A fantastic meal at Frankie and Benny’s Strand, made all the more fantastic by Shikdar, talk about customer service and being attentive. Shikdar got the right balance and made sure I had everything I needed. Would highly recommend this Frankie and Benny’s in the heart of Londons theatre district! If you want to be looked after, ask for Shikdar!

Absolutely superb service The manager kamal was so very attentive with my young family and even though it was extremely busy with the theatre rate he did not hesitate to help when we needed anything from napkins to more starters, et cetera really wonderful place

Very disaapointing😔 They stuff paper at the bottom of the container for the fries. Ridiculous.🙄 mentioned this to the waiter and he just ignored me after that. I think he was embarrassed 🙈 They coat the spare ribs on one side only so the other side is tasteless. Wish I got the burger or went somewhere else!!

Gluten-free pizza - bad, the dough seems like it was bought half-baked, the ingredients are bad. Burger good, but nothing special. I would not repeat this experience.

The food was decent, a little expensive, for example the hamburger was 14 pounds and only came with lettuce, but the staff and service were very good.

We went yesterday evening after the theatre. Lovely accommodating manager and staff who really looked after us for our friend’s birthday. The food was great and the atmosphere was great. Huge thanks to you all!

No issues with food or service however when using the facilities, which is next to a room called 'staff room' someone was yelling at the staff, swearing at them and speaking to them with no respect at all. I feel awful going to this restaurant after hearing the poor staff being spoken to like this in the staff room. No one deserves this- do better!

I visit yesterday with my family, our server was Justyna and she was absolutely amazing 🤩 Her service was super speedy and was extremely kind. We had children with us and Justyna was really kind and interactive with them !! 100% will be coming back 👍🏻

Central place to eat or dine on a plate and for a reasonable price. Pasta, pizzas, burgers and salads. The staff's attention is very good, the dishes are enough to not leave you hungry, the quality is good, the price, taking into account the location, is good.

We went there one afternoon just for some tea and some pancakes... they were delicious 😋. The atmosphere is cosy and warm and the service very good. Looking at the menu, we will certainly be back to taste some other dishes.

We had to walk out without ordering. The restaurant was very quiet. We waited a long time to order. At least 20 to 30 mins. The waitress walked past us twice without acknowledgment. And she served others that had come in after us. Very frustrating experience. It is a shame because the food looked really good.

The food was not hot enough ans have sent my food for hot but still not hot enough. I ordered doom bar 550ml on the menu but I got 500ml bottle. Not happy. We will never go there again

Brilliant. One of the few places in London that take care of celiacs. The food was good, the service excellent, and just a stone's throw from Covent Garden. Very good experience... yes, at a Michelin star price, which on the other hand, is normal in London... not recommended for the poor...

Ok American food, the atmosphere was decent and the staff were nice, but they rushed us at times.

Don't particularly fancy American style food, but this place has a great and varied menu. Recommend the pepperoni pizza and the classic beef burger. The staff was friendly and quick to check on us. Great stuff

Very good place to have breakfast or lunch. Lots of good dishes to choose from and it was a taste experience for the most part. We visited the place 3 times over the weekend and the food was equally good both times.

Seated immediately and the order was taken. Our food came out in good time and it was very tasty and good quality. The team were very friendly and didn't leave us sitting for long at any point, always there for what ever we needed.

The worst breakfast in England. All they have to do is heat the frozen product and bring it to you. I felt fortunate at this restaurant because the fried eggs tasted like fried eggs. The picture looks good, but don't be fooled. Shakes should never be consumed.

Plenty of food, spacious and comfortable environment

La comida se veía bien, pero por desgracia las costillas estaban calientes no caliente para mi marido y yo. Mi marido sólo tomó unos minutos. No recomendaría este restaurante. Ojalá hubiéramos pedido bebidas y encontrado otro lugar.

Food was overcooked or held under heat lamps too long, and portions smaller than previously had at other locations of this chain. Tables were packed in, and the combination of loud music and close tables meant we couldn't hear each other speak. Service was slow due to too many covers per server, possibly contributing to the dryness of the food. Our early pre-theatre booking was still too short to have 3 courses in 2 hours due to this. Toilets were messy and not frequently enough cleaned for number of covers through. Our server tried her best, however.

Worst dining experience I have ever had in London. I’ll start with the service. They sat the five of us at a crammed four person table. Our server barely approached the table, didn’t check on our drinks, or how the food was. We also had to grab them for the bill. Plenty of attitude as well. Now the food. Very awful. It’s been over an hour and I still have the rotten taste of that eggs benedict in my mouth. Why was there potato in it? My friend had the bagel sandwich and complained that it was microwaved and soggy. Also, they didn’t have milkshakes for breakfast. Never go here. I want a refund as well, so please feel free to contact me Frankie or Benny. This is the first review of several.

Bring back the vegan hotdog. I went here and got my heartbroken after finding out its off the menu!
