We went to this restaurant with a large group of friends, and it was a fantastic experience. The location was beautiful, situated right in the heart of a marina near to Tower Bridge. The staff was polite, the food was delicious, especially the chicken and fish dishes. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. We were very satisfied with the service. Highly recommended!

Poor for a Turkish restaurant. The bread with the mezze was not fresh. It felt microwaved. I wanted an authentic chicken shish and the waitress advised to have the wrap as it was the same combinatinarion of meat and flatbread but came with chips. It was poor, luke warm and cold chips. Then a £10 service charge was added to the bill. Not a percentage bit a flat £10. The service left a lot to be desired. No refilled water or asking if we wanted more drinks. I had to ask for the bill twice. Not good enough. We asked fir the service charge to be removed. It felt a little of a tourist rip-off.

We got a lovely view and table for 7, without booking, straight away upon arrival, the manager was great and very welcoming! The service was excellent, extremely helpful, helping us with things not on the menu (Hugo Spritz!!) The food and drink was outstanding - we really had a wonderful early evening here and would highly recommend it to anybody who wants great service, great food and drink & breathtaking ambience! My wife , my granddaughter and I had a lovely dinner at this restaurant. The food was the best we enjoyed on our ten day trip to London. The owner and his staff were gracious and hospitable. We enjoyed free Turkish tea and Turkish Delight candy and the end of our meal. We highly recommend this establishment.

Great location, however food was average and service was just ok. Spoke to the staff regarding another customer smoking at the next table, they waited until the customer had finished his cigarette before speaking with him. Thought the service charge was extortionate for the service we received. This was a special trip with the family and we all felt disappointed with our visit.

Our first day in London; after 15+ hours of travel, we happened across Kilikya. It was the exact thing we need to energize with great food, amazing cocktails and superb service. Carolina in particular was amazing and one of the best servers I’ve seen. High recommendation for food, location, atmosphere and service.

My wife and I tried Kilikya for the first time this weekend and we both loved it so much - we had a really nice evening. The food, place, location and view of the docks was really lovely; and, to be honest, we enjoyed the food a lot more than we expected. We are both children of Turkish parents and are quite fussy about Turkish food. We're not easy to please, but hand on heart I can say the food here was absolutely top quality. We started with cacik (tzatziki) and garlic prawns - both were so delightful, even cacik which is a very simple meze was clearly made with a lot of attention to detail you just don't find in 99% of places. For example, the crispiness of the cucumber, the texture of the yogurt, perhaps there was olive oil to smooth it further, plus some other tastes where maybe the main vegetable wasn't just cucumber - whatever it was, was really tasty. So even the most basic of dishes was made in a unique way which made us fall in love with the dish all over again. Then onto the mains. I had the lamb iskender, and my wife had the mixed grill. Both were top quality. I loved the iskender so much that I want to go back again soon to have it again. The kofte meat within the iskender was not overly salty like in most other places and it was not overly rubbed in with herbs, allowing you to enjoy the purity of the meat which was clearly sourced from a good quality farm. A quality kebab is one where the meat and other ingredients should compliment each other, but sadly it's often the other ingredients being used to cover up average or poor quality meat. Finally, for dessert we had the fresh baklava made on site, it was a fitting end to a perfect evening. Loved going here a lot and will be returning again soon. Finally, thank you to Carolin, Alara, Mustafa, and Ali Eren - all of them are so very charming, warm people and excellent hosts who you can tell make everyone feel really welcome.

The atmosphere was so warm and peaceful. I like the view, wine and foods a lot. Can be perfect for a romantic night or girls night in this kind of restaurant with all mezes and drinks. Moreover, workers were extremely kind and positive. I am glad for this experience.
