I would like to recognize the manager and staff for the great welcoming behavior and giving my son an amazing experience. They actually gave my son during our second visit a small gift which meant a lot to him. Great atmosphere and very nice welcoming folks👍👏🏻

The food is excellent, I actually had it a second time. There is still a choice even though we arrived at 1 p.m., which is rare for a café... the service is just as sumptuous, the staff is warm, welcoming and fun. The food is HALAL which makes it a pleasure to choose. Come on!

Amazing little bakery!! Was 💯 “Love At First Bite”! Everything was SO delicious and Fresh- You can Taste the freshness of the bread and ingredients in Every single bite! I came into here on one of the coldest morning to buy a coffee and a cake. The staff were brilliant and the level of service made my morning for me. However there was one person called Dona who stood out. Her service was impeccable and she made me feel so welcome into the cafe. I will most definitely be back to see Dona and the rest of the staff. The coffee was amazing also!

Kazi, especially, went out of his way to make my colleague and me feel welcome, which made it such a lovely break after work. Their thoughtful and attentive service really stood out, and it was the perfect way to unwind. Thank you for making our visit so enjoyable!

The café is beautifully decorated with pink, girly vibes—perfect for hanging out with friends. The sandwiches and pastries are fantastic, offering a unique vibe and a great atmosphere. However, it is a bit small and tends to get overcrowded.

I had the pleasure of visiting the EL&N store recently, and I must say, Kazi’s service was absolutely fabulous. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a warm smile and ensured I felt comfortable throughout my visit. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. It’s not every day you come across someone who genuinely cares about providing such an outstanding experience. Kazi truly made my visit memorable, and I’ll definitely be coming back again!

I eat lunch here often as I work close by, Kazi, Nadim and Sidrah serve me and they are all great ! 10/10

Dona and Anie was very nice, helpful and friendly.

Not everyone is wealthy, I ordered via Too Good To Go app, and I really wasn't expecting just cakes. I would never go there again. Staff don't even smile or say boo to you. You can see by the review responses from EL&N they don't care. Same old, send email, etc, etc, when they should be offering refunds to dissatisfied customers.

I just arrived in the country and this is my first stop. Dona, Nadia and Tamim were very welcoming and it was refreshing to have a friendly conversation after such a long trip. The matcha rose latte is also very cute and the matcha isn’t watered down like a lot of places tend to make them so that’s definitely a plus!!

I want to give a big shoutout to Dona in particular for being great, also Rana, and Sai at EL&N St Pancras for always making my day with the best coffee and exceptional service! Whether I’m heading to or from work, they consistently deliver not just great coffee but also warm smiles and wonderful energy. Thank you for being so amazing—you truly brighten my commute every day! Highly recommend visiting them if you’re in the area.

Dish not fresh, expensive not good, disappointment

Hadn’t booked but only a 10 mins wait in a busy early evening in December. Friendly welcoming staff and quick service. The Lemon tea was very good. Menu option good for us all : including vegan daughter (the tofu rice bowl Was wow ) and fussy son who loved the chicken soy balls. Problem was that too many things to try so will go back again :-) cost about £20 per head with main course and non alcoholic drink.

We had a wonderful meal here, with delicious food and exceptional service from Lee. The food and drinks were great, and we love the venue and location. We visited from Scotland this time last year and hope to be back again!

The chocolate and orange bun looked so delicious and flaky... But looks were deceiving. It was dreadful. It was hard, sickly sweet and inedible. I gave up after 2 bites. There was so much sugar on it that it actually formed a crust. The pistachio Spanish latte tasted just as bad. No idea what's a Spanish latte or how it's different to a normal latte, so I gave it a try. I could only tolerate 5 sips. Again it was sickly sweet, and there was no taste of pistachio. That's £10 wasted. Wish I went somewhere else to wait for my train...

This is our second time purchasing a Too Good To Go bag from this café. Unfortunately, our first experience was very disappointing, but we decided to give it a second chance, hoping for an improvement. However, the second attempt turned out to be even worse. As shown in the attached photos, the cakes we received supposedly amount to £21 in value. However, two of them appear to be little more than food waste. We couldn't even identify what they were meant to be. The café's listing on the app describes the offering as "three premium luxury cakes" worth £21, but the reality was far from what is advertised. The actual contents had no resemblance to the description provided in the app. We are deeply disappointed with the quality and composition of the items received. Photos are attached to illustrate our concerns.

Whenever I pass through St Pancras, a visit to Elan Café is a must! I'm often served by Dona, who is consistently polite, warm, and attentive. She truly goes above and beyond, and Elan is fortunate to have someone like her. Her exceptional service always adds a special touch to my journeys. Highly recommend!

A quick stop while waiting for my train. I ordered a Sebastian cheesecake and it didn’t disappoint. Creamy and delicious! Not so sweat and just a prefect consistency!

Muy, muy mala comida. Todo sabía igual. El entrante de cangrejo Softshell costaba 16 libras por cuatro trozos de carne de cangrejo enlatada, frita. Los Mandu (gyoza) de cerdo estaban rellenos de comida para gatos, estoy seguro. Y evita el bap de japtang de marisco, pero no lo hagas. Pedimos, el camarero nos dijo que necesitábamos otro principal, ya que teníamos varios entrantes, pero solo uno (éramos tres) - pero toda la comida llegó a la vez, así que no hizo ninguna diferencia, y luego tuvimos demasiado - que, por supuesto, cuesta más. Solo tuvimos la mesa durante 90 minutos -que no paraban de recordarnos- pero luego nos ofrecieron desierto cuando solo nos quedaban 15 minutos. Y no podía escuchar una palabra de lo que alguien decía (estoy en mis 40, normalmente no soy sordo) debido al ruido. Realmente no es bueno.

Underwhelming yet expensive coffee and food. Someone was complaining that their pastry was hard and stale as I waited for my £5.45 coffee, the one I bought didn't seem fresh either. Avoid.

Definitivamente listo para arrear en tantos como puedan más que atender a la etiqueta básica del restaurante. Sentado al final de una gran mesa ya se sientan otros 4. Vale, no es lo ideal, pero vamos con ello. Mientras lee el menú, la puerta está abierta de par en par, y mi esposa tiembla. Pedimos y nos trasladan debidamente a otra mesa con otra pareja ya comiendo. Sill la puerta abierta está fría y mi esposa tuvo que envolver una pashmina alrededor de sus hombros, la señora en nuestra mesa finalmente se puso su abrigo de nuevo. Llegó la comida y como dice el dicho, se oye con los ojos, lo cual es bueno que al menos comieron abundantemente. La calidad de la comida era abrumadora en el mejor de los casos. Carne de res masticable y grasa, cortada en trozos demasiado grandes para comer educadamente cuando solo se suministra con palillos y una cuchara. El resto de la comida era mediocre, ni un plato nos dejó boquiabiertos. El precio era el esperado, pero caro por lo que comimos y la calidad. Ciertamente no se apresurará a regresar pronto.

Stale bread in sandwiches in a place where competition is so high is a no. Average coffee. Do not recommend. Go to Joe & The Juice straight across. At least they can toast.

My daughter brought me back two cakes after a recent visit to London. I have coeliacs so I have to be strictly gluten free. These two cakes were the best I have ever tasted. The pistachio slice was so good I couldn’t believe it was GF. It was absolutely amazing, as was the macaroon. 😋

I love the pistachio cake here but it's outrageously expensive. The operational model of the shop is totally ridiculous too: choose what you want (poorly and tinily labelled), order at the till then someone will take an absolute age to put it in a stupidly oversized box 6 times the size it needs to be, and saunter over incredibly slowly to hand it over at a different counter. The shop is generally blocked by confused customers trying to work out where they're supposed to be. Doesn't seem to matter whether the shop is busy or not, it always takes ages and the staff are seemingly unaware of the concept of customer service/engaging on a human level. Sort of relieved to see other reviews saying the same, so it's not just me. You're at a train station, the service needs to be much slicker.

Pleasant and patient staff because we do not speak English. Accepts cash for those who have changed money before leaving. The Nutella milk is so good. On the other hand, a little expensive for what it is.

Ice cream machine did not work Did not let us return spicey chicken Fire alarm went off during food and we had to leave We were charged twice for our food and the manager said this would be sorted and to stay for 10 minutes and she would return. 30 minutes went by and we have asked 3 different members of staff for the manager and she still had not returned. We then went to get a 4th member of staff after an extra 5 minutes who told us we would get our money back tomorrow instead and that they would call us. The service at this restaurant and bad and there is a lack of communication between the workers. We are very unhappy with our service and it ruined our evening due to the amount of money we were charged extra and how long it took for workers to even explain what was going on. Would not recommend this restaurant because the despite the food being decent the rest of the service was at bad standard.

We had booked a table at the main restaurant for my husband's birthday. After a 15 min wait we were taken downstairs to the barbecue area. There was a long queue of people who had reservations so the place was clearly overbooked and they were rushing those who were having a meal. The service was mildly put appalling. We kept on pressing the button but no one showed up - we didn't even get the chance to order a second drink and ask for more water. We had asked for a fork for my daughter's dish - it never came. We gave up, no desserts, and within 45 minutes after we had sat down we left promising ourselves never to go back. The food is good but it is not worth the price of the total lack of ambience and service - as well as the price, literally. We paid 175 pounds for a horrible experience.

Ignore the naysayers fabulous food, quick service in gorgeous surroundings. Had some lovely Bibimbap here will definitely return.

Saffron de lecha milk cake was amazing

The customer service I received was very disappointing, and the Americano I had didn't resemble the taste of coffee at all.

Really enjoyed it. We did wait a little while to be served, but once we were, the staff were really lovely and helpful and the food came out really fast. I had the Kimchi Jjigae, the cucumber salad and the matcha crepe cake. My mum had a seafood japtang bap, avocado salad and creme brulee. I also had the green breeze mocktail to drink. All the food was really delicious and tasted fresh. The cucumber salad was my favourite, very crunchy, cold but spicy and sweet. Really good. My mum was also thrilled with her food. Definitely not cheap, but we did think it was pretty standard for London to be honest. Not too crazy. I liked the decor a lot and even the high bar stools we had to sit on were very comfortable ! I usually hate sitting on them, but these were great. Really highly recommend, I'm surprised at the negative reviews here, but I'd say it's worth it ! I really want to go back.

Really amazing, my daughter loved the decor so we came to eat here. We ordered the Tuna & Avocado Supreme Croissant Melt and it was fantastic. The staff were amazing, the girl that was packing the food even boxed it up for us as we had it toasted and she didn't want it to get soggy. Really amazing, will definitely go again next time we are in the area.

Stopped in on our way to Camden Market, service and food was amazing. So good in fact we stopped on our way home for some cake too!! I recently had, possibly, the best Hot Chocolate ever experienced! Served by Dona at St. Pancras. The food, drinks, service and atmosphere overall is brilliant and very positive. The food was really tasty! I would give it 5 stars purely for taste however it is incredibly expensive. I had one of the best tuna bagels i've had, but £7?! There isnt much thats cheaper in london but lots that is bigger for the same. But, the cafe is really pretty and the staff are nice. The food looks really good and tastes good. But would be a million times better for atleast a pound less

This place was so cute and the pistachio latte was incredible. I’ve had a lot of pistachio lattes and this was up there. They put the perfect amount of pistachio syrup, perfect amount of sweetness. They have a ton of pastries as well. It’s right in St Pancras station and right next to GRIND coffee.

The service was matter of fact. It seemed liked they wanted to hurry to make a sale. Some of the staff's command of English was challenging. The bagels had a slither of salmon and cream cheese. Whilst the cakes look big, they were very sweet. However, what you see see as a big slice of cake in the window is a slither in the box. Definitely a rip off. The flavour of the pistachio cake and red velvet cake was nice, but so sweet so as to cause a potential sugar coma. I would not recommend them on price and service.

Looks great from the outside however bought 2 salmon bagels and 1 salmon croissant, £7.50 each! For that price, I would expect something good. It was dry, I got them heated which is basically microwaved. Terrible service and it wasn’t even busy. Not worth it, better go to Pret or M&S.

My daughter loves going here before catching her train back to Scotland and our experience is usually excellent but I have to leave a one star review today to to highlight a big issue. She ordered a “Spanish Bubble Tea” which looked lovely but she took one mouthful and said “This is coffee”. I took it back and asked why they had served a coffee rather than tea. The staff informed me that the “Spanish Bubble Tea” was actually a latte with Boba and that the Boba made it Tea. Despite explaining to them that Tea and Coffee were completely different beverages they still stood by their belief that it was ok to call this tea. No amount of Tapioca is going to change coffee into Tea. It is extremely irresponsible to serve coffee and advertise it as tea. Children drink tea in this country, they should not drink coffee. I checked the advertising on the store and nowhere could I see it stated that this was coffee and not tea. This needs to be changed and we will not be going to EL&N again until it is fixed. You’d think lessons had been learned from the recent Costa incident but clearly not.
