have passed over them (inside the place), zero cleanliness on the tables and homeless people who go in and out without problems bivouacking in the bathrooms. 1 beer of 0.33 paid almost 8.50 pounds, are you kidding me???? Meaningless hot dogs and good burgers all wrapped in foil in a paper bag. The kebab I ate afterwards was very good because I spent too much and left myself hungry!!!

I ordered last night and it seems to have gone very downhill compared to previous times I’ve ordered. The fries were cold, the burger wasn’t as nice as usual, and instead of giving me the Dr Pepper I ordered, they gave me a Sprite and a Diet Coke that was over 2 months out of date

It is unbelievably expensive. Nearly £5 for a soda it's similar cinema prices.... You can buy 4 litres of soda from a shop for that. Burgers are absolutely average....sooooo many better burger places in Bristol. I guess you are paying for a brand and it rides on American diner experience. It's a great brand and that's why it's popular but the prices make your eyes water.

The worst burger I've ever had, and I'm a burger fanstic. Patty was terrible in looks and cooked awfully Was a massive slop burger which I didn't even eat half of and paid 12 pounds for Milkshake however was excellent

First time at Five Guys and magnificent experience. We were assisted by what we believe was the manager with great patience. He not only explained how it worked but also showed us the sizes of the products. I very much appreciate your kindness and advice when placing our order. It took very little time to prepare it and it was delicious. Premises/tables/bathrooms absolutely everything was really clean.

My 12 year old says it was the worst experience ever! It's an expensive version of a takeaway. Not a very pleasant experience at all, including staff not registering part of our order. Doesn't deserve the hype that it gets. Not impressed and won't visit again.

Hot dogs are definitely not with the money

Overpriced place with low quality food. I paid for 2 burgers, 2milkshakes and small fries 40 pounds. The burgers buns was a cheapest made buns, which I ever eaten. The patties were McDonalds quality and cheese was also the cheapest type of cheese available on the market. There are plenty places in Cabot Circus, where a food is higher quality for lower prices. One thing, which I can recommend was a milkshake. Place looks like a poor made American-style burger place from last century placed next to a motorway, or like burger shot from GTA, so not my style. Even KFC looks better, and McDonalds compared to the five guys is a next level of design.

The staff at this Five Guys are amazing!! One of the kindest and most accommodating people I've come across in this chain. Very happy and comfortable atmosphere!

Burger was lovely but the chips wasn’t the best they was cold

Incredible bacon cheese burger!!!

The burger patties were tasteless and unsalted/unpeppered, the relish and onions within were pretty good, the burger was not well constructed, and the salad and tomato were placed straight on top of the patties with the relish and pickle, with no care for how the flavours interact. The fries were undercooked and soft, they were however well salted - although due to the way the bag was packed the fries were on their side in the bottom. The milkshake was amazing, I would very much recommend it. I had the chocolate shake. For a first impression; You can get a better burger and fries in a medium-upscale breakfast cafe for a better price.

So expensive The quality was no better than any other fast food joint so was not happy with the price. So we bought our 3 year old a small hamburger as the guy said this would suit him but it was huge and something like 9 quid plus Fry's and a drink. I'll go for a steak next time for the same price. Oh and Fry's sucked hard

Lovely chips, nice burger and thr milkshakes are amazing with fruit bits in them.

Polite delivery driver that arrived early

Freshly made, tasty, you get to pick your toppings yourself, fries are better than in most chippy's. You pay at bit more, but that is more than made up for when you bite into it.

Massive amount of fries for a regular portion and the burger I had was the best burger I have EVER had...in my life. Staff were great too,gave me a tub of hot sauce on request too ;)

Like any other five guys, so good consistency... apart from the 2 pigeons in the restaurant. I had to get one out. Someone else got rid of his friend. They were on tables, and i didn't see any staff wipe any tables.

I only go for the milkshakes. Strawberry and Salted caramel plus cream ontop is my favourite milkshake in Bristol

Really nice food and great service

Have ordered previously and had missing items. Have ordered again this evening as we fancied some milkshakes however we only received some chips and not the 3 milkshakes ordered. After calling the store 8 times and no one answering we have decided we will not be going back.

Great burgers, a bit of a wait for the food, but to be fair, it was busy! The peanuts 🥜 kept us occupied!!

Service was great from the staff, and I had a large Cajun fries and I think I must have been served a potato field's worth of fries for my portion. They were very nice, but the burger left a lot to be desired. Very wet bun and burgers themselves lacking any depth of flavour, a bit of seasoning wouldn't got amiss. Also, the music was way too loud to have a decent conversation. Overall some good elements but unfortunately the burger in a burger place being very mediocre is disappointing, especially when forking out over £20 on a meal. Can't say I'll be rushing back anytime soon.

Really good burgers, love the fact you start with bread and meat, and *add* sauces / salad etc. rather than feel like you're paying for all the "bits" you take off if you just want it plain like me and son 1 😉. My only complaint would be that it's not clear where the pickup point is for online orders - I had to find a space amongst the deliverooo and just eat riders to let someone know I was there to collect my order!

Haven't been here for years. Forgot how good they are. A little expensive but so worth it. All the extras are proper fresh.

Food stone cold -burgers never good microwaved after receiving cold

It was OK. Quick version: if you're on a budget just go to burger King. If you're not, just go to a restaurant. I went because I've never been and I wanted to know what it was like. It was pretty much burger King but over £20 for just a burger, small fries and a drink. The quality of it was pretty good. Better than most fast food but not worth the money. For the same price I could've got a really good burger at a restaurant with a cocktail. It's true what they say about them giving you loads of fries! They gave me a small cup of fries then chucked a whole bunch in the bag too. I suggest only ordering small fries because you get more than what you would expect large to be. I like that you have a menu of toppings (I think you can choose as many as you want) I chose jalapeños, pickles and mayo. The jalapeños were SPICY. I'm usually good at spice but wow. I couldn't do it. I'm probably never gonna go again but it wasn't bad. Just pricey for fast food.

Bit pricey but very filling and a great burger

Absolutely useless, ordered delivery of only 3 items for you to forget 1 of it, this is sad. Burger arrived soaking wet in brown bag that was completely wet tearing apart, burger bun demolished by your stupid aluminium foil, literally why even bother offering delivery if you can’t deliver in full? Where is the DIFOT? This review is based on many orders from you and this was the last time i have wasted my money on you, useless.

A very delicious classic burger. Hotdog was not worth the price and the bun is too sweet in my opinion. Portion of fries is always larger than expected and the seasoning is great. I wish the ketchup and mayo I ask for on the side would be included.

2 items missing from order and the burgers were pink and not cooked through. 2 missing items have been refunded but nothing for the burgers which we were unable to eat

Expensive...the burger was ok...bun was damp because of being wrapper in tin foil...which by the way is not very biodegradable. All in all a disappointing experience. Burger and fries £21

It's so expensive! The hamburguer is good, the fries are great and they cater well to food allergies and have good gluten free options, but for a fast food chain is too expensive, isn't worth it

The price just keeps on rising. £20 for burger, fries and drink. I could buy a pretty decent meal in a good restaurant for that much. This obviously isn't the fault of any of the staff at this store, but 5Guys has reached the stage where their price is vastly greater than the quality of the food. Once a burger and fries becomes more expensive than my weekly food bill, it's too much. 2 years ago, the price of the burger was £3 cheaper than it is now. The fries have gone up by at least £2. At this rate, by 2025 you'll be paying £14 for the burger alone! But hey, nobody is forcing me to eat there. I'm just shocked at how much the price has risen over the past couple of years. I really hope the staff at 5 Guys get paid really well and see a cut of the profits.
