Frankie and Benny's London Outlet Centre Wembley in Brent

Quiet time with only 2 other tables with diners. Perfect as we had time constraints as off to a show. Sat waiting for about 10 minutes. 2 separate large parties came in and were sat either side of us. Both tables were seen to, one even having their drinks brought out. We were still sat waiting to be acknowledged. Got up to walk out and when said we were leaving as we were fed up of waiting, just got an abrupt “Ok” response.

The service was all in all awful. me and my friend came here months ago and were served by a guy called Rhys and he was lovely and made our experience great! However this time it was awful. The food took a long while and when waiting to pay, we were waiting a good half an hour for them to come over. Instead of coming over to us, they were sat at another table, all together (bare in mind the restaurant was EMPTY apart from us and another family, who were waiting to be served) just talking with one and other. They could clearly tell we wanted to pay too as they had taken our plates. The chefs weren’t even in the kitchen. They were sat around talking to people, was ridiculous to be honest.

Really friendly staff. Came for my daughter’s birthday lunch. Great food great service. Really recommend this place again

Poor service from entering the restaurant through to ordering and receiving our food. Front of house was chaotic, there were lots of empty tables but we had to wait to be seated. The food was good but it took a while to arrive and didn’t all arrive together. Part of my father’s food order didn’t arrive and we had to wait for it to be cooked, which meant he was halfway through his food before it arrived. We were not asked if everything was okay with the meal or asked if we wanted any additional drinks during the meal. We asked for the dessert menu and then our waitress took so long to come back we decide to get the bill instead. Will not be returning unless the service improves.

I had a good experience. Like an American diner type place. Big, spacious restaurant. I had a late lunch but they were still busy. Menu comprises pizza, pasta, burgers, salads and more. They do breakfast as well. I had the bolognese to eat and the Gordon’s No-Gin & Tonic to drink. Both were good. The drink was needed and refreshing in the heat. The bolognese was perfect and just right. Some may feel the portion was small but it was enough for me. Service was friendly and efficient. Would recommend.

I visited Frankie and bennys at Wembley for a SSE Arena event with my girlfriend. Our food came on time and the staff was very polite and experienced. Will definitely return.

Food terrible, prices inflated, staff unhelpful and lazy. Never again,got the meatballs and spaghetti which was tasteless, a pizza which poundland would put to shame.

Food was lovely and service was fast. We were seated straight away and did not have to wait long to order. Friendly staff. Would recommend

Excellent Breakfast, Absolute Brilliant Service, Manager James and his Staff were totally Amazing, would Highly recommend going.

Part of the London designer outlets next to Wembley stadium a great location and fantastic ambiance however the food could be better .. Will I go back ? May be I will but there is plenty to try out there and it did not blow me away but it's not bad either

Came to Wembley and saw frankies and had to try the new menu, American dippers and Brooklyn bruschetta were both very tasty . Quick and friendly service too
