Js Corner Cafe and Takeaway, Eastleigh in Eastleigh

They forgot a box meal with a zinger burger, drink, baked beans, chips and chicken. When we went to pick up our order it was already packed in bags on the side since we preordered but they still made us wait 15 minutes. The reason we waited 15 minutes was because their till was not working. We have been to Eastleigh KFC before and not the first time they’ve forgotten stuff. As a result food was cold and one of my children was left with no meal. Disappointing experience.

Some of the worst staff ever! When I was overcharged for an item that was incorrectly priced I was told I should check the 13 digit bar code instead of the large printed price tag & then told I was rude when I questioned this. What is wrong with these people? Many others have also said how dreadful the staff at this store are. They have no respect for the customers that ultimately pay their wages.

I went in Friday13thdec evening to. Get KFC for my family.. I was unsure of the box meal my son has so I went to the counter where a friendly member of staff came to take my order he was very patient friendly and had amazing customer service skills with a gorgeous smile jaydon knew what it was I wanted and also done some of my order to my son's personal preference .ie different sauce and no salad in his chicken fillet burger 🍔 nothing was to much trouble whilst wanting for my order some delivery drivers came in and got a nice welcome and quick service from another happy friendly member of staff mac. He engaged in conversation with me whilst working I may add. I often use this KFC and said new staff a new person josh was putting together the orders working away and then a very pleasant lady think she may have been a team leader or manager her name was Ayesha she made eye contact and smiled i then told her how lovely her staff were. And she thanked me. This was the first time I have been in and out my order was correct and all there .the staff were friendly helpful and knew what they were ment to be doing it was stress free and I just wanted to get some recognition for the lovely team at Eastleigh KFC Mac,Jayden,josh and Ayesha thank you! regards Sarah 😊

If you want your food to be the same temperature as your cold drinks then this is the place for you. Oh also they help with calories as they forget to put I'd say 35% of the order very good indeed. I know it's a fast food chain not expecting anything amazing but geee at least send Luke warm food or something, I get people make mistakes but seems to be a running theme for everyone else. Bonus points the mcflurry was cold, shock horror.
