Joe Delucci's Gelato in Sheffield

Disappointing In 2018 and 2019 when I visited Uk, I went to the Stratford branch and had the best milkshake I have drunk ever. So I got very excited when I spotted it in Sheffield. But I was disappointed when they told me that they did not have milk shake. When I asked for the reason, I was told, because the fridgerator was out of order, they could not store any milk. Ok I said, so it will be fixed within a week, the dude said, probably within 3-4 weeks. This does not make any sense. Either they have stopped selling milk shake, or if not then their inefficiency of getting the fridge fixed, lacks logic from here to the moon

£3.00 for one scoop or £6.00 for three scoops. I asked for 3 scoops, 1 for my 2 year old son and 2 for myself. The worker told me she could not separate the scoops so would have to charge me individually. So rather than taking my £6.00 for 3 scoops of gelato they were happy for me to walk away.

So I visit this place every time we go to Meadowhall yesterday I visited and asked for a cone with just literally a spread of ice cream over the top as I know that he doesn’t eat much anyway as you can see from the picture it wasn’t much at all the lady that served us still charged us full price! A mean come on really there menu states a “scoop” for the price this wasn’t even a scoop it was a bit of ice cream scrapped over the top of the cone. What made it more annoying is that a few times I’ve seen people try the ice cream before they buy it to me this was a tester but was still charged full price …. Not happy at all!

Llamado a este pop de stand en Meadowhall helado para mediados de la tarde. El servicio era rápido y amable, aunque el personal no parecen entusiasmo falta entre clientes y parecía muy harto, así que podrían hacer con un poco de motivación! Había una gran variedad de helados, conos y coberturas. El helado era fabuloso! Sabía como una de muy buena calidad, helados de lujo y el precio era muy razonable para lo bueno que era. Sin duda me volvería a comprar.
