Food turned up 55 minutes late, so that was 1hr 55 mins from ordering and was cold when it turned up, I'd lost my appetite by this time, called them and asked for a refund but they refused unless I returned the food, yeah come and collect the rotten food but refund me first please.

Never got my order called 3 time each time said on way asked for a refund not got it will be down to the shop tonight for my money

Horrible food, they’re serving raw noodle's in dish , wonton soup looks foggy and the filling kinda pink inside, smells really bad, definitely not fresh. Satay chicken is more satay soup with chicken. You need to get some knowledge about satay chicken this definitely not.

If there was a minus it would've been added. Second time iv ordered from them and I promise it will be the last. Over 2 hours for food which is ba ng average. Enjoy the £ it's your last

Would give zero if I could, food was terrible and two hours on a Tuesday night is shocking. No contact from restaurant and having to chase them. Utterly ridiculous avoid them completely.

Clowns, should be in a circus. We ordered food and they delivered it to some random address, they then wanted us to pay for there mistake. Seeing there delivered food reviews maybe we were lucky but how are they still trading?

We were looking for a take away on way back to holiday let when we saw this one. The member of staff was so helpful as I was getting the order mixed up due to the amount. Served really quick and food was delicious.

We have had two orders now that have been 1.5 hours later than expected. Most recent order didn't have the accompanying sauce ordered. My husband had to make it! Lesson learned, we will definitely not order from them again, getting a takeaway is supposed to be a treat, not a hassle!!

Saturday nite lost count on how many times we tried to fone!!!!.. salt n pepper prawns, chicken balls with curry sauce to start so tasty... chicken satay, sauce was just like water very tasteless, special curry was tasty but didn't enjoy the meat in any of our mains... soft noodles tasteless, most of dinner went in the bin, felt is was a waste of money didn't enjoy at...... (£34).. very very disappointing.

Food arrived 45 minutes late and was cold. No response or texts back from the restaurant. There was no explanation for why the food was late, no apology, and nothing was offered for making us wait this long for our food to arrive. Once we opened the food, we discovered there was a bit of hair in it and we had to throw it away. Wouldn’t recommend this restaurant.

Ordered on Thursday, not ordering again. Been spewing and sore throat since Thursday and it won’t stop. Food poisoning or something, needs checked out. Do better.

Can be hit or miss...normally hit but when asked about gluten free option you'd think I was a Martian the way they looked at me!

Placed a telephone order was told it would be 1hr wait which is not a problem after 90 minutes nothing had showed up at my door. Phoned back to see what the problem was and was told the order had been mucked up and had not been put through at all. To say I was angry would be an understatement. They wanted my order again however I told them to forget it and went elsewhere. They lost out on the best part of £24 of business.

Delivery an hour overdue and still waiting despite calling Magic Wok and being promised it would arrive in 10 mins - that was 20 mins ago

Food order was supposed to be delivered by 7:35pm never received until 8:50pm. Food was cold. When i tried calling the restaurant they told me they were understaffed with delivery drivers but i though Just Eat were the delivery drivers. All they needed to do was cook and package the food. I will not be using again! Its a shame as heard the food was good. Very disappointing and not a great service when I finally managed to get through to them as nobody answered the phone. I would Avoid!!!!!

Absolutely appalling called there at 6.30pm food still not arrived had to cancel at 8.45

Gave me the wrong dish and then said they can’t do anything to rectify this as their delivery drivers are out. Really disappointing. Ain’t ordering from there again. Shocking.. explained I don’t eat beef or pork but Nevermind.

Ordered a few times now and every time has been nearly 2 hours wait!

Used this Chinese often with no issues until last week. Order placed via just eat. Received text message to say the order was on its way. 40 minutes after that I called as no order delivered. He told me the driver attempted delivery which was untrue. He would get a new order out to me in 20-25 minutes. However 10 minutes later the original order arrived. It was stone cold. The prawn cracker bag was soaking and the bag with the chips fell apart as also wet. The order went in the bin. No new order ever arrived. Left a review via just eat and now my address is blocked from magic wok. Just Eat were just as bad and only gave £4.13 as per thier cold food policy even though the whole lot went in the bin.

The order was delivered very late and I had to call them many times. It took around 1.5 hours to deliver. I wouldn’t order again.

Order has taken 2 hours so far and still waiting. I don’t mind waiting 2 hours but have the decency to tell me that at the point of booking so I can choose. I was told 45-60 mins. I will eating my dinner at 10pm tonight and that’s not good enough. Very very poor

They don't read instructions well and as a consequence they ruin someone's dinner. They don't answer the phone. Never buy the sirloin steak, it isn't. Full of gristle and cooked to death.

Placed my order at 6pm, had no food by 7.45pm. Phoned 57 times with no reply, managed to get them on the phone and I was told that the manager had switched off the phone, our food wasn't even made by that time. No apology given for our late delivery, food arrived after 8pm. Food wasn't as good as normal, as it tased funny. Don't think I will be using Magic Wok.

Tried a good few takeaways in dunfermline over the last year and this has been the nicest one yet. Chicken chow mein, salt and chilli crispy beef, prawn toast and curry sauce. All of it cooked really well. Prawn toast was really nice. Curry sauce surprisingly good. Not though much of other chinese takeaways but this will be new go to when fancy chinese food. Apparently old chef is back and it shows 👍🏻

Regularly order from this takeaway when in Dunfermline and have only ever had one disappointing meal and that was when the chef got a bit carried away with the fresh chillies in my black bean sauce! I had never had a black bean sauce that contained chillies so now I remember to ask for them not be included 😄 Food always arrives piping hot and the kids are very happy with their food too, especially the chicken and prawns in oyster sauce.

So I placed an order and they never gave full order then wen I phoned them they said they can't do anything and put the phone down on me they are the worst restaurant ever dont book with them had a few problems once had a hair in dinner then it was cold try booking somewhere else so u don't turn ill

Absolutely pathetic and hit with the usual “driver left a minute ago” excuse which is 40 mins and counting now the shop is closed with the staff being nothing but rude. Avoid this sheer and utter bunch of con artists

Ordered 1 of the mystery boxes for £12 it consisted off chicken nuggets,pop corn chicken, mini spring rolls ( witch tasted just of batter hardly any filling ?) 3 chicken balls v small rice and chips. Wasnt happy with this so phoned the shop to say that for the price I paid for the box I didnt feel the food was acceptable to which I was told if I wasnt happy not to use them again vv poor customer service

Best in town, & my regular, I go past others to get to this one. Never had any issues that we're not solved with a smile.

Can't rate the food well at all, was overcooked and dry.. Was maybe not their usual standard but I won't be trying again And not even offered replacements when we phoned.

Order takeaway tonight. It was the worst chicken fried rice I’ve ever tasted. Phoned to feed back, girl who answered call not interested at all. Will never order again. Would recommend that you avoid this Chinese

Sad to say this place used to be my go to place. Tonight’s order changed that. Over inflated price hikes, smaller and changed recipes and the food is nothing like it used to be. Really disappointing.

Woule leave a 0 star as ordered and said would receive the next day so phoned and they told us no More than half an hour! Did not receive order, phoned over 20 times to no answer and no order, despicable! Will not b eusig again! Still awaiting refund as can't get hold!

Come here very regularly and have no complaints. Always go there have never had a delivery so cannot comment on this.

I use this takeaway regularly for home delivery or pick up. The service is great I have built up a lovely relationship with the owner as should be. She is fantastic and always makes me laugh. What is life without a laugh. Anyway the food has never failed to let me down. My current favourite dish is mixed meat satay. Give it a go its excellent. Thank you for all the amazing meals you have made me. Keep up the good work you are five star in my book.

Salt and pepper chips are amazing..

Just had a delivery. Food was absolutely disgusting. Crispy duck was dry and brick hard. Ribs were just fatty. Curry and chicken dishes tasteless, and order was incomplete. Very unhelpful when i called to be told that its all a matter of taste. Avoid at all costs.

When our food arrived half the order was missing, we called them back & 20 minutes later the rest arrived our beef satay was definitely not beef it was chicken & had a black hair in it. Not impressed by this place at all

Ordered food, after 10 minutes trying to give a simple order. For delivery being asked after 2 hours got told the restaurant was busy , it’s a takeaway. Phoned to see where it was. some small hot girl told me whatever i do not to order food from here, i thought at first she was having me on so i ordered my usual meal just a large munchie box with four sides of chips. I ordered it at 18:35 and my meal had still not arrived by 22:00 i feel utterly scammed and demanded my money back! the gorgeous girl was right so if this has thought you anything listen to pretty people!

Took chicken curry and chips very good sized portion let down by the onions atad undercooked and skimpy on the curry sauce making it too dry . more interested in just eat orders for delivery obviously.

Ordered a meal for the family and was told it would take an hour delivery.i was still waiting 2 and a half hours later with no excuse from the restaurant when I called. Family had to leave before the meal arrived.

What’s happened to this takeaway? This has always been the best one in town. However I ordered from Just Eat and it was 100% different. The chicken balls were a lot smaller, all the food tasted reheated and incredibly chewy. It’s highly bizarre that such a great takeaway I’ve used for years has produced such bad food. Have they lost the chef? Have Just Eat actually used a different takeaway than stated ? It went from the best Chinese to the worst in one order. I used them for many, many years. Dried & chewy reheated food is not worth this cost. It’s very sad it’s gone downhill.

Apparently there is no grease here so they wouldn't refund on just eat. Absolutely disgusting.

Settled down after a hard weeks graft ,let’s order food ! Picked the magic wok and there’s nothing magic about it ! Curry sauce like diahorea and cubed chicken ! My other half had salt n pepper twigs from down the nearest park ! Absolutely rotten and wouldn’t order a can of coke from here !

Another fantastic meal from my favourite Chinese. I’ve tried a few in and around the dunfermline/Rosyth area but this is truly the best by far. food delivered before stated time and hot, excellent quality as always. If I had to ever had a niggle it’s that they do not do shu mai, a small oversight in an otherwise excellent menu but one I keep wishing they would correct for it’s the only thing missing from this high quality establishment. please do shu mai Magic Wok, I promise you won’t regret it 😀

Food arrived over 30 minutes late despite being alerted that it would arrive on time. Phoned the restaraunt and all they did was give a half hearted apology. very poor service. Considering they took an hour already to get the meal sorted, half an hour+ late is utterly inexcusable.

Good good delivery 20 mins late. Would have gone elsewhere if know it would be that late. I got a time I was happy with when I orders 5 mins even 10 I could accept but 20 isn’t very good particularly at a not so busy time. Would think again if ordering at a busier time like a Friday is Saturday evening.

We have ordered many times from here, but today half of our food was inedible. The chicken balls were like RUBBER.. Seriously, you couldn’t even chew them. the pancake rolls were disgusting and were crushed in the bag, so they were just a pile of goop. We were so excited about our takeaway tonight to be let down.

We got sweet and sour chicken, chicken curry and chicken chow mein today. The food was the just awful! The sweet and sour chicken was chicken pieces fried in batter which was so greasy and chicken over cooked. I took one bite and felt sick. My husband and our visitor agreed it was revoulting. The chow mein didnt taste fresh and chicken tasted old and chewey. I would give 0 stars if that was an option. The chow main was just cheap egg noodles with added sauce and chewy chicken. If you have tried chinease takeaway from any other reputable place you will never go back to this place.

an hour and a half to receive the wrong thing. when I called to say, they said they would send me a new one 45 minutes later. so the option was eat my rice plain or eat it with my satay but cold! all they offered me was £5 when I really wanted my money back but the person on the phone was really rude!!

ridiculous service!! waited over 2 hours on delivery when it came it was cold and chicken chow main was obviously left in the car for all that time. when I phoned to ask where it was they said it was on the way still waiting a further 45 minutes on the delivery then phoned again and the receptionist said the delivery driver was hit by a deer but when the delivery driver finally came to the door she didn’t know anything about being hit by a deer and said she had just left the shop with the food. appalling service I’ll never be back!!
