8 months ago I reviewed this takeaway after having our first delivery from them & had a slight complaint about too many carrots in the food, the management got back to me and asked me to request no carrots in my next order, well we’ve just had it & all I can say is I’m sorry for not posting a picture, excellent service from the lady on the phone & totally fantastic food, we won’t leave it as long again.

Very nice food really enjoyed our meal , good portions, hot and fast delivery,will definitely be ordering again ,This was our first time trying here

order was late by well over 30mins - food was standard nothing special - forgot the bottle of drink and was given money as a refund by the driver after they contacted kings house and they were asked if they could speak with me the customer and ask if I would be fine with not having a drink and they will sort it out on a next order... ( I WON'T BE ORDERING AGAIN )

the chicken balls let it down but other than that it was really nice, good quantity and quality, very enjoyable. Would order again

delivery is a joke Waited 2 hours for with ringing up and kept saying won't be long. really unhappy with waiting.

no update to advise it was going to even after I call the time given was still incorrect, arrived 15 minutes later than advised.

Good food but sauces cooked in a different style to usual Chinese takeaways thin but tasty as opposed to thick and tasty sauce. But very good quality food if not a little expensive

Been coming here for the bast few months for a quick takeaway and they're the friendliest people! Superb quality food with huge portions for the price & speedy service. Their lemon chicken is amazing!

Everything amazing. Crispy shredded beef is perfectly crispy and not soggy, and still manages to have a great amount of sauce, not many places get that spot on! Order came so fast literally within 15 min. A new fav place!

Still not been delivered yet ridiculous nearly 2 hours after ordering !!

took ages to be delivered even had to call the takeaway to chase and to be told it will be another 20 - 30 mins as still not ready after an hour... food was lovely and great quality but not sure if it was worth the wait time

Nice enough but very sweet curry and spring rolls which was rather odd, nothing wrong with the food as such but we weren’t too taken with the sweetness.

this is the first time we have ordered, it was piping hot and delicious. I would highly recommend. and will be ordering again.

As we opened the container of rice we could smell burnt food this was in both sets of egg fried rice then opening the Beef chow mein we was met with a horrendous smell of burnt food, totally inedible what a waste. How can you send that out knowing it was burnt? Will NEVER be ordering from here again!

Best takeaway under the “Chinese” heading by far. Always on time, always piping hot, portions are very big and the food quality is just perfect.

We got only 10 prawn crackers for £2.80 don't think it's worth that. The noodles and rice was bland, chips was hard

The delivery was late but stated delivered and as soon as we chased the delivery time was pushed back 10 mins . Nearly 2 hrs for a delivery on a Tuesday night isn’t good enough. The quality of the food / chicken was also a long way off the usual standard

I’ve order from these a few times now and have never been disappointed- it’s a bit far from where I live but they always deliver on time , food pipping hot and delicious - 10/10

The Chow Mein was cooked in burnt oil, we threw it away because it was disgusting. Complete waste of money not buying from here ever again

Not the best, not the worst. 7/10. Ordered at 19:40 and it got delivered at 21:00, longish wait but it is a Friday so expected to wait longer. The sweet and sour chicken was a huge portion, lots of chicken unlike other places however it lacked in taste. Prawn toast was good and again a big portion size. Prawn crackers are yummy. Fortune cookies are always a nice touch and the delivery driver was nice. It filled the spot, however, im still on the hunt for a chinese

Food never arrived, called restaurant told 10 minutes, 30 minutes later still no food and restaurant stopped answering the phone, had to order from somewhere else. Don’t waste your time.

All red hot and perfectly cooked, everything was delicious and so well made. 100% recommend buying here for Chinese food

Completely wrong order delivered, called takeaway, complained, they advised would be delivered within 10mins, never appeared. £32 it cost me, had to order from another takaway. You can see from my account i ordered another takeaway, so could you please refund my original order of £32. I use just eat a lot, please refund me for this genuine loss of money and inconvenience. Got to admit I read some of the reviews and it didn't sound promising. But most of my local Chinese takeaways where shut this certain day I had Salt and pepper chicken Salt and pepper chips Shreddard Chicken fried rice Beef in black bean sauce The food was delivered in 30 mins. It was piping hot and absolutely delicious. I will be definitely ordering again

Ordered online to collect, ready in 20 minutes. Food piping hot. The spicy smokes chicken starter was lovely and very tasty Chicken Tom Yum soup, packed full of chicken. My son loved the Egg Fried Rice too. Will definately be back.

It was ok... I probably wouldn't order again unless I really fancied Chinese and there wasn't another option. The food was just ok, your basic Chinese I guess. Definitely not the best but I ate it. It was also really late but turned up hot so they must have just been busy.

Ordered at 19:05 on a 35-55mins ETA. Delivery at 21:10, 1hr5mins-1hr30mins late. Chased twice. First time to be told it would be 25-30mins (at 20:05). I requested a partial refund for AT LEAST the delivery fee to be returned to which the lady on the phone said “yes bye” (very rude) and hung up without confirming how much I would receive. On delivery the driver knew nothing about it and no refund via Just Eat yet. Free can and spring rolls unwanted, I’d like a partial refund as requested.

Salt and pepper chips tasted like card board, no prawn crackers, just to top it off £4.50 for a bottle of coke that was 5 months out of date, worst Chinese I’ve ever had

Ordered food at 10.15 they said sumbody came to house and knocked on door. Both me a wife have been in house waiting for this to come. When we got message saying we missed driver we called. They then said we would redelivery my food. As they said would deliver. We called again and they said sorry we have no driver available as we sent home. This was 30 mins later no call no nothing. I wouldn't recommend them.

The food did arrive late but it was Saturday night and it was only 15 mins. The food was piping hot when it got to us though so no complaints there. First time ordering and we will definitely order again, the food was lovely Best Chinese we have had a for a long time.

Bland tom yum soup, very much watery.. ordered schezwan style stir fried chicken and received Kung pow chicken. It's not worth for the price they are charging

I had the meal for one, chicken and vegetables with rice and a spring roll. It was really good, especially the spring roll and there was plenty of it. Would recommend

really nice food but was sent regular chow mien instead of Singapore!

Not the same when it got took over chips are like cardboard dark brown saturated in dirty cooked oil .wouldn't recommend to others try somewhere else.

Meal was warm not hot understand with it being NY day. Food quality not as expected usually v tasty. Tofu was very hard and oily as if been refried. Probably won't order for a while now

Absolutely delicious, the chicken and sweetcorn soup is one of the best I’ve ever had, massive pieces of chicken and lots of egg in it 10/10, the beef and mushroom was also packed full of flavour and the sauce was delicious, couldn’t fault it 👏

chicken was slimy and had a strange sugary coating, curry was like a horrible very sweet indian korma and chips were a soggy mess.

1st time customer and after eating the food delivered, it definitely won't be our last! One of the best Chinese we've had for a long time, only thing I found wrong was the curry sauce was just too runny and a bit tasteless but still not enough to drop the score of the overall food. The ribs were some of the meatiest ribs I've ever seen from a takeaway and the and everything else apart from the curry sauce tasted absolutely delicious! Solid 9/10

Ordered to collect, was ready when I got there and I was greated by really friendly women with lovely smiles. Was wished Mery Christmas (a lovely touch) and the food was much better than my normal take away. I will be back for more the flavour was amazing.
