The quality of the food is not compromised, and you can eat rice and soup as you like. Tea is charged separately, and the seats are a bit crowded, which is very characteristic of Hong Kong neighborhood restaurants. There is a small Chinese Super League in the loft, and the prices of items are more expensive than those in the Manchester City Super League.

I came here 5 times, and each time it was worse than the last. The food I had last week was very salty, and the food I had today was tasteless. The meat with pickles and vegetables was obviously not fresh, and the meat had changed in taste. I insisted that the chef said there was no problem and told us. It's not a problem to change dishes and pay the price difference, but the attitude seems like we are just changing dishes. This is the last time we go there and there will be no next time.

No frills dining but big portions of nice food served by staff who were very cheery and accommodating. Free tom yum soup and boiled rice to go with the dishes you order. We left with full bellies and smiles on our faces. The yuzu pomelo lemon tea is a winner 😋

We were told to scan QR code to order but the website was not user friendly and the cashier lady (probably the owner) was rude and impatient. At last she took the order for us, unfortunately the sweet and sour pork we ordered came in error as the salad sauce pork, which was tough and dry. The Hong Kong style typhoon shelter fried prawn was mushy and tasteless. The sea bass still had the scales left on the skin. As concluded, the service and food were both not up to standard, the overall experience was unpleasant and disappointing. Not recommended.

Took 40 minutes longer than the estimated wait time. Was given the wrong spring rolls, barely any sauce in the sweet and sour chicken, and the entire order was cold. Extortionate prices for the quality. Avoid.

When you work half-time, you want to find a place to sit low, eat and rest. Qianqi didn't want to be greedy, so she ordered a lunch special in order to save a few pounds. As expected, Hong Kong's special rice is so hard to eat. I always have help and support, and my level is good all the way. But sometimes you just can't save that much. I immediately reported it to the store clerk, but there was no feedback. Maybe the chef thinks there's no problem. I just want to remind everyone that it’s not easy to order special meals here. It’s so hard to cook a tasteless and delicious pork chop. Maybe British people prefer Italian food, so that's my fault. But I believe Hong Kong people should feel uncomfortable. Attached is a picture. Menu Eat a plate with me. This meal is £9.9. Take a breath and get back to work!

At first, the staff told me that the soup and rice can be served in any form, which was quite appealing. I asked the staff to place the order, but I was too lazy to ask me to use the app order. After placing the order, I had to go to the counter to compare the money. At the same time, I called the two men on the left. Black pepper sizzling steak with French fries and corn soup: You know, the corn soup is watery and the black pepper sauce is not Hong Kong style. It also contains a lot of cornstarch. Zhizhu Pork Pork and Tofu Pot: It's spicy enough, but it doesn't smell like anything. The best thing to eat is French fries with tomato sauce... There should be no next time...

I ate there with friends before and already felt that it was very good. The quality of the food was good, the portions were moderate, the prices were reasonable, and it was not filling enough. There was also rice and soup that varied from day to day. So after that, many gatherings would be held here for dinner. The staff at Mizhao were very busy and would help. I took the children to the dinner. I found that the children's dining chairs had been wiped. When I was preparing to lay them down, I was waiting for the children to drop them. underground. Don't mess up the venue, their staff will come in and say sweetly: It doesn't matter, the kids are just that, it's that human touch that makes everything more satisfying. Definitely suitable for family gatherings, friend gatherings, and private celebrations🤣

Very much in the Hong Kong back street style.. genuine and excellent value. Now I've found it I'll be a regular! Wish I could go every week. Staff very helpful and friendly. Prawn toast is best I've had in UK. Lovely congee, lemon chicken crisp and not too 0sweet, typhoon shelter prawns brilliant. I want to eat through the whole menu! Recently changed menu now includes more Hong Kong favourites .. not usually seen on UK menus but traditional and VERY tasty.

Didn't have any expectations, pleasantly surprised. Ordering via barcode, you can join free membership for discounts. Food wise there's the usual HK diner options and also rarely seen in UK hot plate grill meals. Ordered a few main dishes and all tasted good, not exceptional but certainly decent. Pricing isn't cheapest around but they do give free unlimited soup and rice, so it more than makes up for it. Surrounding is modern and minimal with tv screens showing chinese shows. There's also a small chinese supermarket upstairs Update: lots of things to try, will update as I do. Chicken salted fish tofu pot was nice flavour wise but literally swimming in oil, deep fried pork chop dish was strangely soggy. Szechuan spicy green beans was really nice

Really good and different Chinese restaurant in Warrington. Great Menu, a sichuan section, which I really like. Some Hong Kong specialities, free soup and bottomless rice. Food arrives very quickly too. Portions are large, and can be shared. All good. Service is super attentive, Atmosphere is different from a UK Chinese, more like a social club, which may be a Hong King thing. Give it a try, and try some old classics, and some new ones too

It's true that this is probably as close as you'd get to authentic Hong Kong cafe cuisine in Warrington. Car parking is awful. The service is wanting and the app can be challenging. The food is reasonable but not at the "above city centre" price-point. Do yourself a favour and save this place for those days where you have the odd HK cafe craving and can't be bothered to drive slightly further out. I can see how this place is the best thing to a taste from home for native HK'ers but it may not be suited to a western palate.

We, a group of four with a pet dig, are visiting Liverpool and Manchester, thus staying 3 nights at Warrington. We went on a Friday evening to dine at Hee Kee Restaurant, where true Hong Kong style cuisines are available at reasonable prices. We ordered 4 dishes. The soup and rice are provided for free and "all you can eat". The food is delicious, and the staff are super friendly, particularly the professional service rendered by "Tai Gor". Last but not least, the restaurant is pet friendly with ample free parking spaces. Highly recommend to whoever is visiting or staying at Warrington!

Yesterday I finally went to this restaurant that has been on the list for a while and was extremely disappointed! In terms of food quality, the Pineapple Grunt Pig is okay. Just don’t eat the free rice and soup. The rice is like the rice for a two-day shopping trip in the Mainland more than ten years ago - loose, hard, and brany. The soup says: The overlord flower and carrot soup contains onion, coriander and carrot soup - it's so hard to drink. Dry Fried Beef River - In the past, an Indian maid made it ten times more delicious, and I even got a free gift - a bellyful of gas. It’s understandable that there are no seats in the parking lot. When you enter, you will be immediately arranged to be seated - like it. The waiter will introduce you to order food. You can scan the QR code and install the app to become a member and get a 10% discount. If you can’t do it, you can go to the cashier and ask for help. There is no problem with installing the QR code of the app, but I can’t use the QR code for ordering food. I asked the waiter for help, but one of them couldn’t do it and asked another lady to help. The lady tried several times and couldn’t get it, so she just changed her mind. When I came to place my order, I saw that he had already dealt with the other two customers and didn't look back, so I went to the cashier to find him. He emphasized again that I should scan the code myself, but I tried several times to no avail, and finally I was willing to hand in the order, and asked if I wanted to join the membership. I asked for money first, and cash first to get a discount (there was no point in installing the app just now). You can only save points with a card, so OK, cash, and I'm done. Back to the seat count, I don’t know how to count it. I went out to ask for some explanation, and I was better than this lady, so I asked you to use the app to place your order. The menu is old and only a reference price, and you didn’t write it down. The price is for reference only 😒; I can’t scan the station number and can’t order the food, so I can’t check your menu price. Is there any way to know your price list? Follow him and get a sheet first to see what the current price is. I don’t know the exact number, but I was promised a 10% discount. Sister: 10% off for the first time Me: This is my first time. Sister: So you want to use your account to get a 10% off coupon? Your first visit (the only one in the city) will tell you the inner workings. The waiter who introduced you before didn't tell you anything, and you don't have to ask. Customers have started to come to the venue, and my sister said it right first. I will change the order and return the difference to you. To be honest, if I hadn't already compared money, even if I drove half an hour and arrived first, I would have left immediately.

I don't get why there are so many bad reviews. I'm a native HK. The atmosphere was nice and authentic (exactly like in HK with all those HK TV channels and decorations). The service was really friendly and helpful (literally there aren't even a tiny thing that I can pick on all the staff!). The food price is reasonable. I honestly don't get why many comments on the food are overpriced, I mean, the rice and soup is refillable and self service, we can eat as much as we want without feeling embrassed, so what people expect?? We gave food a four-star because we personally thought the HK style prawn is too salty. Other than that, everything else was perfect. Strongly recommended if you would like to try some authentic dining experience of HK!

The food taste is not as good as it was before. Maybe a new chef? ! The food and taste of the dishes prepared by the personal chef are often inaccurate and sometimes good or bad. So how to retain diners? However, I think that giving free soup and rice to diners is also a marketing strategy to attract customers. The tea restaurant is quite spacious, and all diners can sit comfortably. I hope they will pay attention to the consistency of food quality and taste so as not to undermine the expectations of diners!

The food is delicious; the drinks are rubbish, and the special drinks are PK; the food is not bad, it is similar to the unpalatable tea restaurant downstairs, but the biggest problem is that I have to wait for more than an hour and a half, and all the food arrived first , disrupted my entire afternoon schedule. We have been to Hee Kee a couple of times. We were quite happy to find a place where we would order food almost similar to food from home (SE Asia). Chinese food that tasted homely ànd authentic.. The food is delicious and there was a good number of choices on the menu. Always a good sign when majority of the customers were chinese They also provided unlimited egg fried rice and soup. I was not a particular fan of the rice but my husband liked it. The service was efficient and quite attentive. It was also convenient to have a mart on the 1st floor. So I could go buy some groceries while waiting for our order. One thing that put me off was the chinese tea. The first time I ordered it, I would never to order this again. The tea leaves were just thrown into a cup of hot water. So with every attempt to drink the tea, I had a mouth full of tea leaves. Not a good experience for me as I love tea. Hopefully this might have changed. Overall a nice place to have a meal with the family.

Went on a cold day. Freezing inside due to large space, and staff reluctant to turn on heating (but they did eventually). Largest table not big enough for our party (12), so some diners needed to sit on uncomfortable, cold stools. Customer service was mixed - Younger guy was really nice and helpful, but lady with mask on was quite abrupt and a little pushy when ordering. Rice/soup you needed to queue/help yourself, and you also needed to pay when you ordered - which isn't the usual experience from more quality established restaurants like Tai Pan. Ordering via QR code was also difficult for the older generation, and for the membership app it needs a Hong Kong mobile number? BNOs only it seems. Overall disappointing and wouldn't go again.

The milk tea is bitter and cannot be eaten, and the food is expensive. The clerk is trying hard to persuade me to become a member. Hong Kong debit cards are not accepted. Otherwise, there is a +50% handling fee and you have to pay in cash. It feels very bad. Will not visit again.

Second time ordering from Hee Kee. Not blown away by the food, some items don’t taste good at all. Far too expensive and small portion size.

Half portions delivered. 1 dish for both rice and meal. Food was cold, prawn crackers were stale. Overpriced for half portions. Incorrect meal sent, we ordered sweet and sour crispy chicken balls, we got over cooked, stale and cold Hong Kong style. Odd veg used to bulk out the other meal despite it only being a half portion. All in all really disappointing. Will absolutely never order from here again.

The food is served quickly, and the lamb brisket and lemon chicken steak are both delicious.

Food was cold & inedible. Will never use this place again. So disappointing. I may as well have just thrown £30 for the 2 meals incl delivery charges straight in the bin.

From the time she opened the shop, she served her at least once or twice a month. However, she found that it was getting worse and worse, the prices were more expensive, the portions were getting smaller and smaller, and the soup was getting worse and worse. It was obviously different from when she first opened it. same. When it first opened, it can indeed be described as a high-quality Hong Kong-style tea restaurant. Although the soup is all you can drink, it will be different every time, and the taste is not the same as regular water (I remember one time I had soup 👍🏻) , the price is not great, but at least the portion is sufficient. The only thing that hasn't changed despite the store opening is the politeness of the store employees. I want to continue to help, and I hope I can maintain the previous level and quality.

This was the worse Chinese I have ever had. The chicken wings was fine but nothing special just standard. The main duck curry and rice I got was terrible. It came in a double sided plastic container that you would send a 4 year old to school with. The portion size was way to small and there was hardly any roast duck it was filled with mostly potato chuncks. An absolute ripoff for the £20 I spent on this meal. I would not recommend this at all, I had to go out to get something else because It never even filled me up.

A restaurant with a high CP value, we strongly recommend the fried oyster pot with ginger and green onions. In addition, the supermarket upstairs has a variety of frozen meats, fish balls, udon, etc., Chinese, Japanese, and Korean products. Although there are not many varieties, it is convenient and can be eaten on one side. Shopping while waiting.

The Bawang chicken is delicious, and the salt and pepper shrimp balls are very authentic. Soup and rice can be ordered as desired.

I asked for a quiet cosy/window table, we got put in the back quiet room not in window or corner but by a freezing air con blowing on us, I asked to be moved & we was given a choice of 2 tables neither what we’d asked for and ended up sitting in a family room!!! Waited a long time to be served and had to ask for the bill twice
