KFC Warrington - Sankey Way in Warrington

Just ordered food in restaurant at 8:50pm ,the staff who is cleaning came to our table and say after 9pm only take away. So please take away. Is opening time till 10pm? Is there any board telling customers 9-10pm only take away? So annoying

Took over 2 hours after ordering before it actually arrived. Food was hot at least but the wait time was beyond ridiculous.

delivery time drifted, was being prepared for over an hour, driver was there for 40 minutes. arrived cold.

Took over an hour to be delivered. Food was all cold and my gravy was forgotten

Tasteless, Gravy watered down and tasteless, i might as well have made Bisto at home, Skin on the chicken was tasteless, Skin on the "Hot" wings obviously lost its heat due to winter. All round the most disappointing and tasteless KFC I've had and I've been to plenty!

Food is always good (unlike some other franchises)!sadly, this time one item was forgotten.

This took over an hour to arrive . I ordered at 4.39 pm and it was not delivered until 6 pm which is not acceptable

Ordered and never received our food. Tracked it it was in the area then stated delivered must of took food to incorrect address ludicrous rang up they said nothing they could do surely the driver should ask for the code before handing unscrupulous people our food fuming and hungry paid almost £30 for nothing

The chicken was a lot greasier than the usual, it felt like reheated

never Use this company or Uber delivery Because today I ordered food and waited three hours for it I went to their store to get it in person because they don't deliver it to me and they told me they sent it to me in three hours then I went home and waited another two hours and nothing came and they just took the money Very frivolous attitude I would never recommend them to anyone

i was missing the chicken strips from my order

The food was lovely and hot. The courier handed me a can of Tango, I ordered a Pepsi. Other than that it was very good.

Once again part of the order was missing so one member of my family had no meal. Totally unacceptable. This is happening far too often.

2 screens to order from! Won't allow you to order at the counter! Poor.

We stopped off on way home. Our first time in this branch and overall experience no issues whatsoever. Simple and easy to order. Didn't have to wait long. It was quiet so it suited us fine.

Just order the double bucket deal , the chicken fillet just strongly salty and can’t eat just one!

courier wandered around the road with the foid going cold then phoned me, the big sign on the house with the house number and road name gives it away. try and make a little effort just eat!

food cold and the chicken on the burger just didn't seam right, unsure why but couldn't eat it just not nice, tasted very processed. The portion of chips is getting ridiculous very small amount.

Online order to collect in drive thru. Nobody at the first counter. Staff with attitude. Will certainly not be going again!

First they said 18:20 ETA than it was 19:05 .Food was cold , 2nd time they did not shipped sweet chilli bites ,fries was cold .It was a 3rd time in row when I did not get what I ordered. How KFC would keep customers with this "quality "

Ordered on just eat around 20 minutes before it closed. Very excited to get hot wings and gravy and chips and at 9:59pm my order was cancelled. It was obvious they waited until the last minute to cancel our order which made it all the more worse because they could've told me when I’d ordered that there wasn’t enough time. I am not happy at all. I get it’s rough getting an order in so close to close but just be honest and cancel within a good time from the order being placed or change the hours of opening on just eat.

The order was delivered over an hour after ordering. The delivery person did other deliveries before us, the first being in the opposite direction! The food was cold!

tasteless original chicken, hot wings were more Luke warms no heat whatsoever. as for the rice it's absolutely atrocious. last time I'm eating a kfc it's that bad.

Ordered via JUSTEAT 26/07/24. The usual stuff, bucket of chicken, wrap, wings etc. The JUSTEAT guy was really quick and polite at the door (dropped him a tip, cheers pal) handed me a large sealed bag. Inside the bag were chips - lots of chips - far more than we ordered - and no chicken (yes you read that right - no chicken) It looked like a practical joke ! I couldn't drive to the restaurant as I'd had a drink so used the complaints / refunds section on the app....3 days later and I'm still waiting. I've had nothing. No refund - no chicken. Ordered a 6 piece family feast. All 6 pieces of chicken were chicken legs, rather than a mixture. Wasnt a bit happy abou this. Id rather have waited longer for my order to have a different verity.

Restaurant was absolutely dirty and, the staff wernt busy.

Music is far too loud in here and not great to listen too. Can't hold a conversation as you can't hear the people you're sat with. Background music yes in your face no. Music on so loud as it's what the staff want!? We took our food outside after waiting almost 20mins for it

Came in on 01/06/2024 at 09:50pm and the staff refused to serve me even though the shop was closing at 10pm the doors were wide open and the manager had cleaned the whole area with not a chicken in site. on another occasion ordered from uber at 9pm and got soggy chips, one wing less than ordered and no drink complained got no where worse KFC ive been too

Mini filet missing from meal will probably go myself next time

Chicken pieces, hot wings all dry, tasted like it had been under hot lamp for hours. Place empty, maybe this was why.

Taste is not good enough. Offers were getting fewer and fewer. May experience poor staff service in the counter. The closing time is earlier if you dine in rather than drive way. Be alert if you get hungry

Got no fries supposed to be a 3 piece mini fillet only give 1 and a half fillets the 1 was cut in half

Drive thru is a nightmare. No consistency . Staff not at wjndow to take orders then waiting to get served. Next time notice to say go to next window and refused and told to go back around....confused....you will be.

I ordered a mega gravy box which included fries two wings one fillet and one regular peice of chicken. The chicken hadn't been left to drain so all the grease was all over my fries and the chicken was undercooked. I went back to the till to be told that's how its cooked 🤮 never again it's a dive. If I could of left half a star I would of how do you undercook chicken that's cooked on a timer? Because it's not being left to rest they just dump it in your box from the fryer 🤮🤮

It was quite in the restaurant but the staff were efficient. Apart from no chocolate sauce in the crushums....but that's not the staff members fault.
