came here with friends and got a chocolate brownie with milk chocolate shavings and milk chocolate drizzle, the service was super good (we had alesha) and she was a very good server! she has super good manners and greated us with nothing but smiles from start to finish. she made sure to double check our order, checked for dietary requirements and allergies to make sure we were fully catered for. she made our experience top tier, will be coming back.

Upon entering Heavenly Desserts, I was welcomed by a warm, inviting ambiance filled with the delightful aroma of freshly baked goods. The stylish interior featured comfortable seating and elegant decor, creating an inviting atmosphere perfect for enjoying dessert. The menu was a tempting array of artisanal desserts, from rich chocolate cakes to creamy cheesecakes and exotic flavor combinations. I opted for the “Royal American Waffle,” which was served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on the side. The balance of the molten chocolate and the creaminess of the ice cream was heavenly! We were attended to by a staff by name Isha. she was attentive and knowledgeable, providing excellent service as they suggested pairing options and shared details about the featured desserts of the day. The experience was not just about the dessert but also about indulging in a little escape from the everyday hustle. It was a delightful treat that left me eager to return and explore more of their decadent offerings.

Love the experience came with my freind had banana pudding hazelnut and pistachio ice cream on staff recommendation had the pleasure of receiving service from your staff, and I must say it was exceptional! From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with warm smiles and made me feel welcome. They were incredibly knowledgeable about the products and took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. One staff member even went out of their way to help me find exactly what I needed, which made my experience truly enjoyable. Thank you for such fantastic service!"

We were the only couple (apart from a ”birthday table” group that was about to leave) in the whole locale and yet the waiting was soo looong... We asked to bring coffees first then the tea later with the salmon avocado, she said ok, then she brought all together. My Honeycomb...(smth title) was half baked, almost row dough. At the end they make sure to ask you to write a good review living you a QR code card on the table. High prices for what in France or Italy will pass as mediocre made sweets. Hundreds of recipes on paper, don't ask for a butter croissant, they will try to offer you "better choice" PS: Another time I ordered a bunch of desserts for takeaway, the selling guy took his time (a lot) to make it look nicely packed only to discover at home they forgot to include the macarons I asked and payed for. Many more annoyances I don't want to mention here.

Popped in for the first time with a friend, Doina looked after us ensuring that food allergies were taken care of with the assistance of a separate Vegan menu. The waffle was super fluffy and fresh, plus the who experience felt very luxurious but with reasonable prices. In the area for a conference but will definitely check out other branches and hope they are to the same standards.

Food was late, by 35 minutes. Showed that driver was waiting at a pizza shop for the majority of that time. When food arrived the crepes were cold and fruit smashed and soggy.
