McDonald's in Doncaster

AVOID!! Live in Conisbrough so this should be our local McDonalds but we only ever go there as a last resort. The food quality is horrendous and hasn’t improved since they opened! You’re lucky to get the correct order and the food is usually cold and virtually inedible. We called a couple of days ago, I had the Festive crispy chicken burger - the bacon was cold and practically raw and the cheese was unmelted and ice cold. My husband had a chicken select meal which was slightly better. I am now suffering with an upset stomach so I’m wondering if it could be from my dreadful burger. I won’t be suggesting we go there again to eat as never enjoy their food sadly.

call to macdonalds deanby main for breakfast on the 1st of January had to wait 20 minutes for a breakfast wrap i did ask for a refund for my order but got ingore will not be going again service was shocking

Ordered a Mayo Chicken Plain Meal, medium fries, and a medium drink. It came about 20 mins later, and it was still warm. I don't care about the "slow service." I care about the food and the workers' dedication to make meals EVERY DAY (Execpt when they're closed, obviously). I do not care if I have to wait an hour to get my food, and it is rock solid or cold.

I hate this McDonald’s so much always forgetting somthing every single time get better at your job I was so so hungry and I was looking forward my my burger it’s not that hard to put it in the bag and it’s not the first time I’m absolutely fuming. Do better

Absolutely terrible place, called on Sat 14th for a take out via drive through, only wanted a big mac , quater pounder with cheese fries with a couple of pots of bbq sauce. Told to wait for order in carpark , 15 mins later guy brought my order out ( so much for fast food) ok I thought at least it will be freshly cooked . I took it home 3mins away. No bbq sauce , chips were cold and like rubber, burgers were cold , flat and soggy , totally inedible the lot went in the bin ,what a waste of £15. This place needs closing down.

Ordered at the window and were asked to wait at the second window. A very basic order of a quarter pounder and a children’s meal only. Almost 15 minutes and no one came. I had to oak in the car park and get my child out to go in and ask for out order. Just shoddy and poor service. Huge amounts of Just Eat orders may be the reason!!!!! We won’t visit there again.

Worst McDonald ever . Have to wait 1 hour for delivery. Then the manager comes out saying I don’t know where these orders are you can wait another hour or leave . They should either run it effectively or close it down .

I ordered burgers from this McDonald’s, but they look so bad I wouldn’t even dare to give them to a dog. They’re squashed, like someone deliberately pressed them down out of spite, as if they had to make them as unappetizing as possible. Honestly, they look like a complete mess—just one big, unappetizing pile.

Got a double sausage and egg mcmuffin this morning and it'll be the last time i go. Been a couple of times now as it's local to me but the food always seems to have a funny aftertaste. This time though I've had a dodgy stomach all day since having it! Never again !

Chips stone cold and over done . Chicken nuggets cold and box it came in was dirty with old dried food stuck to side . Burger needed instruction to build yourself .

Went to the drive through. Our meal wasn't ready so we had to park up. A group of delivery drivers were waiting outside. A little intimidated as one gent lent on my car then spat on it... As the gents were shouting at each other (not in English) I just wanted to leave. A very pleasant young lady brought out our food but my burger was hardly assembled and my son got 17 nuggets. It costs a lot so 15 percent off seems a rip off. Didn't want to go and complain as the just eat drivers outside were quite intimidating... Won't be going again.

Had to repeat my order 5 times and still got it wrong. Phoned to complain as I was out of pocket the woman was rude and said only thing I can do is go back (15 minutes drive) to only give me the missing items and not replace my full order that will be cold. I WILL NEVER USE THIS RESTAURANT AGAIN THE MANAGER SHOULD BE SACKED.

I have ordered from these on more than one occasion, I used Uber eats to have it delivered, Uber eats are polite and on time. How ever the last order I got yesterday, the chips were stone cold and they missed a burger off of my order %100 the McDonald's fault what is happening to receive such poor service from a McDonald's. Again Uber eats driver was on time. Absolutely no apology or even a solution. Very disappointed won't be using them again

Wow! This was the 2nd time I had been to this McDonald's as its close to football with my boys. 1st time was slow, the app wouldn't work in store, my order took over 20 minutes, my order was wrong when I collected it. I put it down as a one off. Following Saturday same things. App wouldn't work, 25 minutes for my order, when she I collected it.... but I paid a bit more attention to my surroundings. I counted 12 complaints while I was waiting. Missing food, cold food, app not working. 2 separate people had come in from their cars, they had been told to wait in a bay and had been there nearly 1/2 hour! There where lots of customers shaking their heads and all the staff had miserable expressions. It was an absolute show of chaos! Prime position with a lot of passing trade, it seriously needs new management! We won't be going back 100% certain of that. Fast food it was not!

Ordered at 4.45 an it still hasn’t arrived even though it’s coming up with delivered on the app my husband is diabetic as well so we’re not happy I have spoken to the macdonlds An they haven’t even got the order it is now 7.55 an the app is saying delivered at 8.30

I swear on my life this place is utter dogsh1t. MULTIPLE times they have forgotten parts of our meal. On may, we went through the drive through for the first time. I kid you not, there was about 3 rats playing outisde, I would not be surprised if there was 3 more inside of the kitchen (I even have videos, which i unfortunately cant put on here for some reason,,). 80% of the time we have ordered, there has been mistakes with our food, such as putting things on the burger that have been edited off, wrong drinks, burger instead of nuggets, etc etc. Another time we went inside, there was nobody else there (except for staff ofc) and it literally took an hour just to get our food, i genuinely cant fathom how every staff inside of a restaurant can be this bad at their jobs. The occasional time i'm actually able to eat my food, it is always cold, and at its hottest, lukewarm.

I’m diabetic. I ordered a black coffee (no carbs) got to work and found it was a toffee latte (25g carbs) so undrinkable by me. Food was cold, even though I was asked to park up for my order and shouldn’t have been as I ate it in the car park! Wish I’d thought to check the coffee then

Much Improved I have been visiting 4-6 times weekly since August 11th and there has definitely been positive improvements. The Food mind you had always been perfect for me but I'm a fussy plain only so mines always fresh. Service has come on leaps and bounds I'm well impressed definitely one of the best McDonald's around I was at Bentley and that was nice too. So we'll done guys! It is diabolical. Delivery and instore. May as well shut this place down wait over a hour for delivery first delivery order and food stone cold and instore you wait for about 40minutes to a hour for food. A couple week back was waiting half a hour for 2 ice creams and 2 drinks. The driver waited at store for 40 minutes so waiting for staff. If you need more staff hire then cause it’s shcoking. I work in fast food in Rotherham and never this bad even when we’re understaffed. They’re not that busy.

Slow service waiting 20 mins for our food, not even busy so no reason. They didn't even apologise for our wait for give a reason and it's not the 1st time we have had this kind of service from them at the Deneby McDonald's.

Took ages to arrive and when it came it was clock cold. Chips were as hard as nails as if they’d been over cooked then thrown back in for a second time. Milk shake melted. No sauces as ordered and mozzarella sticks were awful. Not the drivers fault.

Delivery time kept changing and came an hour after it was first meant to turn up. Apparently took them 30 mins to make a wrap meal and a McCrispy with the driver waiting even longer. They also forgot one of our drinks and the food was cold when it turned up leaving me to think it had been forgotten or left sitting!

Yet again you got our order all wrong, got home open the bag none of the burgers we ordered and paid for were there and shocker no sauces, on our way back now to rectify

This is unfortunately the nearest McDonald’s to me and they never get your order correct. On today’s occasion we were getting two burger meals and a selects meal to take out. We get all the way home and the burgers are missing. Drive back and tell and show what we got, didn’t get an apology just walks off. We wait around a while and get told it’s getting re-maid. Someone arrives with our order. I checked it and it’s missing the selects. Which we had originally so 3 x they messed up and really it’s 4x when we got home we realised there were no dips…absolute joke.. no apology at all… PEOPLE ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE. If you wait over 10 minutes complain. If you can go anywhere else do that instead

We’ve been sat waiting for our order for over an hour. When it eventually came our food is freezing and the chips tasted stale from being cold due to this the food went straight in the bin, I’m not surprised as the driver openly admitted that it had been in their car for over an hour. I am highly disappointed and would like a refund as the food couldn’t even be consumed

Waited 20 mins for meal to arrive at our table. Food was cold, hot drinks were tepid. Staff replaced the burger sent back. I ate mine I'd waited too long to let it go! Also replaced cold coffees. We got the impression that our order had been left standing quite a while before being delivered to our table. Lots of food delivery drivers getting served though. Will not be going here again.

Hot, on time and a lovely driver.

Absolute joke of a place and joke of a manager. Waited in the left hand lane of the drive thru for ages only for loads of cars in the right lane to get served. So drove round in the hope of speaking to someone, nobody on the till . Drove to next window and told them the issue, was told the headset for that lane was turned off and can I go back round the drive thu and queue again . Told them I'm not queuing so then the manager comes and was equally unhelpful , so left with nothing. Worse McDonald's I've ever been to, won't be returning
