Really nice place. Much nicer vibe than Starbucks or similar. The deconstructed Spanish iced latte was ace, and all the mini tapas were tasty. Not as sickly sweet as some dessert places, with a slightly more grown up flavour! Will be coming back! Edit - they've now added a brunch menu - awesome to have some savoury choices - makes me more likely to visit. Ayush and the other staff are great!

I recently visited Heavenly Desserts and was blown away by their croffle—a delightful fusion of a croissant and a waffle. The croffle was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, delivering a taste that was absolutely heavenly 😋. The flavors were exquisite, making it one of the most delicious treats I've had in a long time. If you have a sweet tooth or simply appreciate quality desserts, I highly recommend giving this place a try!

Our server was amazing, very friendly and helpful his name was Meshak. However the men behind the counter were very rude to other staff. But food was lovely.

Always love coming here. Food is amazing, the service is always great. Ayush who served us was quick, polite and very friendly! The place itself was really clean and inviting. My husband and I’s favourite place for dessert! Also the new gingerbread white hot chocolate is to die for 🤩

Had a terrible time! Was served by Mashek He was rude and made a comment towards me saying ‘’it isn’t meant to be a mouth full’’ this left me feeling upset. Also the customer service was terrible, it took us ages to get the bill after finishing our food around 10-15 minutes. I had sticky toffee pudding which was just fruit cake with custard on top of it. Would not recommend to anyone. Mashek also added to the first comment saying, ‘’wow he has finished his food already’’ and then laughed in my face. Also Mashek has clearly not showered in a couple days as the smell coming from he was disgusting and not a smell you want to be smelling whilst eating. This is definitely not what you want when you are greeting and seating customers at their table. 0/10 wouldn’t go again even if I was paid.

Overall, we had a good experience when visiting the Castleford branch. Food was good, nice atmosphere and good service.

Took forever for the service despite not being busy.

The desserts(3 cookies 5 cheesecakes)were very nice would definitely recommend but as we had them as take way and there was a few us waiting we were TOLD (not asked)very rudely to sit down and wait. Unfortunately we didn't know until we got home that they had missed on of the cheesecakes on the order all I all not a very nice experience

We called in as soon as the doors opened at 10am and Ayushmaan was very welcoming. The food was excellent and his chai latte was the best we have ever had.

We Wanted a late night dessert and heavenly desserts definitely delivered. We were served by this lovely young lad(didn’t catch his name) but he was very talkative and so sweet, with very polite manners. Would definitely come here again.

Wow.me and my family got a series of different milkshakes, including a vegan milkshake. All were fabulous. Staff are very kind and the service was phenomenal. Highly recommend.

Devon served us and was polite, friendly and efficient - an absolute role model for how customer service should be. Nothing was too much trouble for him. On top of that, the food was lovely - we had the basque cheesecake, and also the white choc cookie dough. All the staff were super accommodating and let us have custard as a side with the cookie dough, which was really appreciated. 10/10 would recommend

Been coming to this and other branches for years. The desserts are usually made from high quality ingredients (butter and cream, not Marge and extracts). However the saffron latte which was a favourite of mine changed about a year ago and they use a syrup now, it tastes so sweet and artificial, such a shame. My absolute favourites here are the shakes, dark chocolate and pistachio croffles and milk cakes which are top shelf. Service is a bit slow but most desserts are really really good and far better than the vast majority of cheaper dessert parlous.

Service was very fast and didn’t have to wait long for our order. Ayushmaan was very polite and helpful. Food was very delicious and very generous with the toppings.

Food was pricey, nice though. The service however… we were greeted by a nice lad who took us to our table, then a different guy came over who took our order with what appeared to just be an arrogant grumble, not a single proper word out of his mouth. We went to pay, and then he scanned his own reward card! The cheek!

5* all around, came with my son for the holidays, we had a lovely time. Mohammed was amazing and service was fabulous! The desert was out of this world

The staff (especially Rohit) could not have been more helpful making both myself and my 7 year old autistic son feel very welcome. My son says "they are the best pancakes he has ever had". He's already planning his next visit!

The food is amazing but service not so much, when the food arrived we had to ask for spoons and napkins and then we got told to wait.

The crepe was chewie, also the mini doughnuts went hard really quickly, the croffle bites were nice enough and the mini tarts. All in all I would say expensive considering the quality of the food we got.

We have passed this restaurant many times but thought it just served sweet treats, how wrong were we! Today I noticed a brunch menu which made me stop and check out the menu in the window. In we went, what an absolutely amazing surprise, lovely decor, comfortable seating, spacious and airy. We ordered smoked salmon and avocado on sourdough with a strica drizzle and a hot pastrami with swiss cheese bagel. Absolutely delicious! Our waiter, Ayushmaan, was very friendly and efficient. Why is this place not busy, maybe people think, as we did, that it just sells sweet treats! It might prosper by having more advertising regarding savoury items, such as brunch and lunch! Thoroughly enjoyed our brunch today - thank you!!

I am vegetarian so I tried bagel. I like mozzarella tomato pesto bagel. It was really nice and also milk cake.

Mohammed served me today. He was very welcoming, kind and courteous. His awareness of sight loss was also very good, and he helped me with the menu and politely ignored my guide dog while she was working. The food is excellent, nice upbeat music, and a pleasant atmosphere.
