Friendly, fast service. Food seemed good quality, good sized portions, not too much or too little. Good choice of drinks, served properly. A bit cramped... But that's the only criticism.

There were so many people coming out of Borough Market that I came across this hamburger place, and it was even better than I expected!! There was plenty of space in the basement and the juicy patties were the best!! I came here by chance and had a nice meal^^

The food was satisfactory, but the customer service was disappointing. The white men who arrived shortly after us were treated noticeably better by the staff. We also faced constant pushback, even regarding where we sat, despite there being plenty of vacant tables. It was quite bizarre. We won’t be returning.

Yummy food, terrible service from the unfriendly staff who made the atmosphere very awkward for customers

Cozy place but a little narrow. The staff are friendly and the smash burger is very good, but the fries are really the highlight. The lemonade is also fresh and pleasant. An excellent choice for an informal and tasty meal.

Service was fine but got a nasty case of food poisoning from the Honest Burger- meat was very pink. Avoid.

Love Honest burger have ordered to my home many times, but was dissappointed in their Special thats the reason for the low mark. Service was indifferent, they do not have dessert so you eat and leave. its not a place to relax and chill out.

Without further ado! The waitress doesn't even make a move to communicate. And from the price of the menu to the bill it adds up, I don't like it. It gives the feeling of deception. I will not return, nor do I recommend it Ah ah! And that they charge almost 9 pounds for table service when the waitress does nothing to understand… oh, god!

I came with my family on a rainy day. Despite it being around 15 minutes before opening time, the kind staff let us in early and let us sit inside until 11, when the store opened. I ordered a double smash burger with fries for 11 pounds. The double smashed patty was incredibly flavourful as promised, however it was still juicy and was not dry, which is a problem with some smash burgers. The rosemary fries tasted delicious, not too salty, and not too oily, and I like that it comes free with all sets. If you do not like fries, there is also an option to switch to a salad or a coleslaw, both of which are also very nice. All three sides come in a generous serving. As such, if you want nice, affordable burgers with delicious sides, do check out this lovely store near Borough Market.

After an exhausting day of walking through a London decked out in lights, we needed the classic afternoon tea to give us the strength to continue. Wonderful surprise in Feya near Hyde Park. Very good quality-price ratio. Best of all, the careful attention and service of all the staff but especially that of Shabnam, a great professional who was attentive to us the entire time. Impeccable service. OLÉ!!!👍

The service was also excellent—friendly and attentive—though the wait for the bill at the end was a bit frustrating, as it often is in many restaurants. Despite the space constraints and the minor delay with the bill, I left pleasantly surprised. I can now understand why Honest Burger has such a loyal following and so much buzz around it. For the food alone, I’d definitely recommend giving it a try!

The burgers are ok, a bit small, but the service is poor. We were a table of 6 people and in the hour and a half we were there the waiter didn’t once come to the table, so we had the one drink the whole hour and a half we were there. Our table was out of the way in the corner and at the end of our meal I had to get up to go find the waiter to get the bill. Won’t go back.

Went for a burger here on a wet Sunday evening and Junior who served us was AMAZING! The energy he had and how friendly he was honestly was just what we needed and we could see everyone in the restaurant was happy because of his energy. The food was great also but it was really Junior who made the visit so great.

I never thought there would be such delicious burgers in the UK... Especially in the UK, many foods are eaten with french fries, and these were the crispiest and most delicious french fries I've ever eaten.

Really good burgers and fries for a chain. What I missed was for the American cheese to be more stringy, plus I had to work a bit to get to the ketchup. The service is ok, but busy, so you have to be patient. The place is upstairs and in the basement, there's nothing special about the decor, but if you're hungry it's worth dropping by. One of the best Honest Burgers around. Large seating upstairs and downstairs with tables outside with heating. Staff are extremely friendly and attentive. Food was cooked perfectly. Highly recommended.

The burger are delicious and taste homemade, with a great balance of flavor. I tried the “Burger of the Month” along with their signature rosemary chips, and both were excellent — not too salty and not too oily, and you can really taste the quality of the meat. The place is smaller and cozier than the one near London Bridge station, but I found the customer service to be exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I also loved the lemonade — it wasn’t too sugary and was served in a nice mug, which added to the experience. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to!

I recently had an unexpected but heartwarming experience at honest couple of days ago. I enjoyed a fantastic meal, and everything was going great until I realized I couldn’t cover the full bill. I was just 33p short. The Asian dude who was serving us , instead of making me feel embarrassed or uncomfortable, handled the situation with grace and compassion. They offered me a 33p discount, allowing me to settle the payment without any fuss. Not only was the burger absolutely delicious – flavorful, and beautifully presented – but the service was truly exceptional. The staff went above and beyond, showing genuine understanding and kindness during what could have been a stressful moment for me. Their generosity and professionalism left a lasting impression, and I am incredibly grateful. I will definitely be returning, not just for the amazing food, but for the wonderful hospitality. Burger restaurant with allergen control for celiacs. Gluten-free bread and there are also gluten-free wing and onion ring combos. The burgers are very good. The potatoes look homemade. If something has to be said against it, they charge extra for gluten-free bread. The atmosphere is pleasant. We found a very nice Spanish waitress who helped us. They don't have dessert.

Ordered on Uber eats burger was tasty and fries were okay. The gravy wasn’t for me and I got the bacon double cheeseburger and paid extra for extra bacon expecting it to have a few rashers. Instead I got two small rashers that didn’t even cover the burger.

Similar to the other Honest Burgers across London, the burgers and fries are good, and you can get a table pretty easily. It is reasonably priced and is suitable to those with children. I would argue this chain is one of the best burger restaurants in London, so stop in when you see an honest burger.

Update Following the restaurant's response there would be PMR toilets! Good news Original message While in London we were looking for a restaurant where the prices weren't astronomical... and this one did the job well since the burger cost around £14. The place is nice and the atmosphere too.. And unlike France, the terrace is heated For PMR, the restaurant is accessible but not the toilets.

Great for all ages including families as it has a children menu. The homemade lemonade was nice as well as the fries and flavourful burgers. Service was good .
