KFC Burton on Trent - Guild Street in East Staffordshire

I went in burton kfc around at 7 o’clock was very pleased by the staff behaviour they were really nice and polite and received my order in short time. The store it self was very much clean and toilets were clean as well. JUST GIVE IT TRY.

Lovely friendly ladies serving but sadly got simple order wrong ...though sorted swiftly and got free fries..... however tbh slightly worried on hygiene front and if food cooked properly ;/

Chicken incredibly dry. Chips soggy and flavourless. Honestly, just a horrible meal. So disappointed.

Store was not that busy. Have to order by selection board and then wait for order. Staff obviously weren't paying attention as we had stated it was takeout and they put everything on trays. Also staff were more interested in chatting to delivery driver than getting order ready.

I ate from the saver menu so I had popcorn chicken, fries and a flamin' wrap for £4.98, good value and quite filling.

Disgusting overall, the staff are room and refuse to give you what you’ve paid for. Laughing at us. Was given the wrong burger and they missed out half my order. The burger I did get had mayo on instead of the proper sauce and no hash brown on the tower burger, even asked for no mayo and still got it even though I clearly said I was allergic, just to be given a refusal to change

Pre ordered a stuffing stacker and collected through drive through. Got home and realised they had missed a chicken fillet from the stacker, not impressed. Always check your order when in drive through before you drive away

The food was cold and the mayo and lettuce was thrown together,this is not the kfc experience,the staff are so young and the service has dropped so bad that I would advise others not to even go there.

Good experience the food was very nice and the staff are lovely, the management is good as there has been a clear improvement recently and the store is looking a lot cleaner these days

Placed my order 12:46, order arrived almost 2 hours later and was already very warm. Not a good experience at all.

delivered by a cyclist who from tracking i guess delivered other places first so when my food arrived it was cold.

Just didn’t taste the same!! Wings were very dry so think they had been sitting a long time before served. Won’t be having KFC again especially for the price

what a lying deceitful bunch of drivers you must employ. I don't know how many times I have had to complain because the deliveries change status to delivered without them arriving. what is the point of having verification codes for drivers if they can just bypass them.

Can not say anything about atmosphere as never went inside. Food was as one would expect. I gave 5 star for service as it was a young man doing two roles , rushed off his feet but he was polite and helpful.

There is no chicken with the boneless banquet, just fries corn and popcorn chicken. the main part of the order is missing

I never received my food, the driver went to my work address even though it stated that the delivery was for my home address, I have messaged the driver twice as I watched him go to the wrong address but he did not reply or even appeared with my food

first time i have tried the rice box. it will be the last. the chicken was like rubber and the rice was practically mush 😞

my food was cold and looked like it was cooked early morning and just reheated. rubbery, bland and most was inedible

The overall taste and selection was great! But I wish there was more in the box for the price or a larger size in popcorn chicken or fries.

Huge number of customers. The serving ladies were busting their a** of to serve as fast as they can. The place is literally filthy. Unclean, smelly toilets, sticky floors and tables. Probably the manager decided not to spend a penny on cleaning staff. If you are driving through or takeout then probably ok.

Order was totally wrong no idea how you can mistake gravy and send mashed potato. Big bit of bone in the boneless mini fillet, no popcorn chicken & sent totally the wrong burger. Also the tango was sent in a cup (said a can) with a motorcycle courier so of course was mostly contained in the bag not the cup. Think whoever put the order together clearly either cant read or doesn’t care

The driver had to deliver two other orders before he brought my order, he was driving the route in the wrong order (wrong streets)

Missing drinks from box meals. Incorrect sides delivered. Missing item. Unfortunately we can’t claim for missing drinks and £17 per meal it’s not worth the risk of incorrect orders.

The delivery driver was really weird and rude saying i needed to give him a code i explained there was no code provided and he wouldn’t listen to me at all kept saying there was a code and i needed to give it to him or he wouldn’t leave

My order was never delivered. I waited for an hour and order status changed to delivered when it was actually never delivered, no one showed up with my order. Im grossly disappointed in the service.

This is the worst food outlet I have ever eaten at. Nobody is doing anything. The restaurant is dirty, there is left over food everywhere and the place is empty. The men’s toilet is worse than the toilet in Trainspotting. Won’t be coming here again.

Third time ordering big share box meal takeaways and getting no sauces or dips … not to mention how the chicken is unchewable. It’s like a chewing gum. We had to throw it away

He was in sitting that he was at my address and insisting that we went to him and kept puting the fon doun and cozed a conflict between the family so we were left with cold food and animosity reely disopoented

I never leave reviews but the chicken was absolutely disgusting. soooooo greasy and oily. I bit into the chicken and oil squirted out. Not just a small amount but a disgusting amount of oil. It was dripping down my hands. I couldn’t eat without gagging so it went in the bin. the bones in the middle of the chicken were also dark grey? never ordering from kfc in burton ever again.

Poor effort. I appreciate I order towards end of the day bur the chips were dead, all day bottom of pan, should of been for bin, re-cooked excuse of chips. Missing 2x rice, one piece of chicken short, popcorn chicken not there and no bottle of pop!!
