Delivered very cold chicken without sauce Very disappointed

Immediate service and piping hot food. Couldn’t ask for more.

For starters KFC is no longer a reasonably priced high street take out place. KfC has raised prices more than any other take out place so rightfully as a customer i will expect a certain level of standard when dining in this ever so expensive establishment. Quality of food poor, customer service of staff is poor and a broken front door means it is always open and this means the restaurant is very cold and this means the food gets cold. Come on KFC pull your flipping socks up... if you gonna charge premium prices we want the service and better still good quality food

The 6 fries and extra 4 fillets didn't come.

The food was stone cold, I ordered it last night so it would come at a certain time today I ordered it for 15:25 and it didn’t come till 16:41 and I got offered a free popcorn chicken when I ordered and then I was charged for the popcorn chicken today the chips tasted like reheated chips they were very stale not happy at all tbh waited ages for it to arrive just to be unsatisfied I also ordered it at the time I put for a reason because I was going out shortly after that time so that got ruined!

Been to this KFC a couple of times getting a 10 piece bargain bucket and at least 3 of the 10 pieces were tiny wings. I will not be going back again

Worst service. Order was made at 7:20pm. Still not arrived at 9:20pm. Drove all the way to the restaurant, and arrived to an empty restaurant. Asked if I could cancel the order as we had been waiting over 2 hours for it. I was told it was not possible and that the delay is not the restaurant' fault. While speaking to one staff member, the other passed my order to a delivery man right in front of me! The order was received after 2.5 hours of being placed, and was completely wet and soggy. Absurd!

It was late and chips were not provided

Ordered 12:44p, original estimated arrival time was 13:10pm and it arrived 13:42pm! Had I known it would be an hour I would have gone to the restaurant myself ordered and collected! Everything arrived stone cold! Not happy, will not be ordering again!

Driver stole our order, I want a refund now

I felt that the delivery driver took a really long route to my house he was in completely wrong area and the delivery time kept being pushed back it took 25 mins from shop to my address

Day before ( Friday I have order 20 hot wigs ,, 4033 it’s took over 35 minutes to be ready no apologies from them and finally got it but only 19 pieces so disappointed

The food was cold and dry. Not worth the ordering again! The part of the meal was the Pepsi which arrived in a cold can.

The food arrived in about 35 mins. The driver failed to read my delivery notes which gave the exact my exact location and was sitting outside a property at the other end of the road. I had to go outside twice to try and find the driver.

The wings aren’t how they used to be, definitely not spicy. They taste burnt/dead.

My order took and Hour and a half when the restaurant is 10 mins away, just eat would not let me cancel the order in that time. The food arrived ice cold will never order from here again.

This KFC is consistently on point. I do love KFC and some of their restaurants are definitely better than others, and this is one of the best.

Located between Halfords and Aldi out of the city center and close to Lidl, TK Max, Curry's and others. New restaurant so still clean and well cared after. Tasty food. Great service. Fast serving. Plenty of choice in the menu. Lots of sides as well.

almost half of the pieces was not well cooked and the skin was still white and not crisped

We ordered a wicked variety bucket 6pc and there were only 5 original recipe chicken instead of the 6 there were meant to be. As well as that www were supposed to get 8 wings but only received 5 wings. We had been cut short of what we ordered and did not receive my money’s worth!

Went in at 10:30pm was told they close at 10:45 and was told we couldn’t have food. The woman who was mopping was really rude, we explained online and on the door it stated the close at 11 and she continued to lie and be rude.. But confused

What a joke. The delivery time should be between 15-30 mins. They kept changing the time they said the fools will be delivered at several times then send me a notification that they are looking for a driver then another one that the driver is there but waiting for the food as the restaurant is busy. The reason why I ordered from there is the quick delivery time they promised. Food is so oily not like a clean fried chicken. So bad.

Had to order a second one because the first one was delivered to someone else or something. Customer service said they couldn’t do anything, couldn’t explain why and that it was policy not to refund customers who didn’t recieve their order

The original receipy chicken was not there. It was too oily and soggy. Ate one pice and rest went into the bin as you could only taste the oil.

Ordered a filet box meal with gravy. Meal arrived and the gravy has spilt over everything, all very soggy and salty. Also no drink was delivered
