Kfc in Waltham Forest

The worst KFC around the locals. Firstly there were four drinks missing, I drove back in icy weather to get our drink. Secondly I requested for bottle robinson as my wife would put in children’s pack lunch, however I was been told only cup of fruit shoot available. The reason why so annoying is my wife has the same meal last nigh, she was confirmed bottle or cup of drink. Wouldn’t recommend this KFC. Awful service!!!

Ajay is very good. He served us kindly. Hot and yummy 😋 chicken. Service was fast.

I m giving 0 star to the Area Manager I think his name Yousuf V always go to this store quite regularly and no complaints Staff are excellent to provide outstanding service I was there today and the area manager trying to make everything difficult The girls are so hard working and I feel like in his presence they are very uncomfortable and hardly breathing Area manager holding his phone and trying to take pic of everything thing sorry what u r trying to show they absolutely don't need you the staff are the best just u Area manager yousuf just go away from this store they don't need you at all leave them alone Plz don't come to this store again

Unfortunately it taste like chicken shop I was thinking I walked in on Indian KFC or restaurant everyone speaks loud and on Indian language very sad

Very rood staff! I wanted to order “drive thru” and a lady said that drive thru does not work. They did not put any sign about it. Anyway! Explained to her that I am in a wheelchair and it will be too complicated to me to get out and get in the car and asked her to bring the order outside she said that I have to pay. I said that will pay in cash and she started yelling at me that it’s not possible. There was no other option but leave the restaurant. Meanwhile two of them stood at the drive thru first window with their arms crossed. The worst service I’ve ever experienced!

Honestly not sure what you have changed but its not a good change gravy taste horrible chicken doesn’t even taste like kfc what a waste of money I spent on something that doesn’t even last long almost like its been designed to go bad quickly

I waited really ling for my order and my whole order was wrong and even with miss item worth of (£15)

you have missed my order I ordered 10 wings meal x2 and 2 pieces of chicken you charged me £30 for you have given me the wrong order I now have no kfc fries or drinks

Chips were cold and chicken breast piece was dry…. All in all I’ve got takeaway from here twice before and pieces of chicken are very small compared with other stores!

Order from KFC via Uber eats. Food arrived late, driver went to wrong address and my order was incorrect and have missing 10 pieces hot wings meal and the rest of the food was so cold and old we couldnt even eat it. Rang KFC in Leyton, no one answering the phone. Trying to contact Uber no joy. This is a joke. I need my money back.

ordered two box meals and one came as supposed to and one came missing half the meal. also the extra sides were missing too.

I would love to rate my food but it never came. The driver says he delivered it. But i didnt. No code was given. No doorbell was rang. Noone rang my phone. Why do KFC and Just Eat think its ok to steal people food and money

The restaurant had sent the delicious KFC quickly and nit was piping hot. Very Yr happy with my meal.

Some of the boys are shouting excessively, it seems like it is a playground, the staff were quiet even though the customers were doing a lot of trouble, it should be a shame.

The Delivery Was Quick And the courier was good. The Resturant KFC was abysmal. They gave me my chips but my 2 warps wernt delivered. They Gave Me a small popcorn chicken instead with no notice. Never ordering again

KFC Leyton, e no too bad but e get some things wey fit improve. The chicken dey tasty, but sometimes e no fresh like I go like am. Dem chips, na hit or miss, some days e go dey well-done and crispy, other days e go dey soggy. The place dey small, and if crowd full, you fit wait long for your food. The service sef, some of dem workers dey friendly, but others no dey smile or talk well. The place fit clean pass as e be now, dem need to tidy am better. If you just wan grab quick food, e fit do, but no go if you dey look for top-level service or fresh hot meal every time. E be fast food, after all.

I had worst experience with this branch KFC, the manger was rude, doesn't know how to treat the customers.

only two chicken pieces, at least half of which was pure batter and inedible. chicken was extremely dry and looked like leftovers that had been out for hours. didn't even come in a bag, they'd just been throw loosely in and the portion of chips was much smaller than usual. Rubbish quality and certainly not worth the £13.18 - will not order here again.

On checking I found Chips and dips missing. On asking she didnt even look at me and said, check your bag correctly, we dont miss on anything. I asked her to check by herself but she said am busy, do it yourself. One good lady amongst your employees came forward and checked it to find the items were missing. Then apologised and gave me the items. Vijaya is going to bring shame to this branch of KFC

I ordered a 10 pc Wicked Variety Bucket & I got a 6 pc. The food was cold & not as fresh as it should of been. The quality of Chicken was less than decent & not the standard I expected.

The food was cold, and it was just thrown into the box without any packaging. I ordered the buffalo bites, the cold sauce on it was nasty and the chicken too. Very disappointed. I used to love KFC but this was really bad. My stomach hurts now, and i feel disgusted about the quality of the food.

Worst experience of my life! Will never order again pathetic taste extra salty even the order was totally burned! But the rider was right on time! Delivery time was great but taste and quality of the food was pathetic!

I always like to eat from leabridge road kfc branch but today order for delivery and it's a disaster burger and popcorn chicken both are so bad in taste and not even fresh ,chips a tiny portion and cold as cooked both ages ago I SWEAR TO GOD I nearly vomit and never in life eat rhat bad taste of fillet burger ,chips very disappointed. I never expect specially leabridge road branch to have such low standard

Can't believe what I got for £13. Terrible value for money. Be warned...don't expect to get a meal more of a snack.
