The chicken is Halal and fresh. Parking is not a problem.

Nasty food totally wrong order…. This is the 3rd time they have got my order wrong… don’t think anyone in that branch is trained starting with management…. Naaaaaaasty food….. if I could 0 stars I would….. oh n like other comments there chips r stale made in old oil n re fried….

Old cooking oil taste, limp fries and chicken had a bad smell so we ended up throwing 14 piece bucket away. KFC has gone down hill and not just at this location. Definitely won't be buying KFC again.

Desafortunadamente desde hace unos meses, la calidad de la comida ha disminuido y en mi última visita el 5 de octubre fue un tipo de seguridad muy grosero que no permitió que mi esposa usara el inodoro cuando llegamos y envió a mi esposa a las sátiras porque antes de querer pedir que íbamos a usar el inodoro ... dijo que el inodoro general debe usar abajo ... cuando le pregunté sobre su manera, me dijo que este inodoro en este piso es un inodoro de clientes si no quieres salir o ir al mostrador ... Me quejo con el gerente pero, ella acaba de decir, tengo palabra con él ... . . . Me pregunto cómo este tipo de negocio puede contratar a personas muy groseras que no se preocupan por los negocios y no saben cómo tener que hablar con el cliente y simplemente no les importa ... Si necesitas un poco de respeto como cliente, solo evita ir allí y nunca recomendar este lugar. . . . .

I had a mint kushum which was all melted. The chocolate bits in were horrible. Hardly any chips and the wrap wasn't anything to shout out about. I wouldn't have any of these again.

Helpful staff as not a clue with technology

If I could give zero stars I would! Extremely rude staff, Firstly given the wrong order And then to top it off the Chicken On the bone and hot wings Was hard! Burger tasted stale, mayonaise tasted off And the fries were cold. When calling up the store The Member of staff was very rude, basically said you've paid for what you've got & Didn't seem bothered. Very disappointing won't be visiting this kfc again!!!

Stupid staff, went through drive thru to make an order. I order 4 items. Went home to open my bag 3 items only. 4th item missing. This is the 4th time this has happens. Either the staff need dyslexic training as they can’t read simple instruction. I ring in spoke to Maria, apparently takes 10 minutes to see what’s going on? Store manager useless as well , no experience. All the guy staff are clueless, wannabe gangsters. So many times have approached staff in regards of this and they act all clueless about the situation. If your wanting a takeaway from KFC avoid yardley green branch.

Food used to be so much better and the atmosphere is unwelcoming to actually sitting and eating your meal in the restaurant. Also mini hand wipes are no longer provided.

I was craving some KFC yesterday 28/04 and went in to get a bucket, I went to the yardley store which was a great choice because I was greeted by the cashier Hasan who also kindly helped me choose the right bucket which was great and I believe it’s how every cashier should be, friendly and helpful overall this has given me a good feeling about the yardley store and I will definitely be returning for future orders. Well done Hasan!

From moment we walked in dirty tables, staff had bad attitudes I was drinking my drink then took lid off to see blue roll tissue in .y drink 🤢 complained they offered me a new drink. How did it even get in their if the cups r took from upside down then filled. It wasn't even a clean cup clearly 🤢🤢🤢 will never return in my life nasty dirty KFC

Hey Colonel, I've got a bone to pick with you ! I ordered a delivery last night and instead of the two meals being presented in individual boxes it was in paper bags "thrown" Into the delivery bag, poor show KFC buyer beware !

The food here is okay. It's average tasting but not the best. One thing I can say though is that it's definitely better than pepes chicken which is right next door to it outside.

It was evident that the meal had gone through several hands before reaching me. When I called to report the issue, the person on the phone responded rudely, saying, "So what do you want now, a burger or something? Come back, and I'll give you one" "I had to travel 8 miles to get to the restaurant, but I went anyway, even though the experience earlier had put me off my dinner. Unfortunately, when I arrived, the guy who was supposed to assist me was hidden and his worst employee was left to deal with my request. The lady was extremely rude and acted like she was doing me a favour. She kept asking for a receipt or an order number, which was frustrating."

Food is always piping hot & loads of cheaper options/offers on KFC app.

If you make the bad decision of ordering from here, best to keep your order to a single item. The workers may look mostly young, however, they must be OAP’s because they all have dementia and will without fail forget multiple items out of your order.

i made an account to write this review, everytime i go there the order is wrong, whether it be full fries or small dips (40p btw) missing. it isnt exaggeration to say 9/10 my order has been wrong. not sure why i even still go here. if you intend to go here, food is okay but make sure you sit in the drive through or right at the till and take everything out your bag and check it. not a 1 star, but a 0 star establishment.

can't even pack a standard order correctly. Absolute inadequacy. Sent me the complete wrong order. Instead of a boneless 12p piece feast you idiots sent me 5 pots of mash potatoes?? You're complete degenerates and will never amount to anything more than working weekends in a fast food restaurant.
