Great services handy in both directions as you can walk across from 1 side to the other, good choice of food outlets. Only downside is the disabled toilet, big room for wheelchair access. Just has a toilet and sink. Could do with a shelf and seating ie a chair. Not all disabled people use a wheelchair or just need the toilet.

Some toilets don’t flush and there has been no soap on several visits.

Good place if you want to have a rest, during your drive. Free parking is limited to 2 hours. £15 for parking for more than 2 hours. Available KFC, BurgerKing, Gregg's and M&S.

Pleasant environment, friendly staff, clean, good quality seating. Clean good quality toilets, non touch toilet flush and soap.

Good service station. Good facilities, Plenty of food options. And an M&S food shop. Fuel prices are outrageous though, best to wait if you’re travelling towards London, there’s one about 15 mins further at cobham. Coast bound it’s quite a journey before the next one

Good for a rest and stretching your legs and a tea, a good choice of food outlets and shops though overpriced for what it is, a good number of charging points for electric vehicles but I enjoyed the atmosphere of the place and would stop again.

Quiet. Good service. Would have liked a receipt for my purchase if coffee and cake. Not offered and too late by the time I realised. Seems to be common practice these days whereas I would prefer getting a receipt to be the default.

Nice service station, very clean and well maintained. Showers and toilets very clean as well. Good place for eating, resting and relaxing. I totally recommend it for the comercial drivers a good place to sleep overnight or weekend.

In overall need of repair, only one street light working on the whole east bound side car and lorry parks, Lorry curtains being cut into view loads, showers need renewing and drains constantly smell. For the money we pay to park here overnight it is very poor!

It's a handy stop. It had all you need, it's just a little dated. Mind your step in the parking area.

Good service area, very complete with showers, shops and fast food places. The inconvenience is that you park early or not at all, the spaces are narrow and scarce and very expensive like everything else in the UK.

Stealths in large groups, cut tarpaulins, broken tanks, immigrants with a guide to Europe, beware of truck drivers

Great options for food and drink and little shopping

Arrived with a coach full of passengers who want to stopped use toilets and get food on the way home. But was unable to stop as coach park full and I do mean full of trucks. Continued on without stopping

The only services on the M2 motorway in Kent. It's a little run down and the food choices are quite limited. You can park free for up to two hours and there are charging points for electric cars. There is a hotel on the London bound side. Fuel prices are outrageous. I would recommend coming off at junction 4 which is only about half a mile to/ from the services and getting your fuel at Sainsbury's at Hempstead Valley. It's only about 2 minutes from the motorway and is way cheaper.

Really good motorway services . Needed a break so we stoped here to refresh. The staff are very friendly and will do anything for you . You have m and s , Costa , Burger King and WH Smith’s . It’s all done very well inside and has a seating area . Greg’s is there as well before you go in to the services . I got a take away hot chocolate and the staff on Costa were fast and efficient. I would stop there if you need to .

We did a charity hitchhike race to Paris and ended up in the Medway services over night. The staff were all so kind and welcoming. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We were given coffee and food and chatted with the staff. We stood outside of the services for 10 hours trying to hitchhike and weren’t told off by staff or security once! Medway services is my favourite place that I never want to go back to lol! <3

Old style service station with a bridge so you can watch lorries disappear beneath your feet. £4.85 for a small oat cappuccino. Give it a few years and that will seem cheap but not in 2024! Toilets were clean and had a decent food offer for its type.

Great place to stop for a coffee and a bite to eat if you want to break up your journey

A grab and go breakfast to start the day , the coffee was fine , nice and hot , the breakfast rolls were okay , but barely warm

Decent services clean toilets and an M&S and Burger King

We had a great experience at Moto Medway Services. It’s an ideal stop for frequent breaks during long drives. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and efficient. There are plenty of food and drink options to choose from, making it a convenient place to rest and recharge. Overall, it’s a reliable stop for travelers, and we’ll definitely visit again on future trips.

Always call here on way to and from leysdown and ramsgate few times a year. There's Greg's w h Smith. Burger King..KFC. M & S food Costa so plenty to choose from. Also toilets.

Burger King was closed with no explanation. KFC was filthy & we waited over 20 minutes for our order, without any apology offered. The tables were all filthy, while staff just stood around talking really loudly about non-related work stuff.

Truly awful place. Hardly any seats, choice seems to be down to a dowdy Costa Coffee and a Burger King both in need of a major upgrade. The toilet facilities stink and are probably a health hazard. To be avoided at all costs. In fact the licence to run this place should be withdrawn and the bulldozers sent in. DO NOT GO HERE!

Albeit a dated service station, there were lots of modern improvements. On the southbound entrance, toilets are located right by the door, which is very useful. Microwave and baby bottle warmer were a nice touch and free of charge. The WHSmiths was well stocked and had most things you’d need if you were travelling to France and had forgotten anything (eg GB plates etc). Services were relatively clean, as well as the toilets. Staff at the outlets were pleasant, friendly and efficient. Other outlets were well stocked and there are plenty of good food options.

Most motorway cafes are crap but Moto are the crappiest. Shitty chain food, gambling machines etc. couldn't even be bothered to buy anything.

Could do with more leisure facilities to aid the monotony of the long drives, but food and refreshment choices are great 👍🏽

Pretty bad. Expensive petrol and just not a very nice place to go. There’s a Sainsbury’s not too far away which is better all round.

The outside looks tired needs a bit of a tidy up, but lots of food outlets as expected.

The place is OK but please fix the stench in the showers. My body is clean but the soul is destroyed. Can still smell it hours later. Had to prop the door open for a while before I used the room. Couldn't have locked myself in there otherwise. The stench was sickening

I've known of and visited this service station for over 40 years. I've also seen a lot of changes and renovations during that time. So it was with interest that we stopped for a drink after their recent renovations. It didn't appear that anything had changed. Maybe a bit of painting and some new lights. But overall, it hadn't had much of a face lift. The shops and eating places are pretty much the same as last time we visited. However, we did enjoy our tea and cappuccino drinks, whilst we were sitting watching the traffic go by. The ceiling already needs attention, possibly due to maintenance or damage. Before leaving, I went to the ladies' toilets, which again hadn't changed apart from a bit of paint. A few locks weren't working either. It is handy to have the Moto Service Station on the A2. But it does seem sad that after a period of time being closed to renovate, very little has changed! But like most, because I use this stretch of road regularly, I will be back! Thank you.

Greg's is good value here for coffee here. Two coffees and a pasty came to just over £6 - much less than Starbucks nextdoor.

Somewhere to stop on the motorway to grab something to eat, use a toilet, grab some snacks for the journey and put petrol in or charge your car, with plenty of parking.

Whilst I didn't want to be here, the Person in Smith's was nice . Explained that no matter the reason I would be charged for parking. I had been brought there by the AA. We left long before the time limit but under a different reg. I am expecting difficulties. The services are small but good. Costa Coffee are so professional and friendly. I did wait to find out about my parking. Moto's answer is below. I did as they asked and everything is fine. Thanks.

In truth it's about three and a stars,we pulled in to recharge the car (thankfully they had Tesla charging points) as well as other options . Weather was another factor for stopping,it absolutely teeming down and we needed a coffee,glad it had a M&S which we did some shopping in ,it was in fact a useful port in a storm.

Top notch museum. Spent the whole day here with the youngest. Excellent displays. Loads to see. Could have just sat watching the planes take off. For some reason this post is titled Moto Medway. No idea why. It's about Duxford Museum. Google won't let me correct the title. Moto Medway has a Greggs which makes it worth a stop if you love flaky pastry, but it's not worth a 5 star review.

Please get something done about the horrendous potholes on the exit heading East (Faversham). Also the signs either on the road or on posts need either repainting on the tarmac (what’s left, maybe resurfacing the whole area) or redesigning to be more visible.

There is nothing remotely lovely about this service station other than the relief you'll feel if you need a no.1 or 2. Grim and in need of some love. We ordered a 'bag of disappointment' which we believe were once donuts from Greggs whilst waiting for 2 staff to faff about. Even the seagulls turned their noses up when we dispursed our baked goods at the edge of the car park.

Decent facilities. Lots of electric chargers. Only problem is that it's very hard to find the westbound exit, especially at night. More than once I've ended up driving around the hotel car park instead!

Toilet needs more attention. Exit to main route was confusing... Better signage would help and some potholes fixing.

A depressing place, services are now a bit old fashioned. KFC, Costa Greggs and Burger King on site. Mainly inhabited by foreign lorry drivers. Large number of EV and Tesla hookup points. Very expensive petrol.

Very dirty. Toilets dirty. Pulled up there to eat and use the toilets and did neither as tables were dirty and toilets even worse. Never again !

Decent motorway 🛣 service station 🚉 we stopped at during our journey from Digbeth Coach Station 🚉 to Kent before transferring from the @National Express buzz at Service 24 in Kent before boarding our #LegerBattlefieldTours Keiths on tour buzz (my travel companion & my good friend 🧡 Keith Jones was with me and he was brave enough to share a hotel 🏨 room with me for a week at the #IBIS Hotel at Falaise in Normandie in France 🇫🇷

So expensive to park for truckers £33 without food voucher which will get a packet of crisps in M&S, last week I parked in Edinburgh including shower restroom usage & an offer of free breakfast for £15. Further south we go the more for less for a trucker, Greed & a total ripoff.👎

Excellent stop on the way to Margate. Plenty of parking with EV charging (fast ones too). Fast food and coffee options. A great bridge corridor / dining area.

One of the few parking lots where they didn't do anything to my truck. No cutting of the sail, even the tank is fine. This is the only thing that I really regret about staying overnight in the UK. 👍🇨🇿

Arrived about 6pm to a well stocked shop. Plenty of choices. The 2 members of staff, called Susan and Clarice were extremely helpful when helping us choose our goodies.

It's a truck stop, has everything you need for as rest when driving across country.

Quick stop for food and a hot drink. Struggled to find a good value meal without feeling your being Ripped Off in Britain. Burger King was scandalous prices, KFC not much better, walked right thru to find Greggs who at least had a genuinely priced deal of pizza slice and a hot drink, even full range to choose from. Deal of £4.40 plus a mexican chicken baguette at an ok £4.5ish. All were very tasty , and for a Northern lad travelling back up to our North Lincolnshire homeland near the river Humber this food n drink saw me through the 200+miles 4hr journey. Extremely dark, there are no lights in the car park, and at the exit, a big pothole. The toilets were very clean and the staff was very polite and welcoming! In the lorries car park if full of rats and it feels very unsafe! I would not recommend to stop if you are on your own!

Visited shortly after midnight, No venues were open with exception to 3 casino type facilities.

As usual toilets are discustingly filthy as is with most services can someone clean up?Is there no supervisors of these places checking things are cleaned?
