My 3rd / 4th visit to this store. I am originally from West London and believed the best samosas were from there - But no! You have to taste the samosas from Hargun's, they are amazing (feedback from me, family and friends)! Every time I visit the staff are polite and helpful. My last visit on Diwali, the shop was very busy but the atmosphere was lovely and the staff were still extremely happy, friendly and helpful. I also bought a selection of Indian sweets which my family loved. Can't wait for my next visit here.

This sweet shop is amazing. From the moment you walk in, you're hit with the delightful aroma of freshly made treats. The selection is incredible – everything from classic candies to unique sweets you won't find made the same elsewhere. The staff is very kind and genuinely passionate about what they do, always ready to recommend something delicious. Would recommend highly.

Food quality was poor. I ordered Chana bhatura. But the sent something else insted of bhatura. Do not order Chana bhatura.

Ordered from here many times for their vegtable samousas! They are incredible! My Indian work mate got me to try them once and I haven't been able to stop ordering them since haha! Big samousa packed full of goodness. Would highly recommend! Thank you harguns

One member of staff made us feel out of place in this shop.a bit intimidating if by yourself. The other was the opposite, trying to answer our questions and give recommendations. Parking on street if space available. Good choice of sweet and savoury food.

The paneer rolls (or spring rolls as many people call them) are without a doubt the best item, and even the best rolls you’ll find in the West Midlands. The party platter is a great item, a nice array of mini samosas, mini rolls, and mini aloo tikki, and a huge tub of sauce for £9.50.

Small shop. Tried samosas which were served cold and the filling was merely potatoes. They were saggy instead of crispy and warm. Will not be returning.

I had a really disappointing experience with Hargun’s Shop recently, and it’s frustrating because I’ve been a loyal customer for a while. I made a phone order in advance, expecting things to be smooth when I arrived. My food was already packed and waiting for me when I got there, yet the shop owner still insisted I wait in the back of the line—behind people who hadn’t even ordered yet. It wasn’t like I was trying to skip anyone; my food was ready, and I had guests waiting at home. What made it worse was that I ended up waiting 30 minutes despite calling ahead. The owner seemed completely indifferent to my situation, even after I politely explained that I had guests over and that I had already placed and paid for the order. It felt like he didn’t care about his customers at all. The complete lack of consideration for someone who planned ahead and was in a hurry was unacceptable. Hargun’s needs to seriously improve their customer service. I won’t be returning anytime soon and would not recommend this place to anyone looking for timely, respectful service.

Used for over 35 years ..still the best Samosa you can get .Always freshly cooked. Top quality that never changes. Helpful staff. After moving 300 miles away to Cornwall. It's always worth the trip to stock up and convert the pasties eaters to Harguns samosas and pakora

This is a excellent takeaway service. Usually you need notice of at least a day for big orders. In my case they did it on same day. Quality no 1 for veggies

Today me and my friend, we bought 2 bread pakora, 2 samosa for ourselves, there was no salt in our samosas and the potatoes were so dry in them, secondly we got food poisoning after eating them, there was so much chaat masala in bread pakoras

Hands down, the best Indian snacks/ sweets available! Clear to see they use the freshest ingredients to ensure each dish is crafted the right way. The party platter is always a family favourite at get togethers. Must try!

Been eating here since I was kid, probably for near 20 years now, and can't recommend highly enough. Always been 100% consistent in delicious quality/taste and they've kept prices super competitive over the years, can't think of anywhere else where you can feed a full table of people at the price you can here. One of our family's go-to lunch places especially if hosting others :)

just had to share my love for this shop, I've been a regular at this place and it never disappoints! The food is absolutely delicious, and as a vegetarian, I appreciate the fact that is all 100% vegetarian , the food is incredibly flavorful, can't get enough of their delicious samosas and rolls. The customer service is always friendly and welcoming. I feel like a valued regular here. Highly recommend !

Was introduced to Harguns through a friend, their food is absolutely amazing and now recommended them to everyone, Paneer rolls are a personal favourite, I get so many compliments when I bring selections of their food to get togethers/office buffets etc. I go nowhere else and travel from Wolves!

Phenomenal food, the paneer spring rolls are a personal favourite. Bit of a tradition to buy a box or three of samosas, paneer rolls, onion bhaji, for work events, highly recommend and haven’t found a better place for Indian catering in Walsall. Revisiting today and staff were really helpful with our catering order

Genuinely the best of its kind. I’ve been using Hargun’s for over 30 years now. My initial visit was with friends from school once we were all driving. Since I’ve had numerous businesses and they have always been my go to for event spreads. Though I’ve finished with business now I still go there for family treats and poker night nibbles. A true local legend and with good reason. They are the best. Superb. Trusted quality and consistent taste.

Three generations of my family and I have been regular customers of this establishment since it first opened. However, we've observed a gradual decline in the overall experience. While the Indian sweets do actually taste delicious, we've noticed that sometimes they are left out for extended periods, resulting in the barfi and besan in particular forming a very crusty hard shell. Unfortunately, we've also observed that the staff's customer service has become less accommodating, and the quality of the food has declined. Despite being one of the few options for sweet centers in the area, we feel there's room for improvement. Consequently, we've made the decision to explore other options for certain items but still giving a Hargun’s a chance. Although I initially rated it two stars, I reconsidered as the taste of the food is actually nice. However, it's unfortunate that for the issues I’ve stated above detract from the overall experience. 3 stars. Hope I can reconsider at some point when I feel improvement is made. Thanks

Very bad experience samosa chaat not cooked properly raw samosa,also burfi taste very bad just waste of money time and whole family gone sad not recommend answer to owner there is no matter of price i just ask for receipt because i always ask receipt specially food because anything wrong with food you guys gonna refuse no no we didn't sell food to this person No matter of price Matter of quality very low 2nd answer to owner You are liar when i call on shop you are refuse to talking with me and nobody want to talk with me nobody want to give me WhatsApp number for sending pictures, people like you liar i never ask discount just ask receipt you are liar as most indian shopper big liar ,i never ask discount who ask discount for food. foolish man

Visited harguns today and bought our usual order of samosas and spring rolls. The shop was busy but regardless the customer service was Excellent and speedy and food was delicious. Would definitely recommend to friends and family .

Very bad experience order 4 samosa chaat, bring to home open and start eating,samoma not cooked properly just thrown it also paid £7 for half kg burfi taste very bad thrown all food waste of £27 also ruin my evening not recommend

Paranthas could have been better, not as expected. and ther was no butter given along even after leaving a delivery note.

I placed my order at 5.40 and estimated latest time was 6.30pm. There kept increasing estimated delivery time. Was delivered at 7.10pm in end. I tried cancelling my order but was no option online!

I work at Walsall manor hospital and uts a very busy shift as always, we called to have a delivery as we was all very Hungary and heard harguns food is amasing, we but was denied delivery we was very very disappointed and unhappy with your service and will not place an order again!

Best samosa and Pokora in the midlands.

The samosas and rolls were absolutely amazing. However, the sauce pots have been cut down and disappointed. I ordered a box of samosas and rolls but there wasn't enough sauce.

Order got cancelled was not happy at all this happened the first time

Food tastes good and delivery was on time. My suggestion for the samosa chaat is to not put all toppings on the samosa, as it’s soggy and ideally you want it crispy. The chana, yoghurt, etc. should be put in separate tubs for the customer to place on top of the samosa themselves. Overall, food tastes good but this simple change could make the samosa chaat much better.

Great service - they even called me to check my order as I had inadvertently ordered 26 chutneys. Samosas hot and delicious. Will definitely use again.

This shop really rips you off and charges extortionate prices for their food. There is no good customer service and the staff have attitude. I would highly not recommend this indian sweet shop. Thanks, Mr Singh
