The highlight of my mornings is seeing my favourite staff member!

The staff are always polite and friendly Food always cooked perfectly Breakfast is always hot and fresh

The worse staff ever . There is an old women who talk with me like when she give me free. Even the manager don't care about costumer . Never comeback there . Deserve 0 stars

Ordere sent location and driver went to wrong address at flats behind Avenue and not to me bacon roll useless cold and stale now

This Greggs is always so busy they never have staff and when they do they’re doing the most random stuff. Whenever I go to collect deliveries the staff are quite rude as well. Food is pretty standard for a Greggs.

The expected delivery time kept getting pushed back, then when it was delivered everything was cold and items were missing

20 mins late, food was cold, wrong drink in the bag. Also why tandoori chicken / chicken mayo baguettes aren’t on the menu makes 0 sense to me when they are probably the most popular ones. Won’t be ordering again

I clicked “no spread” and also added into the comments about having no butter please and thanks but my baguette had spread and the whole thing ended up in the bin. Doughnuts weren’t closed tight with a sticker as usual and driver opened the bag and the box was open. Ordered from here at least once a week, if not more.

Late and almost entire order missing (drink, desserts, festive bakes). Received 2 items out of 8.

This store with delivery has gotten worse to be honest. I've had fruit out of date, missing items and underdone baguettes. A real shame.

Just got refund but found steak bake at bottom of bag

Order was fulfilled perfectly by Greggs, however just eat took an hour and 40 mins to get it to me. Had to eat and work as it was way outside my break by the time it actually turned up.

wrong pizza delivered so 3 kids didn't get their pizza

First time in ages I've bought a greggs and regretted it! Tasted like frozen bakes and not fresh, pastry was mining this time. It's no like them too normally it's great. Shame.

Missing items again - frustrating part is when you buy as part of a meal deal you can’t select items from the deal only the full item for credit which doesn’t seem fair but either way they should be making sure everything is packaged for delivery

My problem isn't with the store, or the food. it's with the delivery. I only received 1 part of my order. store confirmed it had left the store but wasn't delivered to me, and that there was notjing they could do. JustEat REFUSE to refund the excess which is down right ridiculous! be careful using this app!!

The service here is terrible. Lines are always long, and there never seems to be enough counter staff. On my last visit, I had to wait over 25 minutes to be served, which is ridiculous!! Greggs shops are always busy, but this the Eliburn shop is really disfunctionable and I won't be doing this again. Cmon Greggs, get your act together

Ordered 2x bacon and omelette rolls and added sausage on both but only got bacon and sausage on both rolls. Ordered a croissant but got a different pastry which couldn't be ate due it having chocolate in it. Overall very disappointed.

Delivery time was great, Bottle of cola was basically fresh out of the fridge, The katsu chicken bake I ordered wasn’t even room temperature it was just cold, the food arrived exactly on time so the chicken bake should’ve been at least warm which tells me it wasn’t even heated to begin with.

Omelette on baguette was the edge of an omelette

really didn't like the sauce in the chicken oval bite it tasted like pure mustard

ordered a breakfast baguette with sausage n bacon, not nice. bacon was very fatty even with sauce and the smallest ration portion it was disgusting. everything else OK but delivery driver didn't even knock just left food on doorstep and it was sat outside for 3-5 mins before we realised so not great service either

Not about Greggs as such. It is about the delivery driver. Did not deliver our order. Watched as the driver got close to the street, they parked a street behind and claimed they had delivered it.

Delivery was fine up until I was missing a 4 pack of sausage rolls.

I visited Greggs today to buy some pastries for my husband and daughter for our Saturday trip . Me and my daughter were served by Sharon who took our order .l scanned my Greggs app and paid then to only realised that the pastries where totally cold when picking them up from counter. I only looked at the sales assistant and she went - I know love I’m really sorry . I then left to the car just outside the Greggs where I told my husband that these pastries is cold and he said he would prefer warm food and if I could change it . I returned in store within 1 minute and asked the sales assistant Sharon if I could change these to the warm ones . She replied that because I left the store there is nothing she could do now . She explained to me that Greggs is not hot food buffet therefore they are not obligated to warn customers if any of the food is cold . I replied that I would only be a good customer service to at least let a customer know so they can make decision to buy it or not like they do in other branches . I then purchased 2 hot stake bakes and left the cold chicken bakes at the counter and told sales assistant she could bin them if she wanted . She took the cold chicken bakes away and served me the hot stake bakes . I do understand company policies etc and that I lost my chance to change my pastries to warm ones just because I left the store for a moment . But we all know that that all it takes is a good customer service and walking that extra mile for someone - especially if you know all you could do to avoid the incident in first place is let the customer know that the food is cold and ask them if they don’t mind .

It's Greggs. The crack of hot savoury foods. Steak bake and sausage and bean bake were as they always are. Easily scoffable.

Was in this place last week 23/6/2024 I was standing in the queue and seen the woman in the back shop preparing rolls. She drops 2 of the rolls on the floor. Then picked them of the floor and proceeded to butter them. Wonder what poor soul got sold these rolls from the floor. Absolutely disgusting. 🤑🤑

Delivery was great but there was two tiny bits of chicken in my chicken pasta. Basically just a rice dish.

Driver was awfully friendly which was nice.

Delivery driver very cheeky. Phoned me from his car for me to come and get my order I told him to press the buzzer and I would let him in and he said no I’ll just leave it here and I said no if u press the buzzer u can bring it up. He wasn’t very happy about this

Ordered via the app to click and collect. Tells you only to arrive exactly at your time. I went as directed. Stood at the counter where I was actively ignored by the counter assistant. She got another order ready for a just eat driver behind me. I could see my order on the side but when I spoke to her after she handed the delivery driver their order she ignored me and walked off to serve the quieing customers. I waited 25mins. Supervisor came over and apologised. Doubt I will revisit this store. Her attitude just wasn't great.

Unfortunately this is the second time they have missed items from my order. Wont be ordering from here again as this is complete incompetency, more attention should be paid when packing peoples orders….
