Harvester Quayside Mediacityuk in Salford

I don’t understand why they are available on Too Good To Go when they cancel the order every time. I understand that they might not have anything left, but they cancel a few minutes before the pick up time. It’s very inconsiderate and frustrating since I already arrived and now I have to go back with nothing. Maybe they shouldn’t post multiple bags every day if they cancel so often and can’t manage to do so in an appropriate time.

Elaine provided with valuable and cost effective food options for the day. Added an extra layer of deliciousness to the meal. Also my first time as a vegetarian ordering a full meal instead of sides as a meal, the halloumi was beautiful!

2nd time in as many days, the service & staff were not only extremely friendly, the food was gr8 and the timing of service was very efficient. Jamie & Jazz especially went out of their way today to appease us, the restaurant was extremely busy today so we really appreciated the extra mile from them.

Jaz welcomed us and sat us at our table, toolk our drinks order, drinks came straight away, we ordered our food, the salad was lovely. Jazz was a fantastic smiley, friendly waitress and checked with us that our food was ok and it was perfect, we have had a lovely meal, and will definitely come here again, thanks Jaz x

I loved the salad bar and I loved the food portions. The chicken abd waffle was a definite hit.

We came for breakfast with Santa on Monday morning. Santa was amazing with my niece. Can I give a special shoutout to Elaine. She made it for us. She was kind, friendly, funny and great with us all (there was a lot of us). We will definitely come back next year for breakfast with Santa and hopefully before for some lovely food x

I ordered chicken bacon waffles, absolute masterpiece in presentation was very hot which is a great sign people was amazing all around the best service in the world I could say

The place was busy. Staff friendly but rushed off their feet. Ordered turkey dinner and christmas pudding off the festive menu. Waiter brought the pudding after about 30mins but before the main course had even been served. The main course took 1.5hrs to arrive even though we asked them to chase it up. We then asked for the desert quickly plus the bill as we were going to be late for the theatre but it didn't arrive. When chased again, was told it hadn't been started and would take too long for them to make the desert so they would refund it. Disappointing dried up main meal with uncooked broccoli, which they said others had complained about too. Have been previously and had excellent service and food when quieter. Hopefully, this was a one-off as they were so busy.

Really nice meal. Just wanted to say had a good time thanks to our server Jamie. He always served us with a smile on his face and really helped out especially when some of the servers forgot our order cause we ordered online. He made sure those desserts came out as quick as they could which was really appreciated. He is a true asset to the Media City UK branch.

I recently visited the Quayside Harvester (17th December) with some friends for food and drinks, and we were thoroughly impressed. The service we received was truly exceptional, friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond. I had the pleasure of speaking with the manager Vicki, who was absolutely lovely. It was clear that her team enjoys working there, as a few staff members stayed behind for a little while even after their shifts had ended. One of those was the kitchen manager, whom I personally complimented on the quality and presentation of the food, it was fantastic. I regret not taking a photo, as everything looked as good as it tasted. The bar staff were equally brilliant, with one member, in particular, standing out for his helpfulness. He helped me make a choice from the fabulous menu, which had so many tempting options it was hard to choose. Please pass along my thanks to the entire team who served us that day. My friends and I all agree the service was exceptional, and we’ll definitely be returning. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Staff at Harvester MCUK weren't accommodating on arrival. It felt like they didn't want our custom. We left and went to another restaurant which gave better customer service! Won't be going back.

My Waitress Anna was amazing and the Manager with the blonde hair. They provide excellent customer service and deserve recognition for their hard work and being friendly.

Had a great meal at The Harvester in Media City! Elaine, our waitress, was amazing – super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The service was spot on, and the food was delicious. It’s a really nice spot to relax and enjoy a meal. Definitely be coming back!
