I know it's not kfcs fault but they need to hire drivers who can actually read before employing them

I had an extremely unpleasant ,big hygiene issue experience at KFC Whitechapel today. While being served by a cashier, a Black lady, she shockingly put her hand in her mouth to pick at leftover food stuck in her teeth while handling my payment. What made it worse was that she immediately used the same hand—without washing it—to touch and prepare my food bag for chicken wings( put the hand into the food bag in order to expand the bag I firmly stopped her, but she simply returned to her station without even washing her hands or apologizing. This lack of hygiene and professionalism is absolutely unacceptable. It’s disgusting and raises serious concerns about food safety. No apology was offered, and this behavior is completely unfit for a food establishment. Be aware if you choose to dine here.

Very very disappointed by the food and service. It was not busy at all. But still they delivered order given after me before . The fillet was very very old and burnt. It was hard from the corners. Hash brown was hard like a rock. Buns were burnt. Anyone thinking to order from this branch should avoid. I don’t mind paying £18 for two burgers but it was waste of money .

Came in this morning, they opened late and then told me they only take cash… they saw me waiting outside and decided to tell me nothing. Absolutely SHOCKING behaviour, no one there can speak proper English it’s infuriating being spoken down to and have my time wasted… absolutely FUMING the service I received, don’t come here.

Worst experience ever. Ordered online and the food was cold and i ordered zinger rice box and i get a-lot of salad with little bit rice. Chicken was not fresh and cold drink they send me is warm. Never ordering from them ever again😡

Ordered bucket with 10 pieces of chicken - only received 6! 4 portions of chips - only received 2! Not a great meal for 4 adults!

I went there the other day with my partner and one young black lady ( forgot her name ) , she works as a cashier , she was friendly, nice customer service from first to the ending . Its rarely to have great customer service in a fast food environment and actually , hope to come back and experience the same vibe .

The chicken smells so bad it’s not halal

I recently visited the Whitechapel KFC and was disappointed with my order. The chips were unpeeled and soggy, and the popcorn chicken was not up to standard. This has happened twice now. I've visited many KFC locations and have never experienced such poor quality. It seems this location doesn't meet the usual KFC standards. Unfortunately, I won't be returning to this location.

The driver was totally out of order and extremely rude. He has left my bottle of drink in the store and told me to go and get it in a rude way.

Question the delivery driver if something was missing, he said no and assured me it was in the bag. It was not.

I have an occasional KFC takeaway, but this is the worst I've ever experienced at any KFC worldwide. Staff is super unhelpful, rude and unprofessional and just focused on getting customers out the door as quickly as possible so they can go home early. Prices charged are different from those on display with no reasonable explanation (apart from staff stating that prices are higher after 11pm without any mention of this anywhere). Chicken was burnt and not cooked as it's supposed to be. Extremely disappointed with service and food and not what I'd expect from a supposedly reputable international brand. Next time I'll get my fried chicken elsewhere, where I'm treated with respect and food is decent.

Everything else at KFC Whitechapel Liverpool Street Station makes sense except the fact there is no actual dine-in. People are made to eat outside in the cold, which I think is ridiculous. If a few seats can be provided inside the venue for usage instead of outside, then they get a 5 star 🌟 from me, but until then, they get 3 stars 🌟 The chicken wrap (grilled) was quite tasty and I loved the hot chocolate, it had a good amount of milk the way I like it.

The place was really clean and the staff was friendly, my Hotel was near to this place and hence we ate quite a few times here. Great place for a quick bite, also they have some amazing discounted combo offers

Hi I went to KFC in Whitechapel and had the most amazing service, very kind and helpful. The young lady in particular was Fatama Alam . She was polite and very friendly....Really want her to be recognized for the good service she have provided. Well Done... Kind Regards B

ordered the boneless banquet. everything arrived hot, even though it was raining, it was a good experience.

Delivery was quick / on time but almost all of the chicken was so over cooked / dry it was almost inedible. It must have been on the counter for hours. If I’d be served that in store I would have returned it. It merits a full refund on this occasion.

I think this is the best tasting kfc I’ve had in London.

chips were cold, dry cardboard. chicken hot, crispy and juicy. corn on the cob. First time ordering and hoping you are given more corn than the picture shown, but no. you're charged £2.5 for 1/3 corn cob, horrendously overpriced. it was hot. coleslaw was cold (as it should be) but was past its use by date by 10 hours.

Chicken was old and refried. A dark brown colour, meaning it wasn't fresh. Disappointed as we've had better from KFC before.

The Chicken was a bit overdone, I do not like skins on the fries there should be a choice and the corn on the cob was great.

Ordered so it should have been ready 23:00. Waited until 00:30 before i had to give up. This was dissapointing.

So poor customer service. I heard previously from friends that this particular KFC shop has terrible food and service. But, yet went there few times because it is next to my home. But, finally I said enough is enough. They make mistakes (obviously short food) and instead of saying sorry defend themselves and calling me liar. When I asked check the CCTV, they said they don't have access on it ! they threw my receipt and without receipt no refund! unbelievable. told me many people come for free food. What a shameless behavior of them. Management need arrange training before employing them. One advice for all. Please check your bag before leaving the shop, otherwise you will find short food at home.

Hi, My name hasan ,went this KFC and ask Till staff about offer which on window he said he don't know what i am talking about , he was rude , aggressive and he was telling me get out of store several times he was behaving like he can hit me any time , it was scary . he was young with beard . i left the shop immediately . It was horrible experience what i never had in my life . Thats why i think i should share my experience with you Guys that you , in future people should no treated same way. Thanks
