Just had pizza and sides delivered. Arrived on time and hot. Lovely and tasty and will order again with offers. Chicken fajita pizza was really nice, not too spicy.

Wheras I do not mind pizza, Pizza Tower makes this place even better.

Delivery driver thinks its okay to ask for cigarettes at our door while handing the food over. I wonder if he does this at every house. Food was decent but only lukewarm, delivery took just under an hour.

Awful service. Ordered just after 8 on a Wednesday night and took an hour to arrive despite being half a mile away. Called twice and got told both times it was “on its way” despite it being a “10-15min” delivery service. When it finally arrived the food was mid.

For £40 it was horrible. Would have been better going to asda, spending less money on a frozen pizza and it would have probably tasted better. The pizza was literally all dough, no flavour whatsoever. We also got the cheesy slices and chicken poppers, more like chicken snippets, tiny pieces of chicken that were nothing special and then the cheesy slices tasted like straight up butter. Won't be getting a papa johns again that's for sure

An hour and a half to get a cold Pizza. Just dire!

Ordered food at 20:00 - pizza showed up at 22:45 after calling the place 3 times - forgot the dips we ordered and our drink for the second time. Absolute horrific experience- wont be ordering from here at all .

Pizza arrived 1 and half hour after the order,when ringing the store in between they were saying 20 min and so on and not informing the expected wait or else we would have cancelled the order immediately,very unhappy not only pizza arrived so late but it was cold tasteless and hard,called store for refund and filled up the complaint if got refund successfully might give it a go by considering one time mistake in future if customer service prove to be good or else never ever ordering food again.

Order was wrong even with collection. Straight after they put pork on someone’s pizza even though they aren’t allowed to eat it. Customer service is failing. English is very bad

Absolutely disgusting pizza from here. Practically zero topping and almost cold, it was like eating a piece of hard bread. No flavour (due to no topping) and the dips are like a weird melted butter with the weirdest oily taste to them. Happily leaving a negative review safe in the knowledge it'll be a cold day in Hell before I ever think of eating from here again. Would be quite happy to see the whole chain go bust if this is how they service their customers. I'd sooner eat a stale bun than come here, at least the mould might taste of something.

It took them 5 hours to deliver a pizza and tried to call the shop for a full hour and nobody answered, after a week stil haven't received my money back ! Avoid this shop !!!

Ordered at 8:29 - got to 9:29 so we called. Someone answered with a very unhappy attitude and said they will call the driver - 9:45 we call again and they say it’s gonna be 5 minutes - after that no answer what so ever. Pizza did not show up at all - then over the next few days, trying to contact customer support was impossible - still waiting for a response - shocking customer service all around and you better beleive I won’t be letting this one go

Don’t book a timed delivery from this branch of Papa John’s. The food is quite good but the customer service and delivery is poor. Don’t trust the online order status either, if you order is late, they don’t answer the phone.

Great Pizza however they do tend to make the odd mistake such as forgetting dips with sides(3 times)and gave us the wrong Pizza once.

Absolutely immaculate shop and kitchen, very polite staff and quick, hot, tasty pizza. It might not be artisan but it is good and if you use the offers there is value to be had.

£38 for 1 large and 1 medium pizza what a rip off. Tasted fine but will never use them again. Asda are just as good in fact better for £10-£12
