Friendly and attentive staff, fast service and quality food with a relaxed atmosphere making it a great place to unwind. Would definitely recommend for a family day out as I recently visited with my own! 🍻

My place to go with the kids at weekend. Sometimes for the breakfasts after his football. My daughter I'd a fussy eater and always finishes what she eats I like a Sunday carvery and personally go here all the time. I'd say its up there with the best. Had a wonderful experience here today! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by Heidi, who was so lovely and kind—it really set the tone for the visit. The restaurant was spotless, creating a clean and welcoming atmosphere. The carvery was absolutely fantastic, with a great selection and everything cooked to perfection. Overall, a great meal with excellent service. Highly recommend!

Good value for money would recommend. Good choice of menu with a wide variety to suit all age ranges. Great parking and does have outdoor seating if you are taking your dog. Staff really friendly and helpful.

Served main course pretty quickly. Macaroni and cheese had obviously been left on the side then warmed up as it was sticky and gloopy. Then waited 35 minutes for dessert. Nice pub. Excellent location. Decent prices.

Booked a table in the family area. We weren't seated in the family area. We were told to order food from the app as the queue was 20 minutes at thr bar. 10 minutes later, I had the app, I tried to order 2 carveries, drinks and desserts. The app said that the carvery was unavailable, I asked a member of staff for help, they said I was better queuing up. So I did, at a different pub!. Overall disappointed that we went to carvery and they were unavailable.

Come here every Monday, Jackie and Heidi always make us feel welcome. Food is delicious

Had to wait for staff to appear before placing our order! On arriving at breakfast buffet, no bacon, fried eggs, or hash browns ready. Had to wait longer than expected for bacon, which came out looking half cooked. Then we had to ask for eggs and hash browns. Not to the usual standard. We won't be returning to this particular venue. :-(

Came in with family and was quickly seated to our table, unfortunately the queue for the bar to simply start of with drinks was extremely long as only two bar staff were there. After getting drinks I came back up to order food, which was quicker than the drinks. At the bar I was not informed of any sort of wait and safely assumed from the busyness off the pub that its would be about 20-30 minutes. After a while of being sat at the table I took a look around and looked at the kms screens around the floor to see our table was at 48 minutes still without being changed over to a plating up status! Just before I was about to go and ask if food was brought out to us, without any mention of an apology for our wait. Clearly you have to ask if there is going to be a wait on food here, because you won’t get told unless you know what the screens mean

I would like to say a 'Big Thank you' to Heidi for her excellent and professional customer service this morning as myself and my family were having breakfast in the Juniper Farm. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Heidi and it's always service with a smile 😊 Many thanks again Heidi you're an absolute asset to Juniper Farm and that's why we come back!! 😁

We always stop here on the way from Wales to Scotland. Every visit has been a pleasant experience. Staff are always very welcoming and friendly, they make sure your visit is a pleasure from beginning to end. Food is always fresh, tasty and hot. Lots to choose from on the menu and buffet no matter what time of day. Tables are cleared and cleaned very quickly. Juniper Farm is a little gem just off the M6 so great for travellers and locals alike. They honour blue light cards which is a bonus.

Came for lunch with my family of 2 children and partner, host was perfect Phoebe I think her name was. However when it come to order at the bar a gentleman named Daniel was very rude when ordering. I asked do they do under 5s meals he just looked at me up and down went yeah. which I thought was quite rude and abrupt. I then went on to ordering 2 more meals and there was just 0 customer service he was very bland obviously didnt want to be there and we never even got the children’s ice cream tickets which has always been included with their meals. He just took my payment without giving us our drinks. I went to take someone else’s order. I then had to ask 4 times for the gluten free gravy to come out for the carvery. We are regulars of juniper farm and this time around was very saddened due to the lack of customer service which I thought was diabolical.

We popped in for a random Saturday lunch. Was a lovely experience. Will come again.

Whilst the food was of a very high quality it took over 35 minutes to arrive and it wasn't particularly busy, the side could have been warmer.

Hit and miss. Someday good, someday poor. Carvery never ready on time. No beef this time. Not acceptable. Looking for somewhere else.

We turned up on Monday 9th December, we were a little late for the breakfast buffet by around 5/6 mins. As we were approaching the bar the chef came out and we asked about the breakfast and he kindly said he would leave it on till we had served ourselves even offering to make us some fresh fried eggs which we declined, we did ask for some toast which again was no trouble. The whole experience at The Juniper Farm was amazing and lovely service from Jackie.

Absolutely disgusting service, manager and staff talking waited a hour for food and then took my own plates to the bar and ask for my puddings. Which was wrong!

Absolutely outstanding, great service and value for money. If you want a fantastic breakfast, this place is a must visit. You won't leave hungry that's for sure, the carvery is the next thing I'll be trying as a roast is my favourite meal I also have a small Patterdale Terrier, Winston who is a service dog 🐕‍🦺. One of the ladies made a huge fuss of him, he really took to her. Thankyou for 3 great visits so far, outstanding, see you soon. 👌👌👌👌

Carvery very average, turkey very wet. It's OK but won't be going back. Very slow till service

Ryan was brilliant 5 stars all the way very attentive and on the ball. Food was great and reasonably priced. 3 stars for atmosphere due to a repetitive buzzer in the children's area scaring the life out of me every time it went off.

Service was shocking had to wait for nearly half an hour just to pay for the carvery. When this was mentioned there was a shoulder shrug and an excuse of staff have rung in sick. Plenty of staff around the venue but not doing anything we think possibly because they were too young to be behind the bar so were waiting for people to finish so they could clear tables, very polite when doing their job. There are order screens all over the pub, why can't they be taking orders so the bar can just be for drinks. Really really poor setup. When getting the carvery there was a good selection of potatoes and veg but were luke warm at best. The meat was very underwhelming, gammon I don't eat so wouldn't know, really dry little bit of turkey left. No beef. He went to get some, it took ages. But the so called '14 hour slow cooked/roasted beef looked like it had just come out of a microwave. Layer of blubbey fat on top didn't look roasted at all. Managers were really not open to feedback it was really sad, this place could really very easily be improved. It wasn't even that busy for a Saturday teatime. Don't waste your time go to Toby carvery.

We were greeted as soon as we walked in. Although we had not booked a table was found for us. Ordering drinks and food was easy and the young waiter was only to happy to help with any extras we needed. On leaving after our meal we were wished good bye on our way out. :)

We went with a large group on Tuesday 26th November lunch time when booking a week prior Heidi was fantastic help with all our needs shown us the area that we would be seated and help arrange pre booking our meals nothing was to much trouble. On arrival Maisie and Alison helped with all our needs and questions went through our order to make sure it was correct the food was served promptly and everyone enjoyed, sam help with all our drinks orders nothing was to much trouble then Maisie help with all our individual bills (there was a lot) and pudding orders. The group had such a positive experience and will definitely be back

Lovely amazing place always come here for a meal child friendly and the staff are so friendly and helpful one staff member in particular Alison that is so kind and helpful and is really good with my little brother Harvey he absolutely loves her she’s always got a smile on her face makes everybody feel welcome and happy

Went on Sunday for a carvery, had a great selection of meats and veg to go with it. Charlotte was great and always on the ball when asked questions. She was so attentive it made our experience that much better. Everything was reasonably priced and all great quality

Great place to go for a social gathering with friends or family. Prices reasonable and nice food. Although on this visit service was a bit rushed for some of the menu ordered which was rectified by staff.

Called in at Juniper Farm on Sunday 17th Nov. It was our first visit here and cannot praise the staff highly enough especially our waiter Blake who went out of his way to accommodate my mum who was in a wheelchair. Would definitely be returning to Juniper Farm again. Thank you Blake and team keep up the good work. Karen Cannon

Had a lovely carvery with mum and dad everything was nice but the roast potatoes me and my dad had were to dry.the cake are delicious and very tasty we will definitely come again

Although there was a bit of a wait for the carvery due to numbers food was worth the wait. Staff worked hard and very attentive especially Blake who was a very polite young man.

Visited Sunday, had a Carvery which was very enjoyable. Staff were great especially Blake who catered to us at the table. The man serving the meat was especially good as he made the kids and ourselves feel very welcome with his jovial attitude. Would definitely recommend a visit. Worth a mention that they now don't accept Blue light cards on a Sunday, hence the 4 star review. Everything else was 5*
