I ordered only 2 items and one of them is missing and they don’t answer the phone call

Was ok, got the christmas stacker, won't bother again, no flavour on the chips, hardly any taste of the stuffing and sauce

Ordered 2 hours ago and still hasn't arrived. Had to cancel in the end

Absolutely shocking service. Spent 50 quid plus. Got so much missing from my order it’s embarrassing. It’s not rocket science. Put the food in the bag. Send it out. A level of incompetence that I’ve not seen before when ordering food.

Fast delivery, food was piping hot 👍🏻

Cold food, some of it missing. late delivery. They cancel orders regularly. Avoid at all costs.

If you want a cold dinner feel free to come here plus no one cleans up place was like a skip last time I went..never again

Arrived over 1:15 after originally estimated. Delivery driver said the restaurant was super busy tonight. Still, ended up being the best meal I've had from this KFC though!

Terrible service from restaurant sent the completely wrong order I’ve took pictures to prove it also as I can’t believe how someone has read the order and sent the completely wrong one, management in this places need to do complete checks on order being sent out because the service is terrible and very bewildered by how none of the stuff has came.

I put the wrong address but the driver saw my messages and got it to me. Was my error and I didn’t have change to give for a tip, wish there was an option to tip here. Anyway, best I can do was review saying the driver was great so thank you!

I was meant to get piece of chicken with the meal and paid best part of 3 pounds for another piece of 🍗 chicken n got 2 chicken strips in there place which were cold n chips was cold very poor service

Every evening at 9pm they stop all milkshakes ice creams and krushims then to make matters worse they don't take cards after 9pm making it hard for drive thru customers has to go inside very very poor service I come here every evening same story.

The delivery driver got lost and went missing and didn’t take my instructions on how to get to me and then when she eventually arrived the food was cold. It was the most horrible experience. Never will I order again.

I binned this place after using kfc for years. Was told it closed for refurbishment or whatever and guess I was hoping for a change in management as well. How wrong could I be. Order through just eat two 2pc meals with beans and portion of hot wings for both of us. The. Chips were stone cold, 2 chicken drumsticks in each meal, no chicken breast. Seen bigger drumsticks on a sparrow. Nearly lost a tooth trying to eat the wings. Gravy instead of beans godawful food and all for 28 quid. Never again.

Perfect, they sent me the wrong order but was waaay better than my original order.

I ordered a zinger box meal and got a plain chicken burger on a bun, not what I ordered, paid for a zinger burger and didn’t get one, won’t waste my time ordering again

We ordered 6 pieces of chicken to take away. We could hear plenty of laughter and banter in the background and we had to repeat our order request several times. No customer service at all. The order was literally thrown towards us in our car. When we got home the chicken was so overcooked it was inedible Awful food and awful service.

Forgot to put gravy in after paying for it. Chicken was like warm. Disappointed

All four dips were missing. The food was cold. Only 3 portions of fries instead of four. There was no butter on the corn cobs so they were dry. Delivery was meant to be 10-25 minutes but was an hour. Ordered at 3.55pm and the food came at 4.55pm

whoever was cooking today needs a pay rise. because today the food was fabulous. The chicken was juicy and coating was crunchy. The chips were the best. I am amazed at the quality today. its NEVER normally this nice......First time I am giving a 5*

Absolutely VILE… delivery driver was sitting outside my house in his car eating my burger and had the audacity to leave the rest of what i ordered outside my door with the empty burger box inside the bag i will be filing a complaint and contacting just eat and getting him fired MINGING!

I put a note in with my order that said no legs and I got 3 legs in my 3 piece meal. I was not pleased as I do not like legs of chicken, nor do I like the flavour of the fries, so after spending £26 I only got to eat the chicken wings. Not worth it.

Instructions said “NO DRUMSTICKS” - 3 out of the 4 pieces that arrived were drumsticks

when we got the meal popcorn & fries . so when the Colonels meal 4 PC I thought the fries would have been with it I didn't think I would have to order fries again.

Nothing wrong with the food. As per usual the delivery driver decides to take a detour. I asked him where he was going and he said he was on his way and turned his gps off. Sort it out.

the chicken was slightly tainted also since when if I ordered a 4 piece meal I get 4 drumsticks. So chickens not have breasts or thighs anymore.And a small handful of cold chips awful. I took pictures straight away I hope there's a way to send my photos.All in all to receive 4 drumsticks is just wrong

Worst kfc by far theres always something missing, staff are slow to say the least, foods never hot when you get it, strips are soggy as anythin, just avoid an go somewhere else dont know how this place is still open tbh its possibly the worst kfc iv been to.

It arrived early - it was hot, fresh and delicious. The chicken wings were 10/10, so juicy and delicious. I have ordered many times from KFC but this time was too good that I could not not leave a review! The fries - perfectly soggy and perfectly crispy. The burger - wow, the hash brown had the most amazing crunch. I could say more and more, but overall, best KFC I have ever had!! Thank you
