The Waiter we had was fantastic!! Great customer service, was humorous with our child making her laugh. Her comment was “he is really nice nana friendly” We was in between 5pm-7pm 18/01/24 He needs a raise!

we ate at the denton restaurant for dinner and our waiter, phil was absolutely amazing & so accommodating to all of our requests which was greatly appreciated - certainly the best service we have had in a while & we will certainly be back!

Great atmosphere, came for a family meal and was served by Charlotte who exceeded customer service such a lovely lady.

Visited for a final new year treat and it did not disappoint. Staff were very attentive and food was incredible and came out in a timely manner.

Been here afew times and had Charlotte serving us who did an amazing job as always and makes us feel very welcome every time without fail. My partner loves the chicken carbonara whilst my favourite dish is the chicken arribatta 😍 Fantastic service

Wonderful service tonight! Our waitress, Charlotte, was incredibly polite and had a captivating aura that filled the room with positivity. She truly appreciated the tip, more so than most waitstaff I’ve encountered, which added to the pleasant experience. The food arrived promptly, and I didn’t have to wait long at all. Cold food not as ordered service shocking

Totally disappointed with the food. The lasagne was the worst I have ever eaten. A bowl of slop, totally tasteless, and unable to eat. The staff were friendly but very disappointing visit it was a complete waste of money.

My 1st experience at frankie and Bennys was a good experience as the general manager Jason made myself and family very welcome the service was A class from him Thoughtout the night, the service was impeccable, the manager was attentive but not intrusive and provided excellent recommendations that truly enhanced our dining experience it was clear that the manager takes pride in his work

It wasn't great. The garlic bread was like cardboard and cold. The burgers were just OK at best and not worth the money. I will definitely 100% not be getting anything from this place again, McDonald's do better food and that's saying something... Don't waste your money, go somewhere else. Thank me later!

Ordered food at 4pm expected delivery time kept changing every 10 minutes x after hour and half phoned restaurant couldn’t fault the manager Oliver very helpful gave us just eats number eventually received our order at 6pm garlic bread was like a brick and cold not happy

Very dissatisfied. Wrong food served. Long waiting time. All the food was bland and tasteless. We ordered a few things off the Christmas menu which they had just introduced but a lot of the food on there, they didn’t have in. It’s fair to say that we will never be eating here again. The only shining light was our table waitress who was called Charlotte. She was great and very understanding and helpful. She is far too good to be working at Frankie & Bennys. She gets paid the minimum wage and works her socks off for it. She would be more suited at a high class hotel/restaurant. 5 stars for Charlotte.

On a recent visit to this chain, i must admit that i ordered what i think was the best chicken burger i have ever had....It was the BBQ chicken burger.....YUM YUM The cheesy garlic bread to share was also very nice but the service could have been slightly better considering it was very quiet

They have changed the menu to a more New York style menu. We did not like it at all we live in Denton not New York. The sausage patty was tasteless. Why not just fry 2 sausages on a bap which we used to love. Blueberry pancakes can't be eaten by people on bloody thinners so they were a no go also. You used to do red berries or strawberries and raspberries which were lovely. Thank you to the Manager however, for the discount given.

Just left after one of the best experiences we’ve ever had at a Frankie and Bennys. Charlotte was extremely friendly & is an absolute credit to the restaurant!

Kids menu excellent value for the money.

As always, excellent service, and the friendly and kind interaction shown to my Granddaughters, especially my slightly cheeky, but very adorable 4 year old Grand daughter is lovely, and leaves a lasting impression, that always wants us to return again.

Staff were really welcoming and friendly. Mains took a while to come out which the staff repeatedly apologised for. They also forgot part of our order which we didn't realise until we were ready to leave. But there was no big issue about that apart from the issue with the till when trying to remove the none appearing item. Food was nice and the staff were friendly. Will be going again 👍

cold tastles over cooked. waste of a meal

Where do I begin! There were around 20 - 25 covers in the restaurant (including a party of 18) and 2 members of staff!!!! One general Manager and 1 server. Kitchen had 1chef, one sous chef and a pot washer. There were no tater tots, no pollenta for pizza/ Garlic bread, the potato skins were dry and the salted caramel milkshake was more salt than shake 🤢 The general manager was mostly managing the bar / making drinks and that left one server to try and actually serve and placate all those people sending back food!! He (Phil) was overall the best bit about the experience! Made the slow service and poor food an enjoyable 2hours 🙄

Only 2 members of staff and the kitchen had 2 chefs one being the pot washer but Phil who is one of the staff was great

My first time ever at F&B our server a man in his 30’s id say. With glasses and a tattoo on his arm was so attentive. No question was silly he was so helpful with our experience. Made us laugh. And suggested products for us to try. We will be visiting again because clearly the staff care about where they work and ensuring people have a cracking evening out. Thankyou so much! Just returned from F&B's at Crown Point, Denton. Cannot thank our server Phil enough for his outstanding efforts today. The restaurant was clearly understaffed yet Phil managed to get round as many tables as he could. I have poor mobility and was in a lot of pain today, I don't think Phil understood how much his kindness was appreciated. Thanks again Phil!

Just had a 2 course lunch with my wife, the food was delicious, plentiful and cooked properly.. My Pizza was brilliant. The waiter a young man with glasses was excellent, pleasant and very helpful. I left Frankie's well fed. I will be returning soon as possible.

Quiet, calm restaurant, good food, brilliant kind service

Friendly service, nice decor. You have to wait a long time for your food. My carbonara was so-so. For a place with Italian cuisine, I expected something better. But the brownies are delicious.

Went on Friday night for a treat using the 40% off discount was very busy due to this offer and food took a little longer than usual to come out but service by waiting staff was still great and the food was worth the wait xx

A very tasty burger, a massive improvement to the one I had several years ago. Very impressive. We also made use of the 2 for 1 cocktails. Marks lost because there was a member of staff who was talking to another person too loudly, ruined the vibes for a short while. Hopefully F&B doesn’t screw up and mess with the burgers any time soon.

Lovely place little pricey for portion size but nice food and atmosphere

From the moment we walked in the staff were very friendly, especially Phil, who ordered our food and drinks. We were a family of 6 celebrating my Grandsons 7th Birthday. Excellent food and I must say Phil was very patient with a good sense of humour with the Grandkids. Definitely go again. Garlic cheesy bread is a must and the pepperoni pizza is delicious.

Just had a wonderful time this afternoon. The service was spot on. The guy who served us was very courteous and polite and made a wonderful experience for myself and my two granddaughters. I will definitely take them there again .

Chips where not nice they where awful

Always had a great service here but sadly we visited today and left after 45 minutes of waiting sat at the table as I believe the restaurant was understaffed I could only see two staff on and after waiting 45minutes with no one taking our drinks or food order we left. 45 minutes waisted but I don’t claim the two staff members as normally the service is great.

Unknowingly ate half without realising until I threw up. I used to really enjoy fnb but that was disgusting.

I actually ordered online. I had a breakfast stacker and the bacon was raw with floppy thick rind. I started to choke and was vomiting. I won't be going back. It was disgusting

Loved our visit, treated our parents for birthday/mothers day. Food was delicious, service was great and it was a really nice chilled atmosphere. I only put 4 stars for food as I had the half rack of ribs which came with fries and a small corn on the cob. Presentation wise, it could have been better, a few less fries and maybe a side salad and pot of slaw would have lifted it a bit, but taste wise, can't fault it! Definitely recommend!

I’m uber driver and I’m never gonna come here again. When i showed my order no. The guy over there with small beard said wait outside and don't waste my time, he was like he is gonna fight with me . I’m all shocked how such big restaurants can work with such rude behaviour.

The Food was nice, the staff was extraordinary. But the Manager was completely off. Keeps following the staff around makes them visibly uncomfortable. He was dressed completely inappropriate. His belly was looking out of his shirt. Not exactly what I want to see at a restaurant. Not really interested in returning at this place anymore which is a shame as the staff is amazing and lovely

Terrible experience, was seated and we ordered 2 pints budwieser only to be told there's no draught beer only bottles £5.10 a bottle (£10.20 a pint basically) so we had 1 bottle each after waiting 15 minutes to get said bottle. Lady and child next table was shouting to waiter "When will our food be coming please" ? I went on the £12.90 (2 courses menu) I ordered garlic pizza bread and pepperoni pizza but was charged £3.00 and £12.40 respectively...mmmmhh supposed to be £12.90 !!! All in Garlic bread was solid and tasteless, never seen garlic at all. Pizza ...probably the worst I've ever had and I've buried a few in my time, no cheese , no moisture, no taste, I had to ask for parmesan to put a glimmer of cheese on it . Total rip off ! I actually left with a horrible taste in my mouth. Wife ordered lasagne was OK but had carrots in it ???? She was a head chef for one of Holts brewery mainstream pubs for 10 years...never seen carrots in lasagne? Overall it was a bad experience, wish I'd never gone in and left feeling ripped off despite the bill being reasonable Someone needs to tell the 2nd chef to put their phone down too , people waiting for food !!! Never got asked if our meal was OK ? Never got asked if we wanted another drink even though I'd drank my little bottle before the starter arrived. Bad experience all round , won't be going again in a hurry Happy New year

For my daughter’s birthday she chose to have breakfast with family and friends at Frankie and Benny’s and we were really well looked after. There is free parking here and it is adjacent to the restaurant which is on the perimeter of Crown Point North shopping centre. We received a warm welcome and a table for ten was waiting for us. Everywhere was clean and tidy and the atmosphere was good. Ellis was our waiter and he was courteous, polite and friendly for the duration of our visit. I felt that they could have benefitted from more resources at times, as the restaurant got busy at one point and Ellis and his manager seemed under pressure. But the food arrived in decent time and was all delicious. Drinks were sometimes a little slow arriving but we were kept informed. The vegan and vegetarian fry ups were lovely. Ellis kindly brought out a birthday cake for my daughter and allowed us to use ten plates and forks which was appreciated. All in all we spent two hours in the restaurant, we felt looked after and everyone enjoyed their breakfast.

Overpriced, boring, poor quality, dry cheeseburgers with no cheese on, McDonald's is far better for half the price.

The food is overprice in compare with the flavour, my husband order a burguer with bacon and was very salted, the pasta (carbonara) was salted aswell, we will never come back, dissapoint it

Very bland food had the hotdog, hotdog over cooked,the onions was dried, cold just sprinkled on top. I won't be going back.

First time ordering from here and it was fabulous, burgers were cooked to perfection, the chicken wings were amazing and sweet potato fries were lovely. Food arrived on time and hot. A lovely meal thank you 👍

Was so disappointed we were greeted at the bar by a member of staff who told us that there was no chicken breast only crispy chicken which isn't everyone's choice so we ordered a second choice of 4 cheese pasta bake but was told we couldn't have that either they had none so 3rd choice was carbonara which was very nice, garlic bread was very nice too , but how a restaurant like yours ran out of stuff on a main night is beyond me . The staff serving was very apologetic and was so lovely.

Bland. Easiest 1 word description of this place. My last visit was a few months ago and I was very underwhelmed but though we'd give it another try as historically we'd always quite enjoyed a F&Bs. But tbh, it was exactly the same. The food is so bland now. Its as though they've completely stopped seasoning I always used to love their pizza but they're nothing more than a cheap frozen pizza. The base; bland. Tomato sauce; cheap and bland. The cheese; bland and didn't taste like proper mozzarella. You get the picture. My daughter wouldn't eat the macaroni cheese which I've never known before. Tried it and I can see why. Bland beyond belief. I've tasted more cheese in my daughters socks! Service was pleasant enough but not quick. That's it now for us and F&Bs. Another restaurant chain we won't visit ever again.

We are frequent visitors Everything about this restaurant is good The place was clean and busy. Our waiter Tai was awesome, and as always treated us like VIP’s The food was excellent and cooked to order. Relaxing atmosphere with really nice people. Great venue for lunch.
