Food is never hot lucky if its even warm will never eat here again

Won’t be going there as for the dirty burgers they sell

Mcdonalds commercial road, well done you messed up again. Order food and it all turns up minus my food of all people. Wasnt tampered by driver either. Went down and they told me there is nothing they can do about it. Contact uber and yes they refunded me, but out of a £8.49 meal they refunded me £5.09 because i got my drink....so your telling me a drink is now.£4.40. What a joke Mcdonalds, complete rip off.

Staff no longer follow procedure waited over 10mins for a coffee. Disgraceful, by the time I was given my coffee it was cold! Member of staff rude, manager was rude and not willing to listen. I will be following up with a complaint to head office!

Restaurant was nice and clean when I visited.it was late so it was quiet, my food was cooked to order so was very good. This branch has table service and food can be ordered on the touch screens, you can order at the counter if you prefer. I used the toilets and the male toilet was clean. This branch is all on the ground floor. It has a time limited free to use car park. There is a drive through.

Enjoyed ordering a kids meal and the burger meal. Staff are nice and helpful. Atmosphere friendly and kids love it.

I think it is the worst McDonald's i ever visited. Servis -1 star food vary bad and poor prepared, i don't recommend this McDonald's better to find another one around wasting of money and time

We ordered a BBQ bacon crispy wrap meal (as requested to take the BBQ sauce out) but when we received the wrap it had no bacon in. Additionally, we ordered table service and the mcdonald’s worker took our locator we used even when it was still needed.

Had a bic mac to take away. Got it home and there was no top to the burger, and the coffee was stone cold in just 10 minutes. Absolutely disgusting!!!

I am not a fan of fast food. That out of the way, a fillet of fish came to the rescue, the other day. Yummy. But what prompted me to write this quick review is the staff. Two friendly ladies. Mature, shall we say. Not youngsters who might mumble and demonstrate their dislike of their job, but ladies who smile, busy themselves and go beyond. All of us like to feel valued, if only for a moment. The staff did that. Bless 'em.

Every time I come to this McDonald's I am always asked to wait, and several times I've been late to appointments because I've waited over 20 mins. The food is always good, but it is such a busy McDonald's and the food is never given straight away.

Don't order food from them via uber eats or anybody, not unless you want to waste your money, receive cold chips, leaky drinks and Luke warm burgers. Can't be bothered, they don't want to work!

Completely wrong order even after giving the code over!! One item when we order a big order

Absolute joke, how hard is it to make sure all items are in a bag! Requested a refund but was not given, even more of a joke. Paying for food you never received. After spending over £60 for the ‘Justeat’ mark up. It’s embarrassing, use Ubereats!

fries cold and missing dips, no straws

My order shows that it was delivered but I never received my order, I believe the courier went to the wrong/different address as I never received my food, and the fact I was waiting over an hour for my order and I didn’t even receive it is very frustrating. I have complained to Just Eat and hope to expect a refund!!

Ordered via McDelivery, order arrived early by 5mins, however the was an item missing, had to make contact via app, took 25 mins to get through, informed McDs customer service of item missing, was TOLD that I would be refunded the cost of item missing, and would take up to 15 days, I respectfully informed them that this was unacceptable, due to that I had also paid for a service that had not been completed, £3.45 to complete my order, also unacceptable, customer service were taking too long to reply and cutting me down while I was replying, TELLING me that case was closed, case is not close, this is not a tick box exercise, once I had checked emails, I had one from McDs informing me that a refund had been issued, but is 1/3 of the price of the missing item. Next morning I visit the restaurant in Strood to speak to the manager, who was no help what so ever, he offered to replace the item there & then, 13hours after it was requested, I refused, as it was unacceptable, he replied with “I don’t know what you want”, requesting an email address to make formal complaint about his restaurant, but would only give me McDs web address, what a cop out, big corporate companies like McDs make it very difficult to make a complaint and have no desire to deal with wronged customers. I will not use this restaurant again. Uber who delivered my order were spot on no complaints.

I think just eat should look into how many other deliveries have to be done per delivery driver, as the food always arrives cold.

Food arrived 1 hour 40 minutes after ordering and was cold

All good delivered cold! told by just eat they don't refund for cold food but will give me a gesture of good will! this wasn't even a 3rd of the price of the order. Drinks had spilt before being delivered and when passed over ended up all over our floor. Poor customer service from Just eat!

Food was freezing cold, bag was wet

the courier was waiting at the resturant for 45 minutes while it being prepared then all of the food was freezing cold by the time it was delivered. very very disappointed with this restaurant.

Ordered an oasis and got plain Soda water Cheesy mcCrispy and that was cold so was my fries they were soggy and cold Every time I get food or oder food from strood it's always wrong or simply rotten

This spot has managers and staff that has the combined intellect of a toddler, they get the wrong order multiple times, and when they are wrong or have made a mistake they do not apologise, they stand there speechless and have nothing better to say then " what do you want us to do?" clearly they are not in the right franchise or have the skillset to operate a functioning McDonalds.

Really bad service. I ordered the food for my young children and had to wait over 1 hour and half for my food to be delivered. The food arrived cold and the drinks were leaking through the bag. Really disappointed with the service considering how much I spent on this single order.

Not only was the food latest, but it was missing one of the meals completely, and the rest of the food was stone cold! Apparently, no onion means no onion or tomato too. Not the level of service or good quality we can usual expect from Strood. Very disappointed.

Fast delivery of food. Hot and freshly cooked . The only downside is that the muffin seemed smaller than before, so it wasn't covering contents properly.

Missing items yet again from this appalling McDonald’s. Consistently missing items every order to the point I had to self collect on my last order to this restaurant. Appalling services over the phone can’t help or do anything not bothered about missing items constantly stating contact just eat no apology for missing items or to even check my order number.
