driver made good timeI waited outside but he clearly didn't want to get out of his car and expected me to wander around looking for him.

delivery was quick,but food was cold I needed to reheat in the microwave unfortunately

food was cold. prep time stage seemed to take a long time

Delivery never turned up! Ordered at 13:00 App said est delivery time was 13:40-14:00, at 14:50 I drove to kfc and asked where it was. They said had been delivered however app said it was still being prepared! Absolute joke! Never again!

driver went to wrong address first ,then order was wrong when I received it ,I challenged delivery driver but stated it was restraunts problem

I ordered a zinger rice box with extra zinger beans and gravy. What I got was a single zinger, literally two forks full of rice and the salsa was non existent. The gravy was leaking out and all over the bag because the lid was not fully on and the outside of the beans tub was covered in beans. Well worth £13. The large tango was amazing.

Chicken was very well done (almost burnt) looked as if it had been re cooked, very dry!

Order said it had been delivered which it had not!! I spent nearly 50 on kfc to feed my children and it had not arrived!! Absolutely awful customer service as there is no one to speak to!! Never using this service again

I placed an order on the machine in-store to have it delivered to the table had to go up to the counter was told they didn't have what I wanted in. I changed my order and sat down again was cold to the counter for a second time to tell me they didn't have any krushems then nice creams eventually got my order.

Absolutely shocking. There was no delivery. And trying to cancel the order was a total nightmare. I’m pretty sure I’ll be using a different service from now on.

Food was amazing, however the driver spoke to me quite rudely, and made big thing of me not answering my phone when nothing came through. Really think he should of thought of a better way to speak to a customer.

Carnt rate this service was expecting a refund for half my order missing and the food being cold never received any refund will not be using this service again I am a delivery driver my self and my restaurant uses this platform which is normally very good service I am disgustingly disappointed with no refund or response

Food is edible, beans can be too runny like soup only with a few beans at the bottom, corn on the cob can be overcooked, floor can be very slippery, sometimes tables dirty, having had to clean them myself, as I need to use a table with a bench due to a disabled friend, so it's limiting and not many of those benches. Can also be very cold, I have had to ask about the heating. It's just a place to get food if you in a hurry, choice of nasty music aswell, just to add to your misery.

Fries were missed from one of the meals

forgot a piece of chicken and the burger was over cooked. also ordered a wrap and this was just shoved in a bag was not packaged correctly so was cold.

Hello there mate i have a problem when my food arrived the chips were soggy as water and the burger was cold as out

I’ve had poor experiences of this KFC store. However, my last visit was great. Friendly staff and hot tasty food. 👍

Few items are missing from the order and burger is not cooked properly I will not eat the burger as it could be dangerous

Worst quality I’ve received yet from KFC. Usually decent but this time the quality of the food was absolutely abysmal. Chicken very very stale and tasteless, most of it went into the bin. Fries weren’t seasoned or hot. I’ve asked for a refund from JUSTEAT for the bucket portion of my order but haven’t received it yet. Won’t be ordering as often if this is the quality I’ll get, or I’ll just collect.

this place make a fortune from missed items and the ability to get a refund for part meals missed is a joke.

Food was great as usual but the options have been taken away at till so you can't order to suit you're taste and apparently KFC don't do hot drinks anymore which I find very strange ??

Drive through - we've all been told to wait in the car park while a poor lad tries to find everyone. Been waiting nearly 25 minutes and still haven't got food.

As it was raining cats and dogs and the service was running behind, we had to wait in the car park watching the poor staff trying to find the cars to deliver food. Poor things didn't have any rain coats or protection from the weather. So our food was look warm and I felt so bad for the poor things that were soaking wet and couldn't stop as the orders were building up. Poor quality service and no regard to the welfare of the staff members. So I did go and have a word with the manager and was told they could use there own coats if they wanted to, this is not good at all and upsetting to watch these youngsters trying there best to follow orders.

Freezing cold no gravy after ordering extra

Told to park up and it's been 30 mins for me with no sign of food - maybe longer for the other 2 who got actual parking spots who were here before me. Watching people go in and getting served. Feeling really frustrated - whats the point of the drive through. This place has always been a hit and miss. Shame they just had a refurb too.

Food was good. Ordering was easy and quick. However, the staff were not helpful and not willing to give adequate service. No customer service and poor attitude. When receiving my change, it was thrown onto the counter despite my hand being offered to recieve it. Very poor attitude . KFC, sort out your staff training and customer service please. Won't be back to this restaurant.

Ordered the 6 piece bucket 5 of which were drumsticks the worst bits supposed to be a variety. Chips were soggy gravy was like water the only decent thing were the beans and the pop will never go back.

We order 2 20 bucket of wings and got a broken cookie chicken popcorn a chicken burger and chicken fillets with some big pieces of chicken I want a refund immediately.

Food was good, served quickly, the restaurant had 3 or 4 tables that were covered in bits of chicken batter from previous customers and the glare from the sun coming through the windows was very unpleasant. Put some vinyl on the top half of the windows to stop customers being blinded please.

Waited 15 mins in carpark as this is their system. Take yr money at the drive thru window then bring the food to yr car. Cold chips. One car took full order back in and then another man too. The foods nice but its chaos and definitely not fast food

Used the drive through and somehow the staff didn't put any chips in with my family meal....the chicken was really nice but crap that the mess up your order so consistently!

Really disappointed. You would think that with the amount it costs that you would get fresh HOT food! Outrageous

This KFC has had a recent face-lift and is looking good.

Writing this sat in my car, waiting for my food, currently around 50 minutes from first queueing for the intercom. I only ordered 2 flaming wraps and a mini fillet burger. This place is a joke. Still haven't got my food, 50 minutes plus is appalling. I wish I could swear on this for emphasis, but oh my god this is beyond appalling. No explanation. Atrocious waste of nearly an hour. Haven't got time to do the rest of what I wanted to do now. PATHETIC. Clearly only value the customers who are getting it through ubereats or other delivery services. There are loads of them coming and going.

Always takes ages always rubbish cold old food Well tried it again after a year and still no better missed 3 items off my order and what I did get was disappointing and disgusting chicken was hard just everything was disgusting
