We ordered 2 breakfasts with 2 milky coffees, coffees arrived, barley warm, my husband took them back to the counter and asked if they could be reheated, they were reheated and brought back to us, on closer inspection of the cups we realised the cups were dirty, there was also a small red mark on the side if the cup, it looked like tomato! We decided to give the breakfasts a miss, just a little worried about the cleanliness of everything else, we walked out before our breakfast came, if your the owners, if you were wondering why we left without our breakfast this morning, now you know!

Visited after a heavy night drinking service was slow and confused ordered milky coffees which turned out to be just coffee with a splash of milk which didn't arrive until part way through the breakfast after asking for them again, both breakfasts were served on baking trays which was not the worst thing in the world but slightly unusual, 2 of the 3 staff seemed lovely and the food was slow to arrive but was piping hot apart from the toast I think that had been cooked on the radiator. All in all not the best we've had in Blackpool but certainly not the worst could do with a real good clean as well.

Absolutely disgusting language from the staff after we told them the breakfast wasn't quite acceptable to the point where she threatened violence in front of a cafe full of people. Not really the start to the day youd expect or really want to be honest on your jollies. Definitely will not be visiting again. If you want your holidays to be jolly I suggest maybe Jimmy's cafe around the corner no abuse there

This is a no frills typical British cafe but we were pleasantly surprised with our large breakfasts. They were lovely and huge! Served on baking trays! Two breakfasts, two teas and two soft drinks all for 14 pound. What a bargain.

Ham and cheese toastie. I think my photo says it all. Absolutely diabolical. I have had many a toasted sandwich in my time but never ever as bad as this. Not even toasted and virtually no filling. Tiniest amount of ham and no idea where the cheese was. Will not be eating here again

11 Common Edge Road, Blackpool FY4 5AX EnglandWe placed an order for delivery online and it didn’t arrive on time despite the app telling us it had already arrived? so another 10 minutes go by and my husband calls them for an update and all we got was an insincere apology and that “it should be on its way” after he told them that this is not okay. Our food arrived nearly 45 minutes late and the driver didn’t even apologise and to make things worse, the cake and hot custard was completely cold with a skin on it! And the “banoffee” crepe was made with chocolate sauce and flake for some reason when banoffee is short for Banana-Toffee and we were not informed of any changes. To add to the disappointment, I put in a request for a partial refund as we were not satisfied in the slightest and I had hoped that they could at least show us some decent customer service and empathise that this was completely their fault but alas, they denied our request and justified their service by saying that they were busy?! It was a weekday so I’d hate to see the quality of service on a Saturday night! Being busy is not an excuse for poor customer service. Such a shame because we love supporting local businesses and leaving positive reviews, but in this case the wait was not worth it, the apologies were not heart felt, and the order itself was not worth the money.

55-61 Albert Road, Blackpool FY1 4PW EnglandBeing generous with the 1⭐️ but can't give it a 0. AVOID like the plague £2.50 for a Luke warm half mug of coffee. Hubby's breakfast bap was stale and the bacon looked like it has been dried out before cooked. Nephew in laws bacon & egg bap had mould on it and I don't even want to go there with mine and my nieces. Seriously needs closing down health hazard.
