The most bland undercooked pizza I have ever been served. Poor quality ingredients used. Will not be back and will warn all my friends

Ordered om just eat 1 hour ago and food never arrived tried calling no answer so they got 20 quid for free won't be ordering from here again

We've ordered from this place quite a few times but won't be ordering anymore.the cheese sticks were burnt to a crisp they were literally solid and black and the garlic bread with cheese didn't arrive so I phoned them and the man who I spoke to said we will send one now and then 20 minutes later they phoned me quizzing me about a garlic bread and it never got delivered so everyone else as eaten and I'm sat there eating a couple of chips.never again

Ordered over the phone for delivery. Came early and was well made but 2 items were wrong. Phoned up and because the shop took one of the items down wrong they wouldn't replace for what we wanted. Replaced other item no worries. My advice is make sure you get them to read back what they've written to avoid mistakes.

I used to live in goldthorpe and I always ordered from the pizza palace from there. it is without doubt the best takeaway in that area. I ordered from the wombwell one as it's new thinking it would be the same. it's the complete opposite!!! probably the worst takeaway I've had, apart from a kebab I had about 20 years ago that gave me food poisoning, but as I've only just eaten my food from there who knows what tomorrow will bring. We ordered a pizza burger, pizza and calzone, that were all burnt and tasted horrible. Some of our order was missing and they had to come back with the remaining order. mistakes happen and it's good of them to come back out in under 15 minutes. however!!!!! the standard of food was terrible. The calzone had hardly any filling and burnt, the chips were soggy, onion rings were burnt and in the kids chicken nuggets there was burnt popcorn chicken. wish me luck for the morning and I'm sorry but I will never order from there again. use this as constructive criticism and do better in the future if you want to succeed. if you don't, then carry on because your staff will have alot of easy shifts

Ordered for collection. Was told 15 minutes. Came bang on 15 minutes still end up waiting extra 15 minutes in the shop. Got home and the pizza burger was still raw dough inside, had to pull quite abit out of it to just make it that little more edible and the mega burger was mediocre. Not the nicest and probably won't be back.

We had donner kebab meat was nice although I had to make the kebab myself... that's a new one for me lol Chips were really nice.. we will definitely be coming again to try other food!

Truly awful. Frozen food left out in a chilled fridge that is clearly thawing out. Only a matter of time before someone gets serious illness from this place. Cheese that a mouse wouldn't eat, kebab meat that I wouldn't serve to a sewer rat. Honestly do yourself a favour and give this one a wide berth.

Ordered a donner kebab , specifically requested in pitta bread which was confirmed. £9.50 Arrived 30 minutes later. stone cold and in a tortia wrap meat was barely cooked thrown in bin never will use them again YAK

Lovely food. We had a delivery of chicken and lamb shish kebabs that came with a separate box of salad and chips, chili sauce and garlic mayo. Everything was delicious and there was plenty of it, we'll be regulars from now on.

Ordered for years. Same usual order today. Amout of food was less than half portion. When rung to complain was told ot was in different type of tray but was same amount. Refused to send extra or partial refund. Just lost a long term customer. Poor

This place is just amazing, the daddy kebab is the thing dreams are made off, now I can eat, but this defeated me, the chips with paprika are out of this world ! We discovered this by chance and now drive over 12 miles too collect. If you get the chance, sample this place, you won’t be disappointed

Last night we ordered Donner Kebab, Chicken shish on naan bread and chips. Don't know if the naan was an option but they did it without any problems. The guy on the phone was very friendly and polite. When it arrived we couldn't believe how big they were. My wife said there's way too much, we could have ordered just one... Ye ok I thought I will show you. She was right I couldn't eat it all lol. The fries were lovely kind of southern fries taste. My wife ordered the chicken kebab and was out of this world, beautiful. My Donner wasn't the best and that's the only reason I didn't leave 5 stars. We asked for it well done and a lot of the meat was very pale and not the best Donner meat I have had. We will definitely be ordering again, Kebabs are my favourite food but I will be ordering chicken next time. In fact there's some left in the fridge, I'm going to have it for breakfast 😋

Called last night and ordered Pizza, it has got to be the worst I have ever tried to eat, basically tasted like the box it was in, never again.

Rubbish food that I wouldn't feed a dog! Also rude rubbish staff who just happy to take your money. Avoid this horribe place. Go someone better!

Best place in the area for pizza. I order regularly and the quality is always amazing, especially the vegetarian pizza. Delivery staff are friendly. Food has sometimes been a little late but always hot and great quality.

rang the restaurant to see where the food was when it was already 15mins late. it had still not left the shop. due to leave soon which would make it 30mins+ late! excuse give well it is just an estimated time........ from ordering to delivery took an hour and a half for a 9” Hawaii pizza and 9” cheesy garlic bread....... I decided to use this fast food outlet as was recommended by just eat. I will not be using it again especially after the terrible customer service, the added 50p service charge you are made to pay on top of the delivery charge and minimum order........

Food nice as always. Free garlic bread didn’t come and no reason, rang and had ran out of dough and would have taken longer to come. Offered a free one next time and did sent an item as apology for being an hour late!

I refuse to pay your 50p service charge as I pay cash and you have been stopped charging for people who use cards. `i always pay cash. I will not order trough just eat again as you are now breaking your price promise if I order direct from shop I do not pay the service charge. You are breaking your promise!!!!!

wasted money. I couldn't eat all the pizzas I ordered I had to put them all in the bin because they tasted so bad and the quality were really poor. My first time buying with them and the last.

The food from this takeway is fantastic...but my last 2 orders have been 30 mins and 10 mins over the time allocated...it wont deter me from ordering again but annoyed at this issue.

Delivered early which was great, 1st time ive had a pizza from here i normally have lamb shish wrap with chips n cheese..thought id try something differant...i had pepperoni pizza with peppers which was cooked to my liking...the sauce wasnt over powering and the cheese was of a good standard...hard to find a decent pizza around here but i will definitely order pizza from here again, Thanks

Late delivery again. Therefore pizza was just warm, and chips were completely soggy. Shame, because actual taste is good.

Initially there was 5 minutes added to delivery time that passed I called the restaurant to be told 10 to 15 mins added on that then turned on to an hour delivery should have been 20.00 turned up at 21.00 ordered at 19.08. The food was defiantly not worth the wait. Won't be ordering again and will advise friends and family not to bother. I appreciate they were busy but a little honesty goes a long way regarding timings.

We have been regulars to order from your take away for the past few years and the food has always been really nice, then tonight we ordered a cheese pizza and chips deal, what a let down, an hour and half for delivery cold chips/pizza tasteless and to be honest half of it went to the dog really disappointed and won't be ordering again.

Terrible service phoned to change the sauce On my burger was told it was changed then it was delivered with the wrong sauce on we then phoned back was told they will send another one to only wait 40 mins really rubbish service food was poor quality too don’t recommend

Should have arrived at 10 even that was an hour away from when we ordered but arrived at half past, food wasn’t too bad however garlic sauce was mint sauce didn’t taste anything like garlic apart from that not too bad
