Lock & Quay in Thurrock

Took quite a long time to take order on drive through, and then to pay, and again to collect order. I had to wait in parking bay to recieve my order, not a problem.... but to wait nearly 30 minutes is a little too long for "fast food" considering delivery drivers were in and out constantly. Is this the main focus for this branch now? Also, the server didn't bring my drink with order, and I had to prove that I wasn't given it at the collection window before the server agreed to bring it to me!!!!

Really helpful and friendly manager, I've been to so many McDonald's recently and this has to be the nicest manager ever. Thank you for all your help 🙏💚

Not great. Chow Mein had no flavour and the Chicken in the Kung Po chicken was very poor quality. The whole thing reminded me of being home cooked and not cooked by professionals. Shame really.

Went to the pizza hut in Thurrock that says its open till 9pm and there big white sheet over it, I think it's closed down, pizza hut please update the information online.

Just avoid it. They gave the wrong change when I paid for my food and when I questioned it they smirked as if I was being petty. Obviously trying the just keep the change. The food took absolutely ages. Took 30 minutes to cook a single grilled wrap when I was quoted 8 minutes! And on top of that I had an upset stomach about 2 hours after eating so I would definitely question the hygiene. The seating area is also terrible.
