I’m incredibly disappointed with our experience at Heavenly Desserts Marylebone today. My wife and I ordered a hot chocolate and dessert, but the waitress, Alexis, lost her balance while carrying the tray and spilled the entire hot chocolate all over her. My wife’s jacket, scarf, trousers, shoes and phone were soaked and damaged, and she also felt pain from the hot liquid burning her leg. What followed was nothing short of shocking. Neither Alexis nor the other waitress offered any meaningful assistance. One waitress focused on cleaning the table with napkins, while the other fetched a mop. Neither offered my wife a single napkin to dry her hands, and it was only thanks to me and a kind lady at a nearby table that my wife got any immediate help. When we asked Alexis to call the manager, she returned with a mop and began cleaning the floor without mentioning anything about the manager. We had to ask her again: she was dismissive and only offered to cover the bill but refused to pay for dry cleaning or any of the damages. When asking again to speak with her manager she reluctantly told us to follow her. This involved putting on our jackets, leaving our table, going downstairs, stepping outside, and finally finding a person vaping at a table. This person, who claimed to be Alexis’s manager, showed zero professionalism. He didn’t stand up, didn’t express any concern, and when we asked for his name, he refused to provide it, confirming only that he was indeed her manager. The manager backed her up and didn’t seem to care about the inconvenience or the harm caused. This entire situation was handled terribly. It’s clear that Alexis hasn’t been properly trained on how to manage incidents like this, and her manager’s lack of care only made the experience worse. It was embarrassing, inconvenient, and incredibly unprofessional. This was an upsetting and unacceptable experience, especially so close to Christmas. The lack of professionalism and responsibility shown by both Alexis and the manager was shocking. We won’t be coming back, and I’d caution others to think twice before dining here.

Perfect desserts and modern style presentation. Highly suggested for friends, couples and friends. Delicious dessert and awesome hot drinks.

We were served with Qasim and he served us good, all the desserts we ordered we good, wanted the Choco Hazelnut Icecream which had ran out of stock. Over all his service was good and we had a good experience

Restaurant was very hot with no aircon. One toilet which you had to queue for. Menu is delightful but the food didn’t live up to the pictures. Our waitress got our order wrong twice. Hot chocolate sauce was lovely but became hard when cooled. Pricey for what it is

3 families met to celebrate a 50th and mothers day for a meal. Afterwards the kids wanted a desert and so we stumbled across this place. The service was great, all of the staff so helpful and attentive. We had brownies, macaroons, croffles, waffles, crepes and a couple of their specialties. We also had some of the non alcoholic cocktails. It was all INCREDIBLE! The price was reasonable too. This is a must go destination if you are in the area

We came at 4 pm and wasn’t busy . 3 other people on restaurant and 4 working . We made an order and 40 mins later coffee come and then we are told the crepe machine is broken . So we then ordered waffles with just sauce no toppings . Which should be 7-8£ coffee were 4£ . So why was the bill 36£ . Also after we reordered it took further 30 minutes for food to come . So one hour and 10 minutes waiting which is ridiculous. Asked for a receipt and was told till receipt was not working so I couldn’t see the prices . But from the menu it stated they. So why was I charged 36£ when it should have been 24£ . Also toilets were dirty with pee and toilet paper all over the floor . Honestly is not worth it . Food is average and coffee there is nicer , over priced and you’ll be waiting hungry and leave disappointed.

Popped in to get my wife a Crepe. Stood around for 10-15m waiting for someone to notice me. Eventually someone came to take the order and said it would be a 25-40m wait. For a crepe…… I know it’s busy but I just got the feeling they CBA to serve me.

I had dinner somewhere else which had no desserts so stopped here after which had a massive choice of desserts! One of those pretty 'instagram' places. You can spend hours looking at the menu. If you are with others, maybe take a few different desserts and share. They have waffles, croffles, cheesecakes, milk cakes, cookie dough, drinks, milkshakes, smoothies and more! There is a lot of choice for those who follow a vegan diet as well. I went with a black americano and a classic apple & raspberry crumble tart which was bramley apple & raspberry, topped with toasted crumble in a Swiss butter pastry case. This came with custard but I asked if I could have one scoop of the Madagascan vanilla gelato instead and they were fine with this. Clean. Staff were very friendly and pleasant. Nice atmosphere. Dessert and coffee were good. Well presented and not too sweet or sickly. Americano was spot on and not too bitter. Pricey but worth a treat once in a while. To note, I was told that waiting time for my order could take up to twenty minutes whilst they prepare it. I went quite early when it wasn't too busy but this looks like a place that gets busy later on and at weekends. Be prepared to possibly wait a lot longer.

Disappointed in the tree desert. It was not cheesecake at all. This is a bit misleading. However, the drinks were nice! Also, Amani was super adorable and nice to me and my friend !

Walked in and was not acknowledged at all, eventually someone came up to us and asked if we were eating in and were told we would have to wait. There were four empty tables in view. Another customer came in after us and was immediately seated in one of the four empty tables. We asked again when we would be seated and the waitress said she had to check. After waiting for over ten minutes and having someone who came in after us be seated before us, we left. Absolutely disgusting customer service!!

We had such a great experiences. Amarni was absolutely amazing!! She made us feel so comfortable. I will never forget this experience.

Second trip to heavenly desserts and both times we noticed it took a long long time for the desserts to arrive at the table. Last night was approx 25 mins minutes between ordering and the desserts arriving. That too after we chased a couple times. The desserts (apart from the crepe which was too stodgy) were very good especially the grow up cheesecake pot, the cookie dough and the puddings with custard, oh and the monkey bread was excellent! Will definitely go back again, as it’s a nice spot for pudding :) but just wish it could be a little quicker. Thanks

Poor and low standard of customer service, but the desserts were okay, wouldn’t recommend to come here. Following an incident which was an honest mistake, was spoken to in a rude and condescending manner, and was left disappointed with the experience here overall.

Yasmina was very attentive and helpful with my random questions about how big the desserts were, evening bring a plate to show the size. Good energy and friendly.

Nice staff but an underlying current of fear. The person in charge seems very stern and the staff seem very tense because of this. Dessert is lovely but the strange atmosphere and employee/employer dynamic means I wouldn’t return. A shame. I hope the atmosphere improves… mostly, for the staff 😄 4/5…. Would be 5 if not for the very odd atmosphere.

There was a great selection of vegan dessert options on the vegan menu! The banoffe waffle was delicious! The staff were very friendly :) Lots of seating over two floors.
